I could upload tons of texts, emails and voicemails indicating what a nightmare it was to work with Perfectly Fast Moving -- as they were perfectly slow, unresponsive and unprofessional. Paul Ouellette, broker at NSR (aka Eagle Moving Group), assured me everything would run smoothly during his sales pitch, including linking me to Perfectly Fast Moving as the actual moving guys. But the minute I signed on the dotted line, customer service was nonexistent from both NSR and PF. On moving day, the PF guys showed up without straps or moving blankets and refused to take 30% of my stuff, smoking in my face while denying me the service. My broker, Paul, was unreachable, and Said, despite saying to "talk to him day of if there any issues" was also unreachable. Aside from not taking 30% of my stuff, the movers gave a cascading list of excuses, starting with "we didn't bring straps" to "you are using too much space" (although I measured everything and was well under my cubic foot allowance) to "well, maybe you're not using all the space, but we can't stack higher than 2-3 boxes or else things will break, so if we don't take anything, nothing will arrive broken." Except that promise! Things were missing and broken. Worse yet, while PF said they "fired" the pickup guys for their misinformation, thereby taking no responsibility for their workers representing them, the delivery guys were sloppy. They did not put anything down on the floors to protect from their dirty shoes and dolly. They let the dolly drop step-by-step in a brand new house with new carpet like a toddler who doesn't understand how damage happens. And, they hit one of the walls. Beyond this, my fragile stuff like furniture, drawers and a bike that should have been wrapped in blankets prior to the cross-country move arrived without, with destruction to some items and damage to others, especially every corner that could be damaged. Several of my plastic bins were broken, although the delivery guys tried to hide it by unloaded with the damaged side facing away from me, but I turned everything to find the labels and noticed the damage. Meanwhile, other items were completely missing. Besides this, the broker assured me delivery within 9-21 days from pickup (12/5/24 pickup with worst case 12/26/24 delivery), while the pickup guys told me to make sure I got to my destination within two weeks. So, I rushed, crossing the country, and the 14 days passed, the 21 days passed, and they finally called me on 1/15/25 at 8 pm with 13 hours notice that they would arrive the next morning at 9 am. That's a lot more than 21 days, and a lot less than 24 hours notice for delivery. I'm glad more wasn't missing or damaged, but all these issues were preventable, and promising to be responsive and helpful and assure me a good experience while going unresponsive and pointing fingers at the broker who points the fingers at the mover who points the fingers at the bad employee... just left me in a pool of unaccountable liars. I will never use movers again; I will simply do it myself, even if it costs more, because in the end, it still cost me -- with damaged items, with late items I had to replace while delayed, and with peace of mind. While I can submit a claim for the damaged and missing items, $0.60 per pound helps you replace nothing, so I'll instead be leaving reviews and then submitting claims with the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General.   Bottom line: Absolutely avoid this (and all other) movers and just do it yourself. read more

I recently made the mistake of using this company to move from Arizona to Nevada. The absolute worst moving experience of my life. The most unprofessional and careless company I have ever done business with. They will be super helpful initially through the quoting process and underquote you only to upcharge you THOUSANDS of dollars during pick-up. By the way, the ONLY thing you can use a legitimate payment method for (credit card) is the security deposit you pay. ALL other transactions have to be cash or money orders that have to be left blank. The most unprofessional, unreliable process I've ever dealt with using a moving company, and I've moved several times in the past decade. Pick-up/loading team in Arizona was two guys who showed up over 90 minutes past the delivery window and were at my home until after midnight. Even though my inventory matched what the estimate stated, I was UPCHARGED ALMOST $1500 on the spot and was told none of my things would be loaded if I didn't agree to the new charges. Unbelievable. The loaders caused HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGES to my home as the loaders were too careless and lazy to figure out how to take apart my couches. They charged me an additional $300 because my couches were heavy and "didn't come apart". It took me 5 minutes and one YouTube video to figure out how to do this, but the "PROFESSIONAL MOVERS" somehow couldn't figure this out. They instead frustratedly rammed my couches into my walls and doorframe over and over and over again causing significant damages. Some pictures of said damage are