    Their truck

BEWARE! Over a week late, several broken, damaged and missing items. Now I know why they requested cash, Zelle or Venmo for payment. Complete ripoff. Now I need to spend thousands of dollars to get my life back to where it was before these clowns came along. These guys are hacks!

Piling someone else's boxes in the pouring rain, surely destroying all of their stuff as well.

Do not hire. These are scammers. They did a horrible job, destroyed all my stuff, upcharged me erroneously, hired homeless people to move my stuff in in the dark, broke my bed, and now they are harassing me and trying to intimidate me. I am truly taken aback by how horrific this company is to work with. I've reported them to BBB and the FTC. This business is scamming people and I feel extremely, violently taken advantage of. A single woman, I agreed to pay 2500 for them to move 3200 pounds of my stuff, a 1 bedroom. Simple. They refused to do it and held my items hostage until I paid $2000 more for them to move my bed. This was confusing because the bed was listed on the inventory as a 1 bedroom-- including one bed. I was always clear and upfront, my stuff did not exceed 3200 pounds, and they are robbing me for the extra $2k. The movers were so mean to me, it was like they did not want to help me at all. I have never experienced anything like it. I agreed because this person bullied and harassed me into it. Then, when I agreed to pay over $4500 for them to move my simple one-bedroom-- THEY FORGOT THE BED. They left a crucial piece of my vintage brass bed in my old apartment. It won't even stand up now. They upcharged me and then broke the bed, leaving behind a piece, rendering it useless. The bed should have already been included in the price because it was well under 3200 lbs. I don't have that much. The original estimate should have been honored. The upcharge when all my stuff was already loaded except my bed, that is a scam. It never should have been upcharged. It was a bait and switch. Then, they delivered it late. Arrival was meant to be 2/14 at 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. It didn't arrive until Sunday 2/16 at 6:30 p.m. They arrived IN THE DARK, in the pouring rain. The movers then didn't want to help me--yet again. So they hired two houseless people from Craigslist to move my stuff. I moved, lifted, and unpacked more of my items than these movers did who charged me egregiously. I took photos and videos of the damage they were doing to my items-- leaving them in the rain, leaving them in the dark, breaking items on the way in. I paid 4500 for professional movers, not houseless scary men from Craigslist to damage my stuff. 20+ items damaged, exceeding thousands of dollars. These movers do not care about your items at all. THIS IS A CRIME. I need them to be out of business, or pay me back in full. DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. Scam, fraud, do not hire.

Wonderful, Jason was amazing, he had two gentleman with him and they wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped and did an amazing job. He drove all the way from Glendale to Prescott Arizona in 10 hours and came to my house in Arizona at night and unloaded with another gentleman. Jason was very careful with my furniture and other items they unloaded and unwrapped everything and was very conscious in his job . He was just amazing. Thank you Bravo for having him as an employee.

Edgar, Dwain and Jose were spectacular. I wish I knew of bravo movers years ago. They made it so low stress. They were efficient, professional, honest, and just all around good guys. Hard workers. The communication has been great from start to finish. It's on the way to Florida. I hope the delivery goes just as smooth. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this company!

I had a horrible experience with Bravo Moving and I would not recommend them to anyone who is planning an upcoming move. From start to finish we had multiple issues and cost increases with the company and I have detailed our experience below. Spend your money with a more reliable and reputable company. Do not do business with Bravo Moving. My Fiancée and I recently moved from Arizona to Oregon and, due to our new jobs, we needed a company that could guarantee delivery on June 10th. Bravo told us that this would not be a problem, and we were charged $1,929.00 for "Premium Guaranteed Service". They then told us that their pickup driver would arrive on Thursday or Friday to pick up and pack for our move. To our surprise, we received a call from a driver on Wednesday saying that they would be at our apartment within the next 1-2 hours to pick up our stuff. My partner was forced to leave work early to accommodate this request. At this point we were willing to let this go because we were happy to have our stuff packed and on the way to our destination. As many others have stated, once our items were packed, we were charged an extra $1,100 for going over our estimated cubic sq. ft. This came after we confirmed our inventory and boxes twice with the company and after we got rid of a bookshelf, table, and futon to further minimize our expenses. This seemed like a complete bait and switch from the company, and we were only made aware of the additional cost after our stuff was already packed on the truck. This felt like an extortion fee. Once the movers were on the road they called and said that they would be delivering our items on June 9th (one day earlier than our agreed upon date). We reminded them that we were paying $1,929.00 for their "premium guaranteed service" and they reluctantly agreed to honor the agreed upon delivery date. Well, fast forward to June 10th, and they did not arrive until 11:30pm that day. While technically they arrived on June 10th, they did not finish the move until 1:30am on June 11th and they wasted our entire day that we should have spent unpacking. Additionally, we received many of our items damaged and broken and there were also missing items. In short, Bravo moving charged us $1,929.00 for guaranteed delivery that they didn't meet. They charged us $1,100 for extra space even though we got rid of many large items after the original two quotes. And, they delivered our items either missing, broken, or damaged. This company was a complete waste of time and money and they are not worth your consideration or headache. They do not deserve the one star that is required to leave a review.

