The pricing was confusing, the inventory count seemed incorrect, and communication earlier in the process was difficult. At one point, it felt like the situation was going to become a major problem. That changed once Ali stepped in and took the time to actually listen and understand the situation. Instead of dismissing my concerns, he was patient, professional, and genuinely worked with me to address the problems. He carefully went through the details with me, clarified the process, and made sure I felt heard and respected throughout the conversation. Moving is already a stressful experience, and what made the biggest difference was having someone like Ali who was willing to take ownership of the situation and work toward a solution rather than avoid the problem. His communication was clear, respectful, and proactive, which immediately helped rebuild my trust in the company. Ali's professionalism, understanding, and willingness to help completely changed my perspective on the experience. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I only wish I had read the many similar reviews before signing. From the beginning, the process felt misleading. The salesperson, Raphael Eduardo, walked me through a detailed inventory of my apartment and quoted me a price that fit my budget... but only after pressuring me to sign immediately and pay a 50% deposit. On moving day, everything unraveled. The crew arrived late, despite confirming an 8a arrival to meet strict HOA moving time restrictions. After beginning the move, they abruptly stopped and informed me that my contract only covered "1/5 of the truck"... something that was never clearly explained during booking and made little sense given I was the only client scheduled that day. At that point, with my belongings already loaded, I was told I would need to pay an additional $700 to continue. Because of these delays, we left hours late and arrived after the permitted move-in window. I was then required to pay $350 in HOA overtime fees. The unloading process took approximately four hours, pushing the move past 9:30p. The issues didn't stop there. The movers claimed my couch would not fit into the unit and left it in the garage. The next day, I hired someone else who was able to move it in alone without issue, costing me an additional $300. Despite all of this, I still tipped the crew $300. I was told by Dina that the company would address the overtime charges. However, after five follow-up calls and multiple assurances that a manager (Brian) would contact me, I received no response. After escalating the issue via email to multiple contacts, I finally received a reply from the founder, Ali. After weeks of back-and-forth, including a very difficult phone call, no resolution was reached. I requested reimbursement for the $650 in third-party costs caused directly by their delays and handling (HOA overtime and the additional mover for my couch). I did not request reimbursement for the additional $700 charged during the move. Communication has since stopped entirely, and I was ultimately told to pursue legal action. What was initially quoted as a $2,500 move ended up costing me over $4,000 due to delays, additional charges, and lack of follow-through. My experience with Bravo Moving was extremely disappointing and resulted in an unexpected additional charge of $2,938.56--bringing the total cost of moving my two-bedroom apartment from Bakersfield to Sacramento to an astonishing $9,938.64. In my opinion, this was an excessive and unreasonable amount for the move. Before booking, I reviewed my inventory in detail with the company representative, Nez, who prepared my quote. I also sent videos of every room so there would be complete transparency about the volume and types of items being moved. I specifically explained that my employer was paying for the move and that I needed a complete, all-inclusive quote because I could not afford to be surprised by additional charges on moving day. Nez repeatedly assured me that the amount quoted was the total cost. At no point was I told that the final price could increase based on the amount of truck space used or the number of individual items. Had that pricing structure been clearly disclosed beforehand, I could have made a fully informed decision about whether to hire this company. Nez also assured me that my television and entertainment wall unit would be removed and reinstalled at my new home. He even stated that he would personally make sure it was done if necessary. However, when I discussed this with the movers--Jordan, Jason, and Akeem--they appeared surprised and explained that they had never mounted a television and that doing so was not part of their responsibilities. To be clear, Jordan, Jason, and Akeem were very kind, and my complaint is not directed toward them. They were placed in an unfair position because promises had been made to me that they were neither trained nor equipped to fulfill. After the move, I was charged an additional $2,938.56. I requested to speak with the owner, Ali, and explained the entire situation during a three-way call that included Nez. During that conversation, Nez did not dispute or correct my account of what I had been told. Ali acknowledged during the call that his employee had misrepresented the company's pricing structure and explained that the charges were based on truck space and the number of items. Unfortunately, that explanation came only after my belongings had been moved and the additional charge had already been applied. Despite acknowledging what had occurred, Ali declined to offer an adjustment, refund, or any other meaningful resolution. As a result, I was forced to pay the additional $2,938.56, hire someone else to mount my