Ordered a Kitchenaid wine cooler paid top dollar 6 weeks ago and nowhere to be found. Sometimes when I call they can't even locate the order, other times they locate it and say "keep waiting." As everyone says, they're very nice on the sales floor and quick to take payment but then .... nothing. The cashiers are ALWAYS pure misery; I've never seen a store where every single cashier has the same sour puss miserable look and attitude. I have spend around $30,000 at brandsmart over the years ($10,000 just in February 2019 alone) and today when I go to get my money back for the wine cooler will be the last time I ever set foot in one. He insulted me starting with my 1 1/2 year old camera(that I actually did purchase at brandsmart) is basically garbage since it's not new, asking me what lens I wanted and I wasn't sure saying well people normally know what they want when they come, then asking if I was a professional and I jokingly Said i was aspiring to be one and he said well you should be one already since you have had for so long - I bet it sits in your closet collecting dust, and then again tried to talk to me about buying a newer model and I have a husband so he can just buy it for me. Story time! So we were looking into getting a new fright and stove, we travel to this location twice the first time they told us that our door was too small an that the fridge wasn't going to be able be deliver. Second time we travel again because a representative online told us that the door and handles would be removed during delivery if it was necessary, but the salesperson told us that it wasn't true! We decided to go to another BrandsMart. This time the salesperson did told us that the the doors were posible to be remove but that it would take 6 months for us to received the item ! What that's Crazy! Short story we decided to buy the fridge directly from LG an we received it the within a week! Not to mention that they also don't have stoves in stock so we ended up buying from Best Buy and again our item was deliver within a week! This place was really weird. My girlfriend and I walked in and there was a group of employees. Rather than saying hi, they all just stared as we walked by. I thought the place was going to be like Tiger Direct or Best Buy but it looked like a run down, 1980's Walmart. Some of the signs looked like they haven't been changed in a decade or more. They have some good deals on electronics here, but if customer experience and shopping efficiency are more important to you, I would consider other big-box stores first. I was here early on a Sunday morning and it was already crowded, which the narrow aisles didn't help make better. The checkout process at BrandsMart, which can be described as a retail version of the DMV, is ridiculously complicated: 1) sales associate rings up your item at remote computer station, which is where they hawk warranty plans and enter your purchase for their commission report; 2) get a ticket/wait in line/pay for the item at the actual checkout counter; 3) have your receipt inspected before you can walk out the exit. Seriously, it's not worth the savings. Pay the few extra dollars somewhere else. The time and headache you will save by choosing someone else will be worth it. We bought a fridge. "Brandsmart" delivered it, the installer did not do his job properly and we ended up having a leak and water damage. Now Brandsmart says it's not their problem. It's the delivery companies problem--oh yea they contract that out. And the delivery companies says it's the installers fault. So we're "supposed to go through the installers insurance" but apparently his insurance doesn't cover this...I mean what the?!?!? They take NO responsibility for any damage done. Not to mention just getting to this point has been comprised of HOURS of phone calls and being shuffled around. I finally got a manager to contact me by using Social media, but even then he keeps passing me along claiming Brandsmart isn't responsible. Now we will have to go through our homeowners insurance because they are all refusing to take care of the water damage (and now mold bc it's been unable to be treated for over a week). If you're foolish enough to look up while your brain is still trying to comprehend the enormity of what you're in the midst of, you'll be disoriented looking at rings of stock circling the pit. HD TV's, stoves, etc. Hello CuisinarTeagan... ;) How you doin'? I picked up the same coffee maker I did here for about 42% less than I paid 10 years ago. It's a great quality name brand product, so I'm sure the quality is the same. It's cheaper now because the new generation are "hot beverage stations". One star only for the price, horrible customer service. I bought a range to be delivered and they never showed up supposedly because of a inventory problem but they never called to tell me. They rescheduled for 4 days later and never showed again for the same reason. Called the store and was transferred over and over for a half an hour. My landlord had a new