attached below, and this is only a few of the pictures. They absolutely destroyed my $3000 couch because they were too lazy to do their jobs appropriately. I've attached pictures of my broken couch as well. It is now crooked and no longer reclines. Completely broken. I called over and over again in the days following pick-up because my experience was so negative and I had a horrible feeling about the whole process. I was assured by the salesman who took my deposit, another person in the sales department, and the pick-up loading team that my things would be delivered by Sunday, Feb. 16th. I called over and over again to get this confirmed but their customer service team is unreachable once they have your money. When I finally talked to a real person, I was told that my things would take up to 30 days to arrive and was rudely hung up on and subsequently NOBODY would return my phone calls. I called my credit card company immediately in regard to the deposit I paid and report the company, and this was the ONLY thing that got the company's attention-- they miraculously found my job quickly and said delivery would arrive at the initially scheduled window. Again, unbelievable. I was called at nearly 9PM at night on Thursday 2/13 and told my things would be delivered at 6AM the following morning, 2/14. The movers didn't arrive until after 2PM on 2/14 (there was bad weather during this portion of the process, which I understand and was very patient with). After drop-off, I discovered that Perfectly Fast failed to deliver several of my things and somehow lost/didn't deliver two of the giant, 27 gallon storage containers that I had hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of tools, kitchen items, and other valuables that were important to me. They don't even file their own damage/missing items claims, they go through a 3rd party agency that I'm now trying to deal with. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody, ever. The entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish and if I can help even one other person on planet earth from having to go through this, I will. PLEASE do yourself a favor and use literally any other moving company that you can find. WARNING: SCAM COMPANY -- DO NOT USE. Perfectly Fast Moving is anything but. Quoted me $4,000 for a full-service move from CA to MO -- ended up extorting us for $12,000 after our stuff was already packed and loaded. Lied about fixed rates, gave us 48-hour notice for move dates, lowballed the space estimate, and pressured us to sign blank documents that even said DO NOT SIGN UNLESS FILLED OUT. Packing was sloppy, disorganized, and rushed. A textbook bait-and-switch scam. RUN. Here's what actually happened: Initial quote was $4,000 for a large 2-bedroom apartment with full packing included. I was told this was a fixed price and they were "not like other companies." That was a lie. A few weeks later, I mentioned I had some extra stuff (tables, jukebox, 20 pre-packed boxes) 7 minutes down the road. They told me there would be no extra fee for the second stop. No one confirmed our inventory until just 3 days before the move. Then suddenly, a manager named Mike tells me the quote has jumped to $6,000 -- an extra $2K for the additional boxes. Frustrating, but I agreed since we were close to moving day. We're told movers will come April 8 (one day early) -- so we scramble and rearrange our schedules. When they arrive, we find out we've only been allotted 650 cubic feet of truck space. That wouldn't even fit a 1-bedroom, let alone our actual inventory. I'm told I need to sign a blank contract agreeing to pay more if it goes over. The form literally says "DO NOT SIGN UNLESS FILLED OUT" -- but the mover pressures me to sign anyway. I refuse until they write in the 1100 cubic foot estimate to protect myself. Suddenly, the new total jumps again -- now it's $8,000. We feel totally trapped. Everything is packed. We're moving tomorrow. We reluctantly agree. The packing itself? Horrible. They missed entire shelves, forgot items, and ignored their own protocol. Boxes weren't labeled properly, they just scribbled "Box 1," "Box 2," etc. No inventory list. Now we have no idea what's in what box. At the second stop (the one they said would be free), they quickly load the remaining items, then come back with the final bill: $12,000. They even charge us $10 for each stair step. That's TRIPLE the original quote, and we had no choice because our entire life was already on their truck. They demand $5K right away and another $5K on delivery. We're still waiting on the drop-off, and honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they try to tack on more fees when they arrive. Do yourself a favor -- do not trust anything this company says. A lot of my stuff was damaged. They moved my stuff twice, and my antiques are cracked and broken. I'm so heartsick. These things can not be replaced. Many things I packed in bubble wrap, and extra padding were still broken. They picked up my things from a storage, they threw some loose things in a big box. When these guys dropped off my stuff here, they