television, and ultimately give my entertainment wall unit to my former neighbors because the movers were unable to remove and reinstall it as promised. This was not a minor misunderstanding. I provided a detailed inventory, submitted videos of every room, directly asked about possible additional costs, and relied on repeated assurances that the quoted amount was final. I was also disappointed by the owner's responses to customers' reviews. In my opinion, the repeated focus on defending the company's actions--rather than acknowledging customers' concerns and working toward fair resolutions--raises serious questions about its commitment to accountability and customer service. I strongly urge prospective customers to obtain every promise, included service, pricing term, and potential additional charge in writing before hiring Bravo Moving. In my case, the verbal assurances I relied upon were not honored, and what should have been a straightforward move became an extraordinarily costly and frustrating experience. I sincerely wish I had read more of the reviews before choosing this company. If protecting your hard-earned money is important to you--especially in today's economy--I strongly recommend considering other moving companies before doing business with Bravo Moving. The worst moving experience I have ever had. I would strongly caution anyone considering Bravo Moving to look elsewhere. When our household goods were picked up, both the pickup team and the representative we originally worked with told us we could expect our belongings within approximately one week. After a week passed, I contacted Bravo and was told the actual timeframe was at least 21 business days and that we should never have been told one week. The worst part of the experience, however, occurred on delivery day. Prior to delivery, I received written instructions from Bravo directing me to make the final payment by cashier's check payable to Bravo Moving. I followed those instructions exactly. When the driver arrived, he instead demanded that I pay him directly via Zelle or cash. I showed him Bravo's written payment instructions. I contacted my coordinator, who confirmed that I had handled the payment correctly and that the driver should begin unloading our belongings. He refused, despite acknowledging that I had paid, the driver instructed the individuals he had hired not to remove anything from the truck until Bravo paid him. At that point, our belongings were effectively being held hostage over a payment dispute between Bravo and its third-party driver. I had fulfilled every financial obligation required of me as the customer, had confirmation that Bravo received my payment, and yet I was being denied access to my belongings because Bravo apparently had not paid its driver. We went back and forth for a significant period of time, after we had already waited approximately three hours just for the delivery and unloading process to get started. I repeatedly explained that whatever payment issue existed between him and Bravo was not my responsibility. I had paid Bravo in full. I ultimately reached the point where I had to threaten to contact the police simply to have my fully paid-for belongings removed from the truck. Only then did the driver finally instruct his crew to begin unloading. The driver then began openly discussing his own problems with Bravo. He told me that Bravo is routinely late paying him, that they repeatedly lie to him, and that he was frustrated with how they conduct business. He explained that he was a third-party driver, that it was his truck, and that he disagreed with how Bravo was handling its obligations to him. Whether or not every allegation he made about Bravo is accurate, a customer should NEVER be placed in the middle of a financial dispute between a moving company and its contracted driver. Whatever issues existed between Bravo and this driver were theirs to resolve. I had already paid for my move in full. The delivery itself was also poorly coordinated. We were told to be available at 1:30 p.m., yet the individuals hired to unload our belongings did not arrive until approximately 4:00 p.m. After already waiting hours for the process to begin, we then had to deal with this payment dispute before our belongings could even be unloaded. After everything was finally delivered, we also discovered multiple damaged items. I understand that interstate moves can involve delays, third-party drivers, and logistical challenges. What I do not accept is inaccurate information about delivery timelines, extremely poor communication, contradictory payment demands, significant delays, unexpected additional costs, damaged belongings, and, most egregiously, having my fully paid-for belongings withheld because of an apparent payment dispute between Bravo and its driver. I am grateful that our belongings eventually arrived, but that is an extraordinarily low bar for a professional moving company. Based on my experience, I would never use Bravo Moving again and cannot recommend them to anyone. read more