dishwasher delivered from Brandsmart. The rest of the story is going to sound absurd, but it is accurate and quite odd. The dishwasher was to arrive on a Thursday and after no dishwasher arrived and no one called, my landlord is advised me that the unit was "lost and will arrive tomorrow, The next day, no one arrives at all. ...and now, for the most baffling experience of my 48 years, here we go. Apparently it takes two men to move a dishwasher. I don't no why. Two men did the entire house. i know, I was one of them. I open the door and before I know they are wheeling it into my "living room" and filling out paperwork on my chair. I ask him to please stop writing on my furniture, it took three times, and started walking to the kitchen, hint hint. I am then asked if want it "opened." Laughing and crying inside, I say, "you can do that?" Before I know it I am handed the phone and asked to state on a recorded line that everything is fine. But it isn't, there is a huge scuff and the man, his partner has long left, is telling me it is dirt. I state, that I am a tenant and that no everything is not alright. I advise the woman on the phone from Brandsmart of my situation and that I want to indicate the issue on the paperwork and leave it to my landlord as the scuff won't be seen once installed. As I start writing, the man pulls my right hand off the paper and with his left hand takes the paperwork. He put his hand on me and FORCIBLY stopped me from writing. As I am still on the phone I scrawl across the paper, and the man refuses to leave. After quite a scene he finally was able to be ushered out. What can I say. The in store experience isn't the best - especially waiting on line in the back room to pay cashiers who all look like they'd rather be somewhere else. The salesman was informative and low pressure. BrandsMart is a place you only go to when you truly need a new appliance. It is overwhelming. It has the biggest selection of any electronic dealer in SoFla and it has great prices too. Which you should know you can ALWAYS negotiate on. Don't let anyone tell you different but there are 3 sets of prices they can sell appliances for. Each tier represents a greater commission for sales rep. If Best Buy was the Festival Flea Market this would be it. With all this great stuff comes some bad. This operation is run like a complete mess. Most of the staff there seems like they'd rather be elsewhere. The sales reps, especially for the TVs are prototype car salesmen. Many nice, a few knowledgeable, most too persistent. They practically follow you after you kindly said "I'm just looking," like paparazzi follows Kim Kardashian in the airport. It's a turn off. The way they act is a turn-off. The fact you have to deal with a disgruntled cashier and then wait outside by a loading dock is a turn-off. You ask yourself, was the $25-40 I just saved was it worth it? Or would I rather have just paid a little more on Amazon or at your Best Buy? Try dealing with BrandsMart when you have a warranty issue. It's like dealing with your local DMV. There are definitely pros and cons here. Deal with the schleppy sales guys and the disgruntled staff and save some money or spend a little more and avoid the circus. The choice is yours. I have had mixed experiences here. there is obviously salesman commission so they tend to be aggressive. I had a great experience with a washer dryer combo. Good education and then a great price followed up by a fast delivery and install. TVs and small electronics tend to be low tech data and no time to talk. They want to write the order or move on. Missed a call from service dept letting me know technician was on his way, called back exactly 1 minute later and was that it was too late technician was already "out of my area" and had to reschedule, we have been waiting for the part to arrive for 3 weeks, my mom is 94 years old has a health condition and has not had a home cooked meal in 1 month. I explained and begged the customer service lady asked to talk to a supervisor or manager and was told everyone was too busy to talk to me. My husband and I went BrandsMart in Deerfield Beach on Saturday looking to buy appliances. We settled on a stove and fridge we liked and paid in full. The delivery was scheduled for the following Tuesday, which is today, for the stove that we were told was in stock. The fridge was placed on order, but we were told if it came in on Monday, then it would also be delivered on Tuesday. Well, on Monday we got a confirmation email for delivery on Tuesday. And to our delight the confirmation said they would also be delivering the fridge! So my husband took off from work to prepare for the delivery that was to be between 8:30 and 11:00 am. When the time was approaching 12 noon, my husband called BandsMart customer service to report that the delivery truck hadn't arrived and we had not heard from BrandsMart. After being transferred several times and having to repeat the problem each time, we were finally told that the items were OUT OF STOCK, and