didn't even put things where they went. They half-a**ed it. The cord on my refrigerator is damaged, and it was taped securely when it left my home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You will 1000% regret it! They are also advertising as PERFECTLY FAST MOVING in Spokane, WA. It all started with the quote provided by the sales rep, Matt Harris, over the phone. He was so polite and eager to get my business. Quoting me around $2500 for my Studio apartment and listing all my items. He told me that the cost would not go up and they would package and un-package my things and deliver within 10-14 days. At pickup, the guys that showed up adjusted my quote from $2500 to almost $5000. They were not friendly, threw my stuff in boxes unorganized, as well as refused to take half of my stuff and said they ran out of room. I ended up throwing away 25% of my apartment and no one at the company number would help or offer any solutions to why I was being up charged and denying to take things. During the time of waiting on my shipment, I called numerous times and spoke to the same man and woman on the company line. They were never able to give me any update on my stuff or when it should arrive. They would only say they technically have 30 days from pickup and they would call to give 24hr notice before arriving. I received a text/call a random morning that they would be arriving in 2 hours. No 24 hour notice, at all! At dropoff, they added an additional fee of $130 to my order for a flight of stairs and did not unpack any of my things, even while I paid for the full packing/unpacking. This company not only held our stuff hostage and were fraudulent with charges but also nearly killed our cat. When we couldn't find our cat anywhere we begged this company to look for her in our things and they didn't allow us to look ourselves. They claimed she wasn't in our belongings but after 3 weeks they made us pay the overcharges and when our couch was brought in we found our cat barely alive deep inside our sofa bed. This company was contracted to me by safe ship moving. This was a bit of a last minute move and I was given this company name via safe ship moving. (I do not remember the exact days of the week) but, I was moved out on a Friday and earlier in the same week I was matched with this company. I spoke with the brokerage firm safe ship moving as I asked them about reviews and references for this company and there were not many online. I reached out to their customer service numerb and spoke with a woman. I had a few questions including reviews of the company and her experience working there (she thought people were nice), I asked her about method of payment which included cash, check and venmo or zelle. I asked her about protection for damages as I had certain things I was worried about (like my Peloton) of which she informed me if they damaged it they would replace it. Well fast foward to the day of and the two men who came to my house to help me move had me sign a contract. I read over the contract and some of the things that I was told by them I was required to sign was that I would give up any claim for damages apart from some basic "industry standard" of 6 cents per lbs or something similar (essentially, if my peloton was broken they would give me $60). I did not feel comfortable with this as it was not what had been previousl discussed. I called the boss/customer service line and then gentleman who picked up stated that he was the boss and that no one had talked to me and said that. When I told him the date and time of the call (it had been the day prior) he said oh yes she works here but that is not what she said. He told me that he can just cancel the move (they had already started packing things) and that if I had wanted more protection I needed to talk to him two weeks prior to the move. When I mentioned how we had only been matched 33/4 days prior he said not my problem. He was very rude on the phone and extremely unhelpful. Another part of the contract I had to sign were added on fees not discussed with me. For example, one was an "extra length" fee AKA my apartment door was further from their car than 50 ft and it was an extra amount per every 50 or 100 ft they had to roll (I lived on the first floor and the second door from the garage entrance. It would have been hard to get any closer). The two men who helped me were very nice. They were not the most efficient of packers (boxes were packed very haphazardly and it did not seem like they were more professionally packed than how I would have done it myself). I felt bad that they were stuck inbetween their boss and myself on the phone conversation as he was incredibly rude and unprofessional and I had the conversation in front of them. Then he tried to tell me and then men working there that I was only able to pay in cash. Of which I told him that of course was not what had been discussed and I did not have that much cash on me. DO NOT USE SAFE SHIP or their third party contractor PERFECTLY FAST MOVING, it is the worst mistake I have ever made. Here are my reasons why: SAFE SHIP has perfected the art of manipulation. 