It was much better than any other fast food junior burger I've had in a long time. Generous serving of lettuce, tomato, and onions. The employees were very friendly and service was fast. We love Braums, and this location tends to be pretty quick and stay well-stocked. We usually just go through the drive thru at this particular location, as it's easy if we want a quick bite when we are running errands. A few times I've run in to get some kitchen staples and they are always well-stocked. Staff is kind. The drive thru moves quickly. I cannot complain! read more

This Braums (near the xpressway and in front of Best Buy ) seems to be poorly run. Monica served four people who came after me... including the people in the food line AND a man in the grocery area. (I was in the ice cream area). Others were around that "could have helped " her, but no one did. First of all, none of the employees were wearing gloves, and one of the employees skin was flaking off. One of the employees used his bare hand to squish down the ice cream into the cone. Yep, I'd make a day trip to the closest Braum's from Omaha. We were on our way back from a whole.day excursion, so we didn't go in this time and just grabbed some ice cream in the drive thru. Delicious delicious delicious it eas for sure and the young adults working inside seemed to really care about making their customers happy! Sure, Braum's is a staple here in Oklahoma. The burgers are great, the ice cream is amazing and they're on every corner. I've never had an issue with customer service. But today, I did receive exceptional customer service. So much so, that I had to share... I had a little break at work and needed a place to crash and do some paperwork... I don't usually do breakfast here, so wasn't really familiar with the menu choices. The young lady who helped me, Trinity (name tag says Shift Leader) was super helpful, nice and sweet!! Stay away!!!!!!! Believe the other recent reviews, the staff is truly awful. This location should be condemned and start over. I refused to even accept the food and demanded my money back. They may have trying to do better drive tru service but if you make a customer wait for 20 minutes for an order while 1/2 of the staff is idle and the manager is too incompetent to help the staff and organize the line so that orders and prep are better. It may be a long time before I even consider this location again there is a well ran one up the road, better to keep rolling to that one. read more

Staff is awful. You know what they say about the chain of command when the leaders at the bottom reflect overall poor quality..... Management has got to be very incompetent with professionalism. Either that, or she is poor at training her employees on how to conduct proper customer service. I have twice had bad experiences here, and several at many other locations. I was using the restroom and one of the employees knocked on the door, not to ask if I was ok.. as if I was in there forever (may have been 8-10 mins) but he bangs on the door and says "you've got one minute or we are calling the cops!" yeah, as I'm sitting on the pot taking a, ehhemm. He's the younger maybe mid 20s kid with darker hair. Anyways, no apology, nothing at all even after talking to the shift manager. He even continued after the fact of complaining, to make excuses. For all he knew, I could've had an emergency in there. If you ask me, Braum's has lost it's "friendly neighborhood store" vibe and is now just another part to the food service conglomerate with shitty..,everything else but food, service. I have had many good memories as a kid at Braum's, and trust me, if there was as bad of customer service then as there is now, I'd know. My parents never passed up an opportunity for me to learn from other people's actions and behaviors and how not to behave. For that, I am thankful for the life I have, but sad that I cant have the same experiences with my daughter. 4 days after ice storm. Had to stop at this Braum's to get apply juice for an elderly neighbor who can't get out. I visited 6 other businesses while shopping before stopping here - all 6 had clear dry parking & walkways. Not Braums!!! The only cleared area was within a few feet of the entrance. The handicapped area is in the shade & nothing had been done, not even a path to get to the entrance. Braums placed priority on huge corporate profits rather than the safety of their customers, especially the handicapped. Dispicable!!! read more

Had my worst service today. Bunch of kids who didn't seem to know how to do their jobs. Sat in the drive through for 20 mins and then had a problem that the guy at the drive through couldn't handle and said his manager left and they didn't have anyone there who could fix their problem. Stopped into Brahms because I heard they carried good ice, the crushed kind I like. Upon entering the restaurant I saw signage for their apple cranberry walnut salad. My sister had told me that was a good salad , her daughter reitering that it was a GREAT salad so I ordered the salad and a malt, surprised they had 27 malt choices. I ordered a cherry walnut cream malt. The salad while tasty I felt needed more lettuce. The bowl when I opened the lid looked half full. Enjoyed the chunks of bacon and chicken. These stores are sooo dirty! The floors are littered with food & trash.. I never see them wipe off a table..

