Ordered from Bravo through DoorDash and I won't be doing it again. What happened to this place? It used to be so good. Obviously corporate got a hold of it and gutted it from the inside like a stuck pig bleeding its guts out onto the food. The chopped salad was $14 and showed up the size of the free side salad they give you with an entrée. Not a little small. Half the food. The Lobster & Shrimp Fettuccine was $45.99. I found one small piece of lobster. The rest was tiny shrimp that looked like the kind you get in a cocktail ring at a party. The sauce tasted like straight butter and nothing else. Veal parm was two dried out medallions with plain buttered pasta. The minestrone was an oily mess, all separated, nothing holding together. The bread was good and the meatballs were actually really good. That's it. Our total came to $145. Are you kidding me? I can get better food at Olive Garden for half that. Always a delicious meal at Bravo and I was so happy to be back! I celebrated my birthday here and was not disappointed! The meal started with an espresso martini for myself and a peach Bellini for my mom. The espresso martini was energizing and my mom said the peach Bellini was a true treat! The meal comes with bread and oil. The bread was soft and the oil was zesty. To go with it we also ordered the spinach artichoke dip. I love that they put a twist on it by serving it with crispy Parmesan flatbread that paired so well with the roasted garlic taste of the dip. My mom and I split the salmon salad for our entree. The asparagus and crunchy fries on top add the perfect touch! My dad got the Pasta Bravo which is rigatoni covered in mushrooms and chicken in a roasted red pepper cream sauce. I tried a bite and I have to say this is the best Bravo pasta I've tried so far! My brother got the filet mignon medium rare and it was cooked to perfection! For dessert we got the warm chocolate cake, which our server kindly put a candle in to celebrate my birthday! :) it was very good, but my favorite of the two desserts was the caramel mascarpone cheesecake! Came for sons birthday. When I made the reservation, the woman who took my reservation said they do complimentary Gelato for birthdays. Brad our server told us, no she's wrong we don't do anything for birthdays. Brad acted miserable throughout our entire dining experience. He was rude and condescending, and telling us no for birthday desserts was absolutely ridiculous. We ordered dessert anyway. But on the way home, I called and spoke to the manager. She was very nice and actually comped us for the desserts. I would return, but I would definitely ask for anyone but Brad. He seemed like he hated his job. Been here multiple times. It is consistent with regard to service and food.got the pasta woozie and pasta bravo. The bravo had a rich tomato sauce that was pretty creamy. The woozie was heavier and creamy, white sauce. Both were decent and not amazing but satisfactory. The service can be hit or miss. Plate was loaded with marinara and tartar sauce from jar with very little calamari for a 18$ plate. Found a hair in the calamari plate. Lobster shrimp fettuccine 39$ plate: Fettucine pasta were cold, sticked together and firm. The plate was garnished with green onions (supposed to be Italian not Asian plate). The waitress counting the tables in loud voice to figure out the table number where to send the order. Came here for the first time, drove over a hour, with a friend this afternoon and honestly left feeling pretty uncomfortable And embarrassed. I didn't have my state ID on me but had my South Korean ID. They didn't accept it, which fine, I get it. My friend ordered the beer instead and showed her state ID no problem. That should've been that. But after that the whole vibe shifted. Staff kept glancing over at our table and it just felt off. We received the drink and ordered the food. Eventually the manager came over and took the drink, then asked for ID again even though my friend already showed hers. my friend shows her ID again, as she was in that ordered. I offered to show a scan of my real ID and even my passport and She said they couldn't accept that due to concerns about AI. I'm not sure what policy that's based on, but it felt like a moving target. Then she asked us to leave, but wasn't even clear about it at first. We had to ask her directly what she meant before she told us they'd void the bill and we needed to go. She said that they could lose their license, which again I am of age, my friend is of age, and I had an identification on me even if it was International. The moment was extremely upsetting and embarrassing , staff was starting and the managers overall stance felt as if we had done something wrong. Our server was really sweet and did nothing wrong. The manager on duty just didn't seem reasonable about the situation at all. I'm very confused on why a vaild international ID wouldn't work when I've used my American ID over in Korea also. We asked what if foreigners came and she said they would have their passport on them which again, I don't know if it's just me but even traveling internationally I don't take my passport with me everywhere especially if I'm just going to grab a bite and come back. I've been here quite a few times over many years. We were there for my brother's birthday dinner. Our server Yoshi was amazing, Yoshi was the kind of server you always hope to get when you go out to eat. It was really warm I don't know if that's because their ac wasn't working well or because it was pretty hot outside. I had some higher expectations for the food but overall it was good. The best item of the night was probably the pork chops. My pasta woozie was a little disappointing, a little bit on the salty side and it said it had spinach but it was barely any. The fries ravioli was a bit basic. Probably the item that needed the most help was the mashed potatoes, they were kind of dry and not a lot of flavor. This has always been a favorite spot for my family over the years, so I would say it's worth stopping in to try it if you haven't and were looking for a nice Italian dinner. read more

I ordered one yesterday because I had a coupon for National Pepperoni Pizza Day. I was surprised when I opened the box because the pizza looked nothing like the photo and reminded me of a pizza that would be on a Kid's menu at one of the fast food restaurants in Disney World. The place was practically empty. The complementary bread was as hard as a rock. I had the chicken Marsala. It must have been made using the Corewell Health recipe. Two paper thin pieces of chicken with a gravy that was not butter and Marsala and some pathetic spoon of mashed potatoes with a few green beans, some of which had not even had the stem removed.