2. SAFE SHIP'S sales force consists of nothing more than the sleaziest of salespeople who have mastered the art of selling snake oil. I was not given any time to read the contract over because they had to have it in order to hold the price I was quoted. I was later dressed down by one of their customer service representatives for not reading the contract. How could I have when I was told I had to sign so quickly? 3. During the 2 1/2 hour phone call with SAFE SHIP'S sleazy sales rep who "wanted to make sure I knew all the little details of the contract" since it would take too long to read because I had to sign to hold my quote, he NEVER once said they contract out to a third party, PERFECTLY FAST MOVING or that the third party would be a scam in of itself. 4. The day I spent the 2 1/2 hours on the phone with SAFE SHIP'S sells rep, I also spent an hour before that with another representative who was asking me all sorts of questions about my belongings. I was very clear that I did not have everything packed and that it was too soon to tell just how many boxes and pieces of furniture I would have. I was told I had to give them this number that day in order to get the quote. 5. 3 days before the scheduled pick up, the quote from SAFE SHIP DOUBLED because "I had more items that I contracted for". I told this person I would scale down the amount of items so that I could retain the original quote. By this point, I had literally everything packed and had to tear apart everything only to repack. When I did get the allotted number of boxes and pieces of furniture to match the original quote, I was then suddenly not able to get a hold of my point of contact at SAFE SHIP. Constantly sent to voicemail. Needless to say I was forced to pay more than for the quoted amount. 6. On the scheduled pick up day, the third party contractor, PERFECTLY FAST MOVING was 4 hours late, and I was told at that time that my household would be loaded into their rented Penske trucks taken to a warehouse, unloaded and then reloaded onto another truck with at lease 3 other households. 7. When PERFECTLY FAST MOVING finally did deliver my household, it was really late at night, extremely dark and when I was trying to account for all the items listed on the load sheet, I was told by the driver that he did not have time for that and I could do that later. I was also told by the driver that any missing/damages claims DO NOT go through SAFE SHIP and I was to contact PERFECTLY FAST MOVING only moving forward. I discovered several broken and missing items. I contacted PERFECTLY FAST MOVING and was told they would track the missing items down. They came back later and stated they found my missing boxes and would have them brought to me. Then I was also told that the maximum amount I could received in a missing/damage claim was only $1000 not the $10,000 I was told by SAFE SHIP. 8. The representative I have been dealing with from PERFECTLY FAST MOVING said that since I started the missing/damage claim within the 30 day window from delivery I would be able to hold that claim open until my missing boxes were delivered. 9. It is now early August, I have still not received my missing boxes being told that I live out of the way to deliver them or arrange for a delivery, and now PERFECTLY FAST MOVING is not returning my emails or messages. 9/25/24 - Here is an update. Perfectly Fast Moving finally admitted after 4 MONTHS they did not know where my missing boxes were after telling my multiple lies such as the person that was to send the boxes to me was in the hospital for two months and he was the ONLY person in the company who could and multiple times being told that "the driver will bring them tomorrow". It is unfathomable to me how a company would allow their business to be held up by lies, and that they somehow believe this is a good business practice. The cherry on top was their offer to pay me $1000 to get me to "settle the claim". After I finally got them to admit they were lying, I accepted the $1000. I received the first part and then was told I needed to take this review down before getting the second part. I told them I would take the review down. I kept my word and took the review down off my old gmail account. I will not be silenced by them or coerced. It is important that future customers understand what kind of company they are considering for their move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Movers were drinking beer while "packing" our items (threw beer cans in front yard and spit used gum in garage). Items were not wrapped, and most of our items are chipped or broken beyond repair. Imagine a breakable item, wrapped in one piece of paper, placed on the bottom of the biggest box, and then heavy items placed on top of that. THAT is how our items were packed. Many items were STOLEN, including expensive tools. A new and expensive ladder has just disappeared, the company doesn't care. They placed other customers items in with our belongings, and asked us to pay for the boxes to be returned! That customer phoned the police and had them come to my home