I bought my dishwasher there. It has worked perfectly for over a year. BrandsMart arranged delivery and installation. It was done without any problems at a very good price. BrandsMart has excellent sales on their many different brands of electronic items. They also carry dishes, knives, and many other kitchen items. If you are thinking of making any purchases of large ticket items, I would check out what you can get it for at BrandsMart. We just came back from a visit to the Deerfield Beach location, where one salesperson couldn't even be bothered to look up to help us, another was aggressive but at least nice, and a third was so put off by being approached with a question that he gave an obviously wrong answer about a product with the most condescending tone possible (including audible sighs and walking away while still giving his answer, then stopping to look at his phone). Great products! Worst customer service ever. Bought a new freezer. It had to be brought around back. No problem. Was scheduled to have old freezer removed. Big problem! It was emlty and all cleaned out, but it is heavy, it's an old chest freezer. They took it out and set it in the back yard right off the patio. Then they brought the new one in and when they went out the almost ran to the truck and left without saying anything to us. They took pictures to verify that there was no damage by them to the new unit. When I called customer service I was told that the driver reported that there was a bug in the freezer that's why they didn't take it. There were no bugs I was there my son was there we don't have a bug problem. They didn't want to have to deal with a heavy unit. Funny they did not take pictures to prove that there was bugs.. We were told the drivers could be sent back however there would be a $39 charge for that period so much for the free pick up. Brandsmart USA has been an average store to purchase home appliances, tvs stereos etc... for a long time. If you take it with you the prices are competitive. If you can't then God help you. They put you on a delivery schedule. In my case it was for 1 week later between the hours of 1:30 and 4:30pm. I just received a call that says I'm #14 on the list. They are currently delivering #8. Seems they had to deliver to a Condo. According to the C.S. rep that called me said it happens all the time. Did nobody think to call at 1:30 and give me a heads-up? It wasn't until 4pm They decided to call and inform me that my delivery wouldn't be made until between 6:30 and 7:30. There goes my day. $300 worth of food scattered around the kitchen in coolers. Lord only knows if it will be any good in three more hours. I had to take the day off for the delivery that hasn't made it. At my billing rate there goes $1,000. Thanks, thanks a lot. Conclusions; 1. If you can't take it with you get it somewhere else. 2. If you're stuck getting it here state this: I don't want to be on a list with a CONDO on it unless I'm in front of them. Wish I could give negative stars on this app/review Bought a grill online and recieved confirmation email for purchase (took the amount paid out of my bank account) and also a delivery date. Recieved a phone call the day before from someone to let me know it would be delivered the following day between 2-6p.m. No delivery the next day and spent over two hours trying to speak with someone from customer service. They keep you on hold for about a half hour and then the call disconnects constantly so you are stuck calling and waiting time after time to reach someone. FINALLY got through to someone 2 days later to find out that the grill is OUT OF STOCK and there are NO future orders from brandsmart for more grills. Asked why wasn't I notified for it being out of stock? Why did they call me to tell me it was getting delivered? Why no updates through email or phone that I will not be receiving the grill AT ALL??? I'm extremely upset with Brandsmart and their custormer service and overall how they handled this issue. The old TV in the bedroom is over 10 years old, and its time for an upgrade. Where else can you get cheap electronics, in this case, TV's? Well, BrandsMart USA comes to mind. Knowing this place is packed on weekends, we decided to come here as soon as it opens. No surprise, there were people already there waiting for the doors to be opened. Since we already know exactly what we want to get, we were not paying a lot of attention on the special deals that were going on. We ended up getting a Samsung 42 inch HDTV, with WiFi and web browser capability. Everything with tax out the door was less than $200.00. And surprisingly, the sales person who helped us was not pushy like an used car salesman. He actually spent time showing us different models, which was refreshing. Somehow the salesmen we ran into here were very annoying, who were very impatient when you ask them questions, and acting like they are smarter than you. So we gladly let him makes his commission off our purchase. Will we be back in the future? I came by here to check out