Slices are very good. The mozzarella sticks look really good but not worth $12. All of the rolls are always fresh. The only reason why I'm giving one less star out of four, is for two reasons. Every time I go, the tables are always disgustingly dirty from lunchtime and when I sit outside multiple people who either work there or are affiliated with the business love to chain-smoke (or try to, who smokes their cigarette backwards ?) next to or in front of people who are trying to eat and not inhale disgusting cigarette smoke. Very midlevel pizza. Came quickly but that's probably more-so thanks to the Uber delivery. The vodka Sicilian slice has an okay texture but the sauce itself is not vodka sauce. The white slice was much better but is a bit on the thinner side, so not a huge amount of food. And the price per slice at ~$6 per slice is on the higher end than I would expect. Mostly know Bravo through delivery which is always hot and on-time during non-rush hours. Even when a delivery was late during dinner rush, the driver called to let me know. Delicious pizza, especially with toppings: vegetables; mushrooms. The veggies or mushrooms are sautéed or roasted before topping the pizza. Excellent flavors. "Bravo" pizza was (again) recently bought out by "Elite Cafe". If you are familiar with "Elite", they are a kosher dairy restaurant located on Main Street, Queens. After an overwhelming majority of poor experiences at "Elite", I have not gone back since. To be clear, I am rating the "Pizzeria" (not restaurant component). Before "Bravo" came into existence (at-least on Main Street), "L Bella" was the pizza store in that location. "L Bella" pizza was OK, maybe 2.0-2.5/5.0. Nothing special. Their restaurant wasn't special either, though it was worse than their pizzeria. Service was OK at Bravo. Neither exceptional, nor horrible, but their pizza was the first *excellent* kosher pizza on Main Street. Considering that almost all the kosher restaurants on Main Street have consistently poor customer service, they were the best place to go. I would always recommend "Bravo" (Main Street, Queens). There is also a "Bravo" on W37th in Manhattan. Really phenomenal pizza, but horrific customer service. A few days after the new ownership, I was looking forward to some real quality pizza. To my surprise, the pizza looked nothing like the previous "Bravo" pizza. It tasted cheaper too. It's really unfortunate .... I really hate writing a bad review,but our experience was awful. Came here last week with 4 adults, 4 kids and a toddler. We were able to get tables and they took out order. We have wipe down our table because it was so dirty. We order 2 fries, 2 plain pizza pies and 4 snapples. Fries came out first just tray and no plates. The guy behind counter suddenly disappeared. After waiting for a few minutes we realise we can just reach out inside the display on the other side of counter and get plates. We have too many kids how can they not realise we need plates as well. Pizza comes around which at least was very good. As we're the fries. Can't complain bout the food. Second pie comes the guy brings it next me to toddler and me. It's a hot pizza least try to put it in middle table. Not near my kid! We asked for non cold drink so I get they had to go down to basement and get that. Finally, we finished and left. I did notice there was a help wanted sign so maybe just under staff or something. To be fair there were other families there too. I had good experiences here before. I'll still give them another try. I had very bad experience with Bravo restaurant tonight. Tonight is the busiest night and actually a whole week will be like that. Its busy because of Jewish holiday Tisha Be Av. It's going to go on for 9 days. So, here is the thing. When you know that this type of holiday comes around, you as an owner of the restaurant, must anticipate with all possible outcomes to make your busy place stand out to the highest performance. We waited in line for 40 min. Then we got sited. After we got sited we been asked to move 2 tables down because lady with a twin stroller wanted to sit at our spot. Once we moved, they placed a young couple at that table and they got served first. I was not upset about that the most what I didn't like is the restaurant is so disorganized and uncertain of what people that work there do. The kitchen was flooded with orders and got backed up, and people was waiting at the tables for a long time to be asked for the order placement. Some people just got up and left upset. We came at 6:30 and left at 9p waited for food for 2 hrs from the moment we walked in. They do take automatic tips 15%. Which in opinion is simply not fair. Some people was upset why should we pay you tips for a horrible service. My Chilean Seabass was served almost without any seasoning it tasted just like plain fish. I must say management of this restaurant needs huge Improvement in regulating their staff and maybe hire additional staff due to holidays at that time. read more

Unfortunately this pizza shop is run by the son of the owner who seems to have no respect for customers or any business ethics at all for that matter. We came with children looking for a quick bite, promised the wait would be tops 20 minutes. After over an hour wait, and people coming in after us getting their food first we had to speak up. The rude son / manager only yelled back trying to assert his "power" as we begged to just give us a few slices for the children until the order was ready. Finally, the father / owner came back into the shop where we explained the situation and within seconds served us our order. I been to this restaurant when it was la Bella, so I been coming to that restaurant for a while. I must say the new owner is not a very nice lady. We had a very bad experience and the service was very slow and rude. We tried to order personal pies for our kids and was told the wait time was 45mins. We came in after Shabbat exactly 8:30pm. We chose to forgo on the pies and ordered sushi and seasoned fries. We asked the waiter if we could order a pie from their pizza restaurant next door he said that would be fine. We did tell him we would bring it in to eat at the restaurant and he said no problem. The other gentleman behind the bar also came and asked if we ordered a pizza from next door we said yes he also said no problem because he knew the wait for the personal pies for our kids was 45mins. Next door they said 20mins. Everyone was ok except the manager once we picked up the pizza and brought it over to our table in the rain. She immediately came over and scolded us like we were children and spoke in a tone that was loud enough for other people to hear her. She said we were not allowed to pick up pizza from next door and bring it to the restaurant. And she did not want other customers to see us do this and then they would do the same. Due to the fact that the waiter and host at the bar clearly said it was not a problem we thought it was not an issue we would of never ordered the pie if we had known we were not allowed. She embarrassed us in front of the guest seated around us and our children. It was to say the least an uncomfortable experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Customers who are paying should never be told one thing and reprimanded by the owner as if we were children. I think she was very mean and rude knowing the delay on the pizza she had and also shortage on the avocado for the sushi roll we couldn't order. All in all a bad experience. I have had a better treatment at the pizza place next door. Bravo restaurant will not be getting my money anymore. Thanks to the owner who treated us like we only ordered that pizza next door. We spent a nice amount of money on I believe 3 rolls the fries and drinks aside from the pie we ordered. Embarrassing paying customers is unacceptable. By the way my daughter also fell at the inside foyer of the restaurant because they also failed to put a rug knowing it was raining very badly and that floor is glass tile they didn't even care and they heard her fall and still failed to put a rug after my husband let told them our daughter had fallen. This place has gone downhill since the change from L'Bella Pizzeria. Staff is rude and the food is disgusting. I ordered the regular pizza and the cheese did not taste like cheese. The texture is very similar to dried silly putty. I was standing by the displays to place my order and the cashier takes the order of someone that had just walked in rather than take my order. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! came here on a date, fast forward to when the bill came, i paid a 18% tip! the manager comes up to me asking " were you happy with the service"? i said "sure"! she said "so why cant you provide a 21% tip"!? which was literally a $1.11 difference! so i was so embarrassed this all happening in front of my date! i reach out and give a $1 more.