to get the box. Insanity, and they still haven't picked up the package from the post office. Movers were notified, again, they didn't care. We were quoted $12,000 for the move, and they ultimately charged $23,000!! They arrived 5 (FIVE) days passed their quoted arrival date, and had no one to unload the trucks! They hired undesirable people to unload, and one was ultimately arrested on a felony warrant! These people were walking freely through my home, handling my items, and sitting on my furniture. In the end, this "business" offered $150.00 to resolve this matter, and literally laughed at us on the phone when we reported the damaged and stolen items. This is a mixed good and bad review. We used Perfectly Fast Moving through Safe Ship...we were extremely frustrated that it took 10 days to get our stuff. They arrived and had my brand new mattress strapped to the back of their truck. The driver of the truck was extremely rude and unprofessional. My mattress was permanently damaged from water being in it and becoming moldy because of being strapped to the back of a truck. BUT! It's 11:29pm in our new home here in Camarillo (from NP). Had it not been for Alex, Gabriel and William-I'd still be moving boxes and bins from NP. My original mover (booked Wednesday the 21st) never showed nor called the day of the move (Dec 26th). Never even called back. I called Alex and and I told him what happened and even though the price became a tad more ($40) from my quoted price-I didn't stutter because: 1. I needed to move 2. I needed to move-Monday 3. My friends and family-needed to get me moved 4. My one day off from work to do this... I tell you, it was so well worth it! Gabriel and William-not only packed my life with my now ex-of 10 years but they made me feel at ease and even made me Laugh at a really - crappy time in my life. I've learned a few things this round. This is not a good company to do business with. They were sub- contracted with a broker. They picked up my belongings in Oregon, to be delivered in No Carolina. It took them more than six weeks, giving me different delivery dates along the way., but never coming through. They even pulled up to my new home with a truck full of someone elses belongings. When they finally "found" and delivered my belonings, there were major items missing. How do you lose a freezer, etc? They then insisted I complete my claim form immediately. After signing Oct 13th a check has been promised. Over and over they say the check is in the mail or be patient! It's now mid Dec and still no check. Stay away from this business. First they showed up 3 hours later. They barely spoke English which made it difficult to communicate during the move. Apparently I went over the allotted space I was quoted so my price jumped about $2000 dollars but they couldn't explain how the space was calculated so it seemed arbitrary. It was late at night when the finished packing and brought the contract for me to sign. Be sure to read carefully, with the time of night and just being tired and ready for bed I had the guy walk through it for me and he said if anything is lost or damaged they would pay 60% of value. It's actually 60 cents per pound which is a pretty significant difference so be aware of that. My fault I guess for not reading it myself but still pretty shady. They arrived at my new house to drop off with no notice, luckily I was home. About 10/12 items were missing, but most were luckily found later in one of their warehouses and dropped off a couple weeks later. I still had a few items missing and damage to my dining room table and chairs as well as a couch. In the claim, it was determined that the damage was acceptable for the move so I got screwed out of any damages. read more

I had scheduled a full pack and move from Illinois to Alabama. They showed up late, under staffed, and not prepared for the needed task. I ended up helping extensivly with packing and hauling eventhough I was the one paying for this. I ended up missing my closing date for the new house because e were still at the old house. Delivery to the new house was also late and under staffed. I had a lot of things broken and missing. A substantial number of items were not delivered, damaged/broken. Tried working with them on this issue and then they stopped communicating at all with me. I unfortunatly now need to file a law suit to address this. read more