When I called them about this, they told me they would look in their storage and call me back. I waited for 2 weeks with no call back. When the truck driver arrived to drop off my stuff, he showed up ALONE and I had to HELP HIM UNLOAD MY ITEMS. Why did I even hire movers if I had to unload my own items!? A single woman, I agreed to pay 2500 for them to move 3200 pounds of my stuff, a 1 bedroom. Simple. They refused to do it and held my items hostage until I paid $2000 more for them to move my bed. This was confusing because the bed was listed on the inventory as a 1 bedroom-- including one bed. I was always clear and upfront, my stuff did not exceed 3200 pounds, and they are robbing me for the extra $2k. The movers were so mean to me, it was like they did not want to help me at all. I have never experienced anything like it. I agreed because this person bullied and harassed me into it. Then, when I agreed to pay over $4500 for them to move my simple one-bedroom-- THEY FORGOT THE BED. They left a crucial piece of my vintage brass bed in my old apartment. It won't even stand up now. They upcharged me and then broke the bed, leaving behind a piece, rendering it useless. The bed should have already been included in the price because it was well under 3200 lbs. I don't have that much. The original estimate should have been honored. The upcharge when all my stuff was already loaded except my bed, that is a scam. It never should have been upcharged. It was a bait and switch. Then, they delivered it late. Arrival was meant to be 2/14 at 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. It didn't arrive until Sunday 2/16 at 6:30 p.m. They arrived IN THE DARK, in the pouring rain. The movers then didn't want to help me--yet again. So they hired two houseless people from Craigslist to move my stuff. I moved, lifted, and unpacked more of my items than these movers did who charged me egregiously. I took photos and videos of the damage they were doing to my items-- leaving them in the rain, leaving them in the dark, breaking items on the way in. I paid 4500 for professional movers, not houseless scary men from Craigslist to damage my stuff. 20+ items damaged, exceeding thousands of dollars. These movers do not care about your items at all. This review is long overdue, but after my move from NYC to Las Vegas, I finally wanted to share my disappointing experience with Bravo Moving-Out of State & International Movers. At first, the booking process with Andy was smooth enough, and that gave me confidence in choosing them. Since there wasn't a lot of information available online about the company, I took a chance based on a few decent reviews and their mid-range pricing. Unfortunately, things became stressful once the actual move started. While Sergey and his co-worker handled the pickup professionally, I later found out that the company works with other carriers for national moves, which was not clearly explained upfront. That was frustrating because I expected a more direct and organized service. The biggest problems came during delivery in Las Vegas. I live on The Strip, where moving logistics are already difficult, but the driver repeatedly got lost and missed the scheduled delivery window. My building requires advance notice for move-ins, so this caused major inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I had to spend a lot of time coordinating with dispatch and rescheduling everything for the following day. Although Vitaly from dispatch remained calm and polite throughout the situation, communication overall could have been much better. By that point, my patience was completely gone due to the delays and confusion. Thankfully, my belongings eventually arrived without damage, but the overall experience was far more stressful than it should have been. For a long-distance move, reliability, timing, and coordination matter just as much as keeping items intact -- and this company fell short in those areas. While there are some good people there including some people in the moving team/dispatch, Joe (sales guy who I believe is no longer there) and Dinah, they are a shop that is clearly run by poorly by the owner and the team has thieves in it. The owner unfortunately gives these good people the inability to do a good job and forces them into bad situations with the customers. If you are competitor, hire some of them and show them how a good shop runs. My story is that I had a large job from CA to NY, and from day 1, when the move began the issues started. The movers couldn't pick up all the items day 1 from my storage and instead of coming the next day as they said they would, they showed up 3+ weeks later which ended up costing me additional storage. I was eventually given a different pick up date on my storage start date (after pulling a lot of teeth and dealing with numerous calls wasting a lot of time). I was also sold two month of free storage to get me to use their services. At the end, the owner told me directly, that he would only give me one free month and the second month was really just for transit. The sales persons explicitly said otherwise. He also said since it was verbally agreed that this was not enforceable, which is 100% not true. They said they record all the calls, and I said go review them, it will be clear, he refused to and told me to file an insurance claim (another scam they are probably running.) On top of it, he also told me he didn't like that I would question him, and said he would do whatever he could to charge me more (UNBELIEVEABLE!). Many times I tried calling about minor questions and issues, but they screened my calls, I'm assuming at the order of their owner, leaving me worrying and wondering about my items even thought I told them I would pay whatever I needed to get the items over. The team really did try when they could, but the owner did not make it easy and demanded payments outside of what was agreed upon while holding my delivery as a hostage if I didn't agree to what they wanted. Lastly numerous items were MISSING in my delivery, especially some high value items. Their contract only allows for a certain amount per pound and having to prove it, unfortunately this is almost impossible so those items are lost forever and not worth the time and stress to go through their process to end up getting nothing back. 1000% do not book from them. The owner Ali can reply here and say whatever, BUT don't believe him, he's a con-artist. Look at the consistency of the poor reviews, and for your own mental being and sake of your items being moved FIND SOMEONE ELSE. It's a sham operation, and I had a terrible moving/storage experience with them, with a lot of items missing, being upcharged (significantly over the intial quote) and threatened by the owner after he could not deliver on promises his company made to garner my business. read more