weren't on the truck. We promptly canceled the order. I actually told my husband while we were in the store that BrandsMart had a reputation for doing this type of thing, and having lying sales people. Well, they lived up to their reputation. The last time I shopped here was 20 years ago. I had purchased some higher end stereo equipment and added the additional warranty. Within 3 months it began to break down and I took it back for warranty repair. They had it for 4 weeks and returned it still broken and claiming it was fixed. It was returned 4 more times and each time after an extended stay remained broken Finally I asked to speak with the manager and politely and patiently requested that he replace the item. He became extremely aggressive and rude and ttold me he would not replace the item and it was my tough luck. He then told me if I didn't like it it was "Tough Shit" and I could take my money and my business elsewhere and while I was at it I could pound sand into the orifice of my choice. Rather than continue an embarrassing incident I took my junk stereo, dropped it into a dumpster and went home. After having purchased many thousands of dollars of appliances, TV's and electronics from Brandsmart I haven't spent a dime there since that incident and I will never shop there again. Needed a new dishwasher and went there because I knew their price would be good and they have the availability other stores don't have. I met one of the NICEST salesman I've ever had..Troy Oakley. I can't say enough amazing things about Chris Rullier, the manager who helped me as well as Flor, the associate who assisted with my purchase. Our refrigerator broke and someone recommended to go to brands mart we chose to go to the new one in Dania Florida thinking is a brand new store and not that busy customer service will be great. The sales person who help us was Margaret, we brought the measurements with us from the refrigerator we need it to exchange. She sold us a refrigerator with the wrong measurements. My rating is no stars, I have purchased a dryer along with many other items along with their service warrantee. When my dryer broke it took 3 weeks for the appointment then he didn't have the right motor then I had to wait for 1 1/2 weeks more for the part and repairman 12:00-5:00 timeframe. After he installed the new motor I had to tell him that it was clanking and never did that before. They had to take the drum out 3 times to figure out what was wrong. ONE WEEK LATER DRYER IS NOT WORKING. 3rd appointment 12:00-5:00 time frame again I had to run to the store left a note with my phone number and directions to location of the dryer and signs to the laundry room which is outside of the house. When I called to find out when he was coming they said he was here and called which is a lie!! I had no calls from him now I have to wait till January 5. I purchased a stackable washer and dryer. When the installers showed up we discovered that I was sold the wrong stacking kit. I called into the store while the installers were onsite. Originally I was told I would need to go back into the store to return the part and only then they would reschedule the installers to come back out. After working with the manager and the installers confirming the situation the install was rescheduled for 2 days later and the part could be returned with the installers. I called the day before the new install to confirm as I had not received a call. I found out that the installers were not coming in the previously scheduled day but rather the following day. That day did not work for me, I was told nothing could be fine and was forced to move it to the following week. I submitted two different requests/complaints thru their service support channels to never receive any type of reply. The only positive about this experience were the installers, otherwise I would not have given them any stars. read more

Worst organization that I've ever witnessed. They actually deliver me a product that look like it had fallen off the truck. Then I had to follow up with customer service 3 times to make sure that they credited my credit card back for the purchase. They assured me that it has been done. 4 days later I still do not see the credit and I called back for the third time. The representative tells me this time that they forgot to submit the credit to corporate office and it will take another 2 to 3 business days. It's amazing how fast they pull the funds out of your account within minutes of the purchase but it's a song and dance trying to refund your credit card. This is not the associates that are answering the phones issue. They unfortunately are the ones that have to talk to the customer on the other end. This is a reflection of a manager that cannot do his or her job or Lac training and follow-up experience. They tried manipulating the language saying that the warranty starts from the date of purchase on top of the actual manufacturer warranty which makes no sense because who would buy a warranty on top of a warranty.
