Took our Lexus to Bravo for repair and everyone there was so helpful, professional, and courteous. We needed our vehicle fixed right away and it was completed as promised! Took my 2011 juke there in Oct 2011, I was backing into a carport moving something for my Lovely Lady and forgot how short her carport overhead was and damn near tore off the 5th door of the Juke. Took my pocket rocket to Bravo on the word of someone I worked with and all I can say is the work was stellar. Someone at my office building seemed to like my car also in the parking lot a few days before the accident. Apparently, they wanted to be a bash brother and when getting out of their car bash the hell out my passenger front door taking off a thumbnail size chunk of paint with their heroic effort to get to work. I actually thought it was bird crap and was not worried about it as it would wash off the next time I had the car washed, Bravo noted the chip, called me and we struck a deal to repair that also. The repair to the door as well as the repair to the back lift door was perfect and I could not be happier with the fix. I'm writing this now as over the weekend I was involved in another accident in my Juke with a drunk Hit and Attempt to run driver...notice I said attempt to run! because I chased his ass down and after 2 and half miles nailed him and the good ol po-po's hooked up his van and took that away so I'm looking to go back and have my car taken care of again. read more

The collision occurred 3 days prior to a trip out of the country and I was stressing to get my car fixed while I was away. I called Bravo first thing when they opened the following day and they were able to get my car in right away. When I arrived, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. While I was away and out of the country, they emailed me all the details I needed and updated me along the way. My car was ready the day I landed and it looked brand new! They also provided a complimentary car wash so it was sparkling when I arrived. What really set Bravo apart from other auto body shops is they outstanding customer service and appreciation for customer loyalty. I scratched the side of my car on my garage the other day and was worried about needed to repair my car yet again. When I brought my car in, I was greeted by the owner who was able to buff out the scratch (it was mostly paint transfer) within 20 minutes and had me on my way, free of charge. Couldn't believe how much they tried to charge me for window replacement. Because they don't specialize, apparently they have to mark up the prices to the point where I felt more violated by their quote than by the theives that actually broke my window and stole my laptop. Cheap Price Auto Glass in Gardena hooked it up at 1/3 the cost and within only a couple hours! read more

They promise they can fix my mechanic problem after a rear ended after having for two weeks waiting for a part they got damage. My car sat there not being work on . After I call to find out what was going on that's when they told me tell what mechanic to send or take to the dealer with my approval. My first concern was the rear noise and was told they had mechanic and they willfix the noise. It looks like they tell you anything from the beginning so they can get your business and by the time you find out its to late to go somewhere else. Now I have to find out a mechanic to fix the problem I took in the first place. People are friendly but that's not going to fix and do what they promise. They should have told from the beginning that they have no mechanic that can check my problem. read more

I was traveling from out of state when I was rear ended in my new genesis G80 . I contacted the Genesis dealership and they recommended Bravo. After meeting Juan and his father I was put at ease . Their whole staff was amazing and helpful throughout what was to me the worst ordeal in my life. They did great work on my car and I was totally satisfied. One year later there was a minor problem with the part that was replaced. I drove back to Bravo and just like they said with their Lifetime warranty they took care of the problem . I brought my 1 month old car on Monday for a minor rear bumper repair. The shop spent several day waiting, they were waiting for the other party insurance to reappraise, and waiting for the new appraised value to be approved. I called on Saturday hoping to finally get my car, they and told me the repair was done on Friday but they have to wait for the other party insurance to pay the supplement fee so I may get my car back on Monday. They finally called me Monday car but I was at work was not able get back before they close at 5pm. On Tuesday when I pick up the car I found a scratch right below the bumper about 1 cm diameter. They shop owner told me that he will called the other party insurance again to get it approve for a touch up. I called in several day later and the owner said just bring the car in and he will do it complementary because the insurance company is not responding. I brought in and picked up the car the next day. The owner told me that he is not charging me for this fix and he is still waiting for insurance company to pay up. read more

My experience wass the worst ever bad customer service dishonest workers and unprofessional staff could get a Lil fender bender fixed my car was returned with missing parts my chrome moulding didn't arrive yet till this day am missing 4 pieces of chrome molding my car was making noise and temperature gauge was not working my car started shaking and cutting off in the middle of the road next day after three days past by my car completely cut off and smelled the water burning from touching the hot metal u can see splashes from the radiator and the water pipes and the owner lied and try to have me sign for an inspection to charge me more but I didn't and of course the owner stated that the problem is from not having oil in the car when I just checked the oil and it was fine I don't recommend anyone going there cuz they are liars and thief's please do ur car a favor and don't take it to this shop my engine tray liner was completely missing and they put on the same old wheel liner when they got paid to put a new one on read more

Went there because Mercury insurance listed them as a recommended body shop. I made my appointment and they took a quick estimate. My rear taillight was broken and I had to drive to Cerritos Chevrolet. I didn't want to get pulled over without any paperwork so I asked the guy for a copy of my insurance claim paperwork he was writing on. It had my personal information with the insurance information and some other general details about my claim. He walks in the office and after waiting 3-5 minutes, I walked back into the office wondering what was taking so long. They had the secretary call the insurance company to get authorization to give me a copy of my claim. They said they were waiting for the supervisor to get back to them. All he had to do was make a xerox copy of my paperwork and then hand it to me, but instead it became this whole ordeal. After a few minutes of waiting around, I said forget it. I'm gone and going to take my business somewhere else. He then said "Good". Wow, really? Done there. Never going back and also reported it to Mercury. read more

I took my Sonata to Bravo to fix the bumper which got damaged at my home. I thought Bravo's work looked great, but In repairing the bumper Juan told me that it was not properly repaired in a previous accident that was repaired by another auto body shop in Torrance. He took the time to show me how the paint did not match the rest of the car, and how the bumper was not properly aligned with the trunk previously. His staff further showed me that because of the poor repair job previously, the new bumper would not be able to stay aligned because the trunk was never aligned properly. I was not only impressed by the time they took to explain what was wrong, but was also really impressed when they would not take money to realign the new bumper even though they had nothing to do with its misalignment. They knew I was going to trade in my car soon for a newer car and did not want me to lose so much money in the trade- in. Who else does this? They have a loyal customer for life! read more