I hired Bravo Moving to relocate a ScriptPro machine (~800-1000 lbs) from Yucaipa to Coronado. From the very beginning, I provided photos, videos, dimensions, and stressed the importance of exact timing since the seller had to travel over an hour to meet the movers. Despite this, Bravo rescheduled at the last minute (Friday night for a Saturday job), showed up unprepared, and failed to complete the move twice. Their coordinator, Brian, even promised the seller $200 to wait longer -- which never happened. I had to pay the seller out of my own pocket. Communication was terrible (calls went unanswered during posted hours), promises were broken, and the move was never completed. I ended up with wasted time, added costs, and major project delays. Wonderful, Jason was amazing, he had two gentleman with him and they wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped and did an amazing job. He drove all the way from Glendale to Prescott Arizona in 10 hours and came to my house in Arizona at night and unloaded with another gentleman. Jason was very careful with my furniture and other items they unloaded and unwrapped everything and was very conscious in his job . He was just amazing. Items arrived broken or went "missing". They claim that every mover is a bravo employee but its clear these are all subcontractors. I had a horrible experience with Bravo Moving and I would not recommend them to anyone who is planning an upcoming move. From start to finish we had multiple issues and cost increases with the company and I have detailed our experience below. Spend your money with a more reliable and reputable company. Do not do business with Bravo Moving. My Fiancée and I recently moved from Arizona to Oregon and, due to our new jobs, we needed a company that could guarantee delivery on June 10th. Bravo told us that this would not be a problem, and we were charged $1,929.00 for "Premium Guaranteed Service". They then told us that their pickup driver would arrive on Thursday or Friday to pick up and pack for our move. To our surprise, we received a call from a driver on Wednesday saying that they would be at our apartment within the next 1-2 hours to pick up our stuff. My partner was forced to leave work early to accommodate this request. At this point we were willing to let this go because we were happy to have our stuff packed and on the way to our destination. As many others have stated, once our items were packed, we were charged an extra $1,100 for going over our estimated cubic sq. ft. This came after we confirmed our inventory and boxes twice with the company and after we got rid of a bookshelf, table, and futon to further minimize our expenses. This seemed like a complete bait and switch from the company, and we were only made aware of the additional cost after our stuff was already packed on the truck. This felt like an extortion fee. Once the movers were on the road they called and said that they would be delivering our items on June 9th (one day earlier than our agreed upon date). We reminded them that we were paying $1,929.00 for their "premium guaranteed service" and they reluctantly agreed to honor the agreed upon delivery date. Well, fast forward to June 10th, and they did not arrive until 11:30pm that day. While technically they arrived on June 10th, they did not finish the move until 1:30am on June 11th and they wasted our entire day that we should have spent unpacking. Additionally, we received many of our items damaged and broken and there were also missing items. In short, Bravo moving charged us $1,929.00 for guaranteed delivery that they didn't meet. They charged us $1,100 for extra space even though we got rid of many large items after the original two quotes. And, they delivered our items either missing, broken, or damaged. This company was a complete waste of time and money and they are not worth your consideration or headache. They do not deserve the one star that is required to leave a review. read more

Bogden, Dean, Aslan and one other person whose name I can't remember (apologies). They were all fantastic and really the only reason we were happy about the move. Our problem was with the price change. We were quoted around 2,600 and the price ended up being closer to 4,000 (and that was after complaining because we were shocked about the price change.) We knew it was a quote/estimate but we were not expecting that big of a change. Just know that your estimate/quote will be about half of the actually price they will ask for. They didn't show up. It's not that they were late, they just didn't show up. I'd confirmed with them the day before that they were going to be here on Saturday. At about 1:30 in the afternoon, I missed a single text from them saying I needed to confirm. So they didn't show up. I tried but I couldn't get an answer or a commitment as to when they would be here on that day or the next. I was a hot potato thrown around to different individuals, one of whom wrote in a text, "It's not my job" [to fix it]. I'd even staged everything for them in the garage. All they would've had to do was show up and move the stuff about 20 feet. Everyone who'd helped me that day had gone home, but I was able to get one person back. However, due to the weight of the things that needed to be moved, I have to leave a