One of the movers somehow charged my account twice, and they refuse to refund the double-charge. Avoid this company.

I would recommend this moving company with no reservations and with the high recommendation. I…read moredon't usually leave reviews on Yelp. but I was really blown away by just how good this company has been to me and my family. When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. If we move again in the future we would definitely be reaching out to Prodigy again.

Do Not Reccomend, be warned…read more I hired this company because of its strong reviews and was willing to pay more for a professional, efficient move. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I paid about $1,650 before tip, roughly $1,800 total, and ended up with damaged furniture, a damaged wall, a broken TV stand, and an excessively long move. Two of the three movers appeared to speak almost no English, and the third spoke limited English and had to translate for the others. The issue was that the crew could not reliably understand or follow instructions. Several times I made specific requests and was told "OK, OK," only for the crew to continue doing exactly what I had asked them not to do. At one point I had to repeat myself about five times and finally stop them and insist they change the loading order. It should not require an argument to get movers to follow a clear instruction. I own expensive Stickley furniture and other high-end pieces and explicitly told the crew that several items needed exceptional care. I repeatedly asked for more padding and blankets because certain pieces were not adequately protected. On at least two occasions I specifically asked for another blanket, and the mover simply repositioned the existing blankets and kept wrapping. When the furniture was unwrapped, I found scuffs on leather, scratches and chips in wood, marks on my TVs, a broken leg on my nearly new TV stand, and damage to several other pieces. The problem seemed less like laziness and more like lack of experience, organization, and leadership. The time reinforces that concern. My previous move involved significantly more belongings, more preparation by the movers, and a destination about 30 minutes farther away. It also used three movers and was completed in about 5.5 hours, including double drive time. Based on that, I expected this smaller move to take about four hours, five at the absolute most. Instead, it took about eight. Everything except furniture was already packed, I had removed many fragile and awkward items myself, and I had reserved a loading area and dedicated elevator. Even so, individual trips between the apartment and truck were taking roughly 20 minutes despite the distance being only about 32 steps each way. I expected roughly $800-$1,000 plus tip. Instead, I paid about $1,650 plus tip. In my estimation, I paid at least $650-$800 more because of the crew's inefficiency and lack of experience. The most unacceptable incident involved damage to my old apartment. Near the end of the load-out, I found a substantial fresh gouge/chip next to an electrical outlet. I immediately brought it to the movers' attention, and they denied causing it. I had plugged my vacuum into that exact outlet and vacuumed the area no more than ten minutes earlier. The damage was not there then, and it was there after the movers worked there. Damage can happen during a move. What bothered me was being told something that repeatedly that, was plainly not credible. I contacted the company immediately and sent photos. I had to follow up repeatedly before being told the claims department would contact me. The following business day came and went without contact, leaving me to address the damage with my landlord. There was also an issue with the drive between locations. Before leaving, the lead mover and I compared Google Maps and both showed about 29 minutes. The truck then took a different route and arrived about 11 minutes later. Because the company charges double drive time, that effectively became about 22 billable minutes @ 200 per hour. The workers were personable and they did work. My criticism is that the company sent a crew that appeared inadequately trained, inadequately supervised, inefficient, unable to communicate effectively, and unable or unwilling to follow clear instructions regarding expensive property. I chose this company because its reviews made me believe paying a premium would buy professionalism, efficiency, and care. That is not what I received. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them
