Let me tell you all about this place if you are looking for a really great burger and some really great deals on food please try them. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was so much bacon on the sandwich and it was placed perfectly where it covers the entire burger. They also have very wonderful milkshakes that are thick and delicious. I tried the orange Creamsicle and it taste just like it. Every time I go to Oklahoma I always stop by to enjoy a great meal. Every time I come to the this location the amazing worker Lilly is always so helpful! Especially in the drive thru window! I love getting the Jr Burger by itself and usually I'll leave with a cookies and crème shake too! I'd recommend coming to this location if you're in the area! I have been to Braums before, but never one in such poor condition! The burger was overcooked, the cheese was some kind of American/cheese whiz concoction, the fries were crinkle cut frozen from a bag. Also the condition of the store was terrible There was food on the floor and overflowing trash bins in the main seating area. I still feel a lump in my stomach from the Burger. read more

Stopped by there tonight on our way home from an event around 7:30 for a burger. They were precooked, cold, no melted cheese, fries not even slightly crispy, flat Diet Coke, bad tasting ice tea. Spent almost 18.00 and could have just lit a 20.00 bill on fire. Had to throw it all away, wished we had stopped at Taco Bell. At least a burrito would have been made fresh. Stopped in with our two children for a quick breakfast. Wifey and I ordered simple enough items and it came out quick. Here is my issue. My children did not like the breakfast options- that's fine- so I was going to buy the Braums carrot muffins for them. This restaurant was not slammed. It was not chaos. There were no front station or drive thru orders. And everyone was standing around. I stood by the check out to buy the muffins for over 15 minutes. THREE employees kept staring at me knowing I needed to check out and no one told the shift manager or attempted to help me. I went up to the counter twice. Now the line behind me had three customers. Someone finally came out, was very short with me and did not apologize, say thank you or anything. He handed me my muffins and dismissed me with a 'bye'. I was smiling and optimistic until that point. Liz (I think that is the managers name on duty), if you are going to hire and expect HIGH SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN to work in your restaurant TRAIN THEM. I would have had better service from a donkey. As we were leaving an elderly lady asked for help, another 'kid' was helping her. The customer looked frustrated and distressed and the employee walked off to find someone else to help her. If customer service is something Braun's strives for then they have A LOT of work to do. We stopped at this shiny suburban Braum's when Eric R. had a hankering for ice cream after we had been driving for many hours from MHK to Norman. It was very clean! For each ice cream flavor sample, an individual spoon is unwrapped from plastic, so keep your tastes to a minimum. Stop here for ice cream! If you are smart enough you will have a way to bring ice cream back with you because you can buy a zillion flavors in the frozen section. I always love Braums if you're gonna get a quick hamburger. Their crinkle cut fries are my favorite and the fact that you can get a delicious milk shake with your meal is an added bonus. So many ice creams to choose from and they're all wonderful flavors. read more

5 stars because I just love braums. The mini grocery is awesome for quick stops. Restaurant side is good. Kids are addicted to chicken tenders with braums sauce. I like their milkshakes. This place is an Oklahoma-staple, but don't get too excited. The ice cream is decent, but the food is horrible. I grew up in Oklahoma, so I've eaten my fair share of Braum's burgers and chicken strips. Unfortunately, every time I eat there I get sick. I throw up. I think it may be from the greasy food. I ordered a chocolate shake through the drive thru and was given what amounted to a cup of milk with a dash of chocolate ice cream to slightly flavor it. I went in to ask for a fix and was told that the "Shake milk" was out and the had to use regular milk but they would fix it. What I got was chocolate frozen yogurt in a cup. I didn't notice until I was 15 minutes down the road until I could finally get something through the straw. I called to complain and was told by the manager that they were out of scoop-able chocolate ice cream and that it is company policy to use frozen yogurt. Why did they wait to tell me that until I was gone and I called rather than when I was right in front of them and they could have offered me an alternative? I don't know and neither did the manager. So here I am with a cup of milk and a cup of frozen yogurt and no chocolate shake, and no answers as to why they didn't have the courtesy to ask if I wanted an alternative, but at least he offered me a refund if I turn around and drive all the way back so I have that going for me... read more

If I could give a zero star I would. Bathrooms are always extremely dirty. Parking lot covered in trash. Floors don't look like they've ever been mopped. They're always out of some thing the drive-through. Last time it was large cups. I would definitely avoid this Braum's. There is a much better one just a couple miles south on I 35. read more

Today, using the drive through, I ordered Dbl 1/4 lb Chzburger and a Large Reeses Mix. When the staff handed me the mix, I handed it back to them, due to the lack of Reeses my mix had. Multiple staff members made disgruntle noises, quickly grabbed the mix from me, and rudely said "here" when handing it back to me, acting as if I was the biggest inconvenience (perhaps I would not be an inconvenience if they had made the mix correctly in the first place). I thought to myself that I should check the rest of my order, but did not. When I got home, I learned that my Double Quarter Pounder Cheese Burger had one meat patty, and looking at the receipt I saw that they did in fact charge me for the Double Quarter Pounder. The staff at this Braum's location are continually lazy and disrespectful, and this is a CONTINUAL problem that I am having since the time they opened this store. I have called in the past to tell them they screwed up my order, and have gone back to the stores location to have them fix my order, and there have been times I did nothing. It is costing me more than what the meal is worth to have them fix up their mistake, both in my time to go from my house to their store and back to my house and in the gas it takes to get there (over 14 miles round trip). I do not plan on shopping here in the future, nor do I recommend to anyone that is traveling to stop here and order food, you will get a better experience if you go a few more miles North or South and stop in Edmond or Guthrie, instead of here. read more