The only thing they got right about my order was my fries. I ordered a burger and a milkshake and both of them were not what I wanted. The milkshake was cold in some places and warm in others, it was gross and I couldn't drink it. The burger wasn't the burger I ordered, I ordered a 1/4 bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato only, but instead I got a 1/2 pound burger with no bacon on it but they remembered the lettuce and tomato at least so that makes everything better. NOT! The fries were good though, well salted, but I don't think they were warmer than the milkshake they gave me though . I understand mistakes happen and I still love Braum's but I now love this Braum's less than all the others. read more

I got to the front they took my order and brought me food told me they were out of pickles. I had also asked for salt and ketchup because you have to ask and they did not give me salt. I ordered a double burger, fries, 3 mixed and a strawberry shake. One of the girls who was not my cashier chimes in very rudely telling me they can't make a strawberry mix. Someone had to correct her. She was very rude overall. Get home and find out that they used VERY expired milk for my strawberry shake. I threw up after one drink. I will be calling in the morning as they are closed now. I don't recommend anyone eating here, if they are willing to serve someone expired milk. read more

Braum's is southern/midwestern classic. Admittedly I haven't eaten any of their food since I was in high school, but since the independent, small, local ice cream shops are nonexistent, Braum's has been a go to place for ice cream. Yes their breakfast radio commercials are annoying (WAKE UP!!!!) and their TV advertisements are the same ones from the early 80s, but its part of their charm. The same I guess goes to the fact that despite wherever you go, the floors are always a bit sticky and the place looks a bit messy. Really I just go for the ice-cream. They may not have a huge variety and the ice-cream certainly isn't the best. But if you need a quick cone fix and a Braum's is within a 5 minute drive, that is where you should go some of the time. read more

My husband goes and gets me breakfast from here every weekend, because I love their bacon. My concern is the eggs. Every single time, their scrambled eggs are over cooked and dried out. Worst service ever! I do not recommend this place. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo and they had me pull forward to wait for my food while everyone else behind me kept getting their orders. After waiting 20 minutes, I got tired of waiting and went inside to get a refund. They didn't care that I had been waiting so long and refunded my money back to my card. The manager told me my money would immediately get put back into my account and when I checked my transactions, it wasn't there and it was pending for up to 5 days. This particular Braum's made me sick last night after having eaten a chicken finger meal. I went to their drive through at 850pm and didn't get my food until 20 minutes later. I was picking up a diet cherry coke for someone else so I kept waiting, otherwise I would have left. The drive through operator had a cheerful tone but she handed me the cherry coke with cherry dripping from all around the lid and didn't bother to clean it off. I had to ask for napkins. Then I got my food after the grueling 20 minute wait, took it home and ate it. I woke up at 3am with major stomach problems, and have continued to have the same stomach problems all day today. Actually that's what prompted me to finally post this review. The diet cherry coke had so much cherry flavoring in it that it had to be thrown away. The entire reason I came to this store and waited was completely wrong. It was overwhelming like someone used ice cream toppings in the drink - why would they do that!? Think twice before you ever get a sundae from here in the drive through they will hand you napkins and your spoon, then the sundae itself usually dripping with sundae toppings. I always have to ask for a bag so my car interior isn't ruined from all the dripping. It's just always a chore here at this drive through. I use it because it's on the way home, but I've discovered it's simply not worth the hassle. I'd love to have my money back but I will just not use this location for anything but pre-packaged Braums items from the grocery section. Horrible drive through experience. read more