They lost or stole property from me and damaged most of the property that I received . When I contacted their insurance company, they offered me an amount that added further insult to the horrible moving experience. Do NOT hire these people and trust them with your property. It's been several months since my move and I still haven't recovered. Not pleased with this company. I have been waiting since October 14th for my belongings, with no confirmed delivery date yet. It is currently October 26th. Delivery window has been moved 3 times. The pick up was a night mare as the Safe Ship said written in our contract was 50% of packing would be done by movers. They would bring the boxes that they would pack. Upon arrival they told me to start packing the boxes they brought. Myself and two of my kids worked as hard as we could, to pack the rest of the house while they started wrapping furniture and taking out boxes that we previously packed. Jon told me that they weren't there to pack. He didn't know why the Safe Ship would have told me that they would help. That was when I found out that they were separate. I was still packing when he told me that they were done and to sign. Besides all the things that weren't packed in time, they forgot our kitchen bar table, shelving in the garage and basement. I texted him as soon as they left that they had forgotten the table, but he didn't reply or come back. When I called to see if they could come back they said it was too late. Everything was already en route, and me driving the table to them to put on the truck was not an option. They said since I had signed there was nothing they could do. I had to make further moving arrangements to take things that were left behind. The furniture that they wrapped, they put the packing tape directly on the furniture. This offers no protection and damages the furniture. This has been a nuisance beyond compare to try and get off without damaging the furniture. It has damaged several items and even made permanent marks on furniture. We still haven't been able to get it all off. There were 3 wardrobe boxes that unbeknown to us they used. However they didn't use them for any clothing. They took out drawers of my daughters desk and hutch and dumped them into these tall boxes. They did the same thing with another wardrobe box dumping the contents of a file cabinet. This was their way of helping I guess. Odds and ends that were in the dining room, including a laptop and Nintendo which were just thrown into a huge wardrobe box. When we opened these boxes they were just piles of things all mixed up. The Nintendo case was also missing it's contents. These giant boxes didn't need to be used, as we were charged extra because they were wardrobe. This is what they consider packing. Not all the packing materials were used. but they charged for it anyway...also different than what the Safe Ship told us. This is our 12th long distance move in the last 30 years. This was by far the worst experience if not traumatic, aggravating, underhanded experience we have ever had with a move. We also paid far more for this move than we ever have or was ever estimated by 10,000. When the truck arrived it was not filled or stacked to the ceiling. I guess it is a way to say we need more truck space and charge us more. And to say for the repairs made the claim does not even begin to cover the bills of repair. Absolutely the WORST movers I have ever had. Super expensive and they just threw my items in boxes with no packing material. Damaged many items and arrived late. They did not show up until noon each day, were late a day, and did not finish the move until 10:30p.m. They were VERY EXPENSIVE and low quality! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!! I recently did a long distance move to Texas and I was extremely worried about it. I received quotes from 10 different movers and all of them were way over my budget, except for Sam at Perfectly Fast Moving. Sam's quote was reasonable (considering the sky high gas prices). When the movers came, they were very thoughtful, hardworking and a pleasure to be around. I felt very at ease because they were so responsible with how they loaded the truck. Everything traveled across country in one piece and nothing was damaged. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who is doing a large or small move. read more

Sam and Carlos were punctual, friendly, reliable and worked extremely hard to ensure my belongings were loaded carefully into the truck on the day of the move. Then they drove it across the state on the same day in very tricky driving conditions to ensure it was ready to be moved into the new spot the very next day itself as agreed up on. Can't recommend these guys enough and if you're looking for trustworthy movers, they're your best bet. read more

The movers were nice guys but did damage to six of my walls and one down to the studs. I was assured that they would be fixed and all they offered was $100. What a complete joke and management there have been zero help. Be very careful if you use them or Safe Ship who setup the whole transaction. Very bad overall experience! read more