lot of it behind. The new buyers are willing to take it for free. Otherwise I'd have to pay them for leaving their new home a mess. So now I need to buy new furniture when I get to my new state. This was a 1200 mile state to state move that was meticulously planned and they didn't show up. Of course I don't get my deposit back. I can't tell you who to use, but do not this company. Warning: Do Not Use Bravo Moving Company Under no circumstance should you book your move through Bravo Moving Company. If you are working with a broker, make sure to state--both verbally and in writing--that you do not want Bravo Moving Company involved at any stage of your move. I recently relocated from Pennsylvania to California and had an extremely negative experience with Bravo Moving. The issues included: -Severe damage to furniture and belongings -Lack of communication and repeated unanswered inquiries -Delayed delivery without notice -Incomplete or missing documentation (bill of lading, inventory list, tracking information) ****Extortion attempts by the delivery driver, who demanded over $6,000 in cash or Zelle and refused to deliver unless paid Despite weeks of calling daily, I could not obtain correct paperwork or even a basic inventory list. We were charged for an express guaranteed delivery that was delayed by weeks without notice. Additionally, Bravo Moving did not disclose any potential fees upfront. After loading items and taking them away, they added surprise charges at every stage, leaving us with little choice but to comply. We were also misled about logistics: we were told our items would only be moved twice (once at pickup in Pennsylvania and once at delivery in California). In reality, this was not the case. Our items changed hands multiple times without prior consent. At one point, the driver explicitly stated that Bravo would not pay him, and that he was told by Bravo "get his money" from the customer instead. The delivery person from Bravo refused to deliver our furniture, placed all of our items in a storage unit under his name, left the state, and tried to extort us for more money. Summary: Bravo Moving caused extensive stress, financial loss, and damage during our move. I strongly urge anyone planning an interstate relocation to avoid this company. read more

I had a big move from San Diego to the East coast. BM was recommended by a colleague who had used them for a local move. I worked with Joseph to setup my pickup, 3 months storage and delivery. This first part went smoothly. Day before pickup I had not heard from them about timing. When I called in panic day of I was provided excuses about folks being out and that's why communication was poor. The crew who packed and picked up my stuff were very good and I appreciated their attention to detail. My entire Ordeal with this company began at drop off and spanned over 2 months. Despite giving them a 2 week window to drop off my stuff the almost missed it. Then on delivery, some items were broken, and 3 boxes missing. I had to pay for the balance without having all my property. They never reached out about my missing boxes and I had to call, email and beg for them to please find my property. I was always met with complete Apathy by Dina and multiple promises of follow-up that never happened on time. Two months later I received a call to pick up one of my lost boxes on the side of a highway. I refused and asked them to send it to my house as I had paid for and been told would happen by Dina. I finally received the box with 50% of my glassware shattered. My move happened in October, as I type this, two boxes are still missing and not a word from them. I have moved on, but would like to caution anyone who uses them for short term storage and long distance moves. Some of their staff absolutely do not care about your concerns and will make you feel as if you are doing them a favor. I regret my decision to use their services. read more

We recently used Bravo Moving, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service we received for the pick up. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Foreman Jason, Driver Duran, and Helper Noel were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and wrapped everything with care and precision. We have a very large couch that has always been tricky to move, but they figured it out with no problem and got it out safely without a scratch. What really stood out was their honesty and transparency throughout the process. Jason walked us through everything clearly, and there were no surprises when it came to cost or timing. Avoid Bravo Moving at All Costs I hired Bravo Moving for a cross-country move and it was the worst decision I could have made. * Poor communication: I had to chase them down for updates. They canceled my move at the last minute with no apology and constantly failed to follow through on promised callbacks. * Delays: They promised delivery within 30 days. I didn't get my belongings for over two months. Each time I called, I was met with rudeness and vague excuses about not having a truck available. * Hidden charges: The original quote was thousands less than what I was ultimately charged. They even tried to tack on an extra $70 to carry boxes upstairs, despite confirming in advance that stairs were included. * Unprofessional delivery: The driver showed up late, demanded the remaining balance before unloading, and was rude the entire time. * Damage & missing items: My bed frame was broken, the slats were missing, and my $500 customized barbell never arrived. When I called to report it, the staff was dismissive and never followed up. The only positive part was the polite movers who picked up my things -- but everything after that was a nightmare.
