This place is really starting to impress Emily with the quality of their meals. We've had take out the past two weeks from here for groups of 6 to 8 people and all of our individual dishes were very good. Lately, it seems many restaurants meals are just a bit smaller than they used to be. But not here. The quality of the hamburgers were great, the wrapped chicken sandwich was very good, the signature chicken wings are tasty and the hot honey chicken sandwich to me was the best one in town. So far, very little to complain about as far as the meals go. Now the service when picking up a takeout meal leave something to be desired. Firstly, when you walk into the restaurant to pick up your meal, the hostess will direct you to the bar to request your take-out order. And good luck getting the attention of a bartender when they're knee-deep in making drinks. What I'm saying is your meal may take a while to retrieve if they're busy. Which I think is unacceptable and why this place loses one star. But if you can get past that, it's pretty great. read more

First time here!! Fun sports bar atmosphere with lots and lots of TVs to watch your favorite team. I ordered one of their listed cocktails, a bourbon drink called a Blackberry Bulleit Iced Tea. For $16.00, I definitely should have tasted it felt more bourbon. It was a flavored ice tea. Wouldn't order that again Food was good. The garlic pretzel app was really really tasty. If there's 4 of you...you'd have to order 2. Very small portion but very good We both ordered the Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich with fries. Very tasty..however if you want it to be spicy hot...it's not at all. But it's good and I would order it again. I guess ask for hot sauce! The $18 smash burger was medium rare and wasn't really a smash burger. Paid $1 extra for pepper jack cheese but definitely wasn't pepper jack...not sure what unholy blob of grease it was. Paid an extra $5 for truffle fries which were just gross, greasy regular fries with parsley flakes in the box. The whole thing was greasy and gross. read more

Make a reservation! The entire time we were there, it was packed. The food and drinks are good and fairly reasonably priced for down town Rochester. Regular buffalo wings are good and baked but not spicy. The veggie wrap is a fresh Greek wrap and you can add protein. read more

Everything about this place is amazing, except I've had multiple bad experiences with a certain server/bartender. Man with a beard, receding hairline. Miserable human being. Service and food were good, major complaint was the pricing. $20 for a French Dip but you had to pay extra if you want onion, peppers, and mushrooms on it. We decided on a Sunday Funday in Rochester Hills. I love days like this! Day drinking and hanging with the ladies. This was my second time back here since beh opened. They definitely stepped up their game! We arrived around 2 and were pleased to see that they were still serving brunch. Ohh how I love brunch. We had a waitress in training and she was just marvelous. She will do well there. We loved the overall vibe of this spot for brunch. We ordered several drinks and food. Everything was absolutely perfect. Even my smoked old fashioned came out wonderful. Oh. And they put a heater in the bathroom so you aren't freezing. The noise level was appropriate this time as well. We enjoyed sitting around chatting and didn't feel at all rushed. What a great day. Everyone in our party loved the food and for the first time in a long time, our service was GREAT! I can't remember our servers name but she was great and all of the other employees were very friendly and helpful as well! I had the Steak and Frites and while it was delicious for $30 it was tiny and I was sharing with my 18 month old. Our only complaint would be the price for how little food you get. But overall we will definitely be back! Especially since the service was on point. read more

Came on a Thursday night for happy hour drinks and then had planned on elsewhere for dinner. We ordered White Winter Cosmopolitans - very good. Decided to order barbecue chicken flatbread appetizer and we both said it was one of the best we've had. With the drinks and appetizer being so good and the service and atmosphere so nice we decided to stay instead of leaving for dinner down the streets. We ordered another round of cosmos and split the prime rib French dip with all the extras on it plus sweet potato fries. The fries were crisp and delicious. Unfortunately the prime rib sandwich struck out - not good quality meat and soggy bun. Great atmosphere and love the remodel. Service was great. New place so probably just need to tweak their menu for consistent quality. Hope so, real potential here. read more

He has never drank on the job as he has very high standards for this establishment and for himself; very professional and goes above and beyond for customers. I cannot tell you how much I really WANTED to like this place. I've passed it several times and finally decided to try it. The interior looked great, the bar outside always sounds like they're having a god time, outside seating for warmer weather, etc. I ordered an espresso martini that tasted like someone bought a can of cold brew coffee, poured vodka on it, and served it in a martini glass. I didn't finish it. I then ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer which was pretty good. The size of the prawns were impressive, the dipping sauce was sweet and tangy. Good job. For the main course, I ordered the fish and chips. The slaw was made with spicy onions and was awful. The fish was dipped in what would be described as Panko and was not bad. The fries were okay. I also ordered a smoked old fashioned that was terrible. It was the worst smell and taste of any smoke I've ever had. My first drink tasted like I just did a shot - all booze. I guess I should have noticed the red flag when available reservations were plenty. If I were the owner, my hat's off to them in that tough business, I would work on the food and drink menus. Comparatively speaking, they're lacking in both variety and quality. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. I will come back but I will wait awhile. The "man" smelled like alcohol and couldn't even finish one sentence without slurring. After going to surrounding bars we told them about our experience and they told us they BANNED him from entering their bars.. This used to be a neighbor casual hangout bar, it is now kind of pretentious and over priced. We got an app which was a crostini cheese something, I forgot the name. It was $14 and it was 4 little cheese balls that tasted like they were 14 years old. Absolutely awful, the chicken Alfredo came out extremely dry, we had to wait for more Alfredo to be made. The booths seat 4 people comfortably on a nice cushioned seat, and then they have two wooden stools to add more guests, the wooden stools are so painful and offer no support. My back was burning the whole time I was there, I had to eventually stand up. Claudia our waitress was outstanding,otherwise I'd prob give 1 star. Every individual should be evaluated based on their qualifications, skills, and experience, rather than their race or ethnicity. This place would never hire a Latina, Arab or black. "White Michigan" is racist and their drinks are disgusting, The level of incompetence displayed in their drink mixing skills is truly baffling, and to make matters worse, their prices are exorbitant. When they "correct" the drink to appropriate taste and strength, they charge you extra $9 for a shot of alcohol. And it still did taste as strong as another restaurant's 2 blocks down. Service was ok, not threat as it was almost empty 30 mins before closing and it took waitress 10 mins to bring our bill, another 5 mins to come back get the payment.... Aldo, very weird but watch your bill!!! When waitresses brought original bill $25.70, I gave her a card to run. Then she brought my receipt to sign and the card was run for $27. This restaurant opened recently and it's newly renovated. I really like the design and aesthetic, although the bathrooms are too bright :) We had a wonderful server, Justin, who was attentive and gave great recommendations. I had the Salmon Bowl from his recommendation and I LOVED it. It was delicious and the portion size was great. My friend got the Village Salad, which was a little disappointing b/c it didn't have any lettuce - it was ONLY vegetables. I'd make this more clear on the menu description because a salad IMO should have lettuce. My other friend had a sandwich, which was good, but the bun was falling apart as she was eating it. Overall though, it was a great time, great atmosphere, and the food was good. Drinks were great and service was awesome! read more