Words cannot begin to describe the disappointment I have with this company. It was a disaster from start to finish. I was originally quoted $12,000 for the move over the phone, and on the day of, I was told $23,000. What are you supposed to do when half of your items are already on the truck?! It was very frustrating. By way of background, no one at Safe Ship explained to me that they were using subcontractors. Also, they told me I could pay with credit card. I did upon initial deposit and at pick-up. Upon delivery, I get a call late afternoon Sunday that they were coming with my stuff the next morning at 9am, and I needed $8k cash. It was infuriating. As for the quality of their subcontractor, Perfectly Fast Moving, the packers did not label any of the boxes, so it was total chaos when the boxes arrived because it was impossible to tell what went where. At the end of packing, the driver literally made me write a positive review on BBB for Safe Ship. He told me what to write and even typed part himself. I felt so uncomfortable. He then said that my items would be arriving by the following Thursday (one week from pickup). They showed up two and half weeks later. Of course, they demanded payment in full in cash before unloading, but what they did not tell me is that half my items were not there and would be coming by separate delivery. The next delivery did not take place until almost a full month after pickup! Mind you, I moved two bedrooms, a living room, dining room and study. After the first delivery, I had one bedroom with no footboard or mattress, one bedroom entirely missing and no dining room table or hutch. Living a whole month without these things after paying $23,000 felt like highway robbery. Also, for both deliveries, the driver hired guys off Crgslist, which made me feel super uncomfortable, as they had no background checks or qualifications for moving expensive furniture, nor were they likely insured. As for the second delivery, he said he would arrive next day at 9am. 11am, I texted him, and he said he would be there shortly. He did not show up until almost 7pm, demanded full payment again (despite having already paid), and he had no help until one guy from Crgslist showed up 30 minutes later. Tons of damage to furniture, missing pieces, including original artwork done by my deceased mother. Stay far away from this company! When I reported all of this to them, they just kept saying they were the middle-man and not responsible. I did not hire their subcontrator; they did! I wanted to deal with the company that sold me their services and that I had been able to research; not strangers! read more

Here are some words to summarize my experience with Perfectly Fast Moving: reliable, efficient, accommodating and trustworthy. We moved all the way from Los Angeles to Dallas. Not only did they provide us with an incredible quote, but there were no hidden fees or surprises. Also they arrived to Dallas in TWO days which is incredible. No waiting 2 weeks. Not only that but Sam and Eddie were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked them favors or even to be mindful of the carpet (it was raining!) they remained very respectful and accommodating. I know myself did EXTENSIVE research for moving companies especially because we were moving half way across the country! But from the first moment communication with Said was quick and easy. I needed a moving truck loaded for a cross country move. Sam, Antony, Frank, and Carlos were very professional and did a great job. They showed up with a truck full of supplies and dollies and moved everything quickly and carefully. They furniture was plastic wrapped and protected with blankets. They also knew how to pack and protect the large awkward items that were too big for boxes. We had a lot more stuff than I realized. 4 bedroom house, plus garage, and a lot of outdoor kids stuff, but they packed everything very tightly so we actually had room to spare. Everything was done in 4.5 hours which I felt was extremely fast given how much furniture and boxes we had. Should also mention it was a 100 degree day (!) in the Valley. Very happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone looking to hire a moving company. read more

I'm a little late at writing this review, but better late than never. I cannot recommend them enough. I had such a great experience with my move from inquiry to drop off. I moved out of state (California to Washington) and they were extremely reasonable and even provided a service to drive my car up for me. They were right on time and did such a great job of packing everything and wrapping and protecting. They got here in a timely manner and unpacked everything and did it with care. I was having the hardest time finding movers especially for out of state and ones that included moving my car and I am so glad I found Perfectly Fast Moving. I had to remotely organize a move for my mom in Glendale, California. We decided on a move on December 28th. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find movers that were affordable or let alone working right after Christmas. I called several companies and thank goodness I was able to find Perfectly Fast Moving! My mom had a wonderful experience with a very professional team. Sayid called the day before to confirm our appointment, and they boys were right on time the next day. They kept their masks on the whole time and were very careful with all of her things. They were able to move her into her new place in 4 hours! I highly recommend these guys. I was worried that things wouldn't go smoothly since I could not physically be there and because she was moving during the pandemic, but their professionalism was able to put me at ease and now my mom is happy and safe in her new place! read more