microwaves and other random things. It wasn't busy which was great because the store is so filled with items every where, that I could only imagine how crowded it would get if an average amount of shoppers were there too. The place is set up in a kind of circle and there is also a mini lower level. The lower level didn't have a ramp so we had to leave our cart upstairs with some items we had already picked up. Luckily we didn't buy anything too heavy from that level but I can see that being issue without a cart to help bring it up because I did purchase a pressure pot and a few items from that level and it got a bit tricky trying to bring it up but it wasn't impossible. We had a few questions and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There was a lot of staff members standing around, waiting to help customers, however when time to cash out, the cashiers were a bit slow and not so willing to help as they seemed a bit bothered. All in all Id say its a good place to get kitchen ware like pots and knives and other smaller items but I didn't care for some of the brands they carried for bigger electronic items. . My experience here was okay, ill probably be back for some more pots and kitchen items since I haven't seen these items selling any where else for that price in the area and they also carry a variety of pretty dishware sets but that's about it for me. read more

Don't ever order anything from them online or in store because you will be waiting forever for delivery. They will send you a confirmation on your delivery. And they still never show up. I sat for two days waiting on a delivery that never showed up. I bought the washing machine three weeks prior. No one ever thought to tell me that the washer is on back order until the day that it was supposed to be delivered. And the only reason I found out that it was on back order is because I called customer service . They are so rude. Customer service sucks. You ask them questions and they hang up the phone on you. I usually also end up buying a bunch of smaller items while I'm there. Their prices are pretty good, especially before holidays, when they have a big sale. This store is big and it's not always easy to find stuff you're looking for. I was looking for a television and sound bar for my mom. The salesman was not helpful. I had several questions that he didn't stick around to answer. I finally gave up and left without purchasing the television. On their lower level they have a good selection of smaller items like dishes, glassware, scales, small appliances etc. When you finish shopping you check out at the cashier. We spent $3000 on appliances Delivery guys broke a screw installing the refrigerator door handle and expected me to go to the store and get a new one off a floor model. 2 hours wasted Dishwasher did not work, took 2 weeks to get a service guy, they tried to show up late day after we requested morning because of work schedules. It took the service guy 5 minutes to diagnose a simple fix, control box. Now, we cannot get them back out to complete the fix, and cannot get a supervisor to call us and give a return date. For me to review a business other than a restaurant, it has to be exceptional. Brandsmart was truly exceptional in the worst possible way. We bought a new oven; then it died. This is not Brandsmart's fault. I know a thing or three about electronics, but still called Brandsmart to send a professional technician to repair the fault. From the very first contact, the technician failed to inspire confidence. His English was very poor and this led to a misunderstanding about cutting the power. This had fatal potential. He eventually managed to get to the electronics and very quickly announced that the mother board was fried. I asked him to check the fuses which the government very kindly insists are installed to protect the electronic goobies in ovens, and prevent them from burning yer house down. He said there were no fuses, and that we would need to pay $300. BULLSHIT! And in case I fail to make myself clear....BULLSHIT!! As well as I know about electronics, I also know when I am being scammed. We opted not to pay this fellow his requested cash payment and expected to hear from Brandsmart to get a credit card number. They called, we let them know what we thought and asked them for a written quote. They promised to get a manager to call and, of course, that never happened. No one likes to be caught pulling, or supporting a scam...not even national conglomerates. So, armed with my meters and tools, I removed the back of the oven and checked the fuse. It was fine. I removed the cover from the electronics and tested the second thermal fuse, to find it was blown. I ordered a new one from Marcone, on Powerline, for the grand total of $16. Brandsmart's tech tried to scam us. Brandsmart did not try to rectify this problem then went into hiding... and we saved $286 by effecting a five minute repair. This is a bad crew which is either incompetent, or dishonest, or perhaps some combination of both.
