Stopped by Alba's Pizzeria while I was staying with my friend and was really impressed by the array of pizzas and the price point! The Sicilian pizza was delicious as it was perfectly thick and airy crust with just the right amount of crisp on the bottom. The sauce was flavorful, and the cheese had that great melt and stretch you want from a good slice. Service was quick and friendly, and the prices were super affordable for the quality. Definitely a great local spot if you're craving a hearty, classic pizza without breaking the bank.

On behalf of The Center for the Women of New York, I want to extend our sincere gratitude to Alba's for their generous donation of eggplant Parmesan to our Taste of the World at Fort Totten gala. Their eggplant Parmesan was a true crowd-pleaser--tender slices of eggplant baked with rich marinara sauce and melted cheese, creating a comforting and classic Italian dish that our guests thoroughly enjoyed. The balance of flavors and the homestyle preparation made it clear that this dish was made with care and tradition in mind. We are so grateful to Alba's for their support. It is because of thoughtful contributions like theirs that we can raise essential funds to continue our mission of supporting women in the community. Their generosity helps make a meaningful difference. We highly recommend Alba's for their delicious food and their commitment to giving back. Thank you for helping make our event a success!

Why would you get a hamburger and fries at a pizzeria? This is why. Alba just delivered a huge delicious hamburger with crispy French fries. I cut it in half to show what's inside.

Guys, I had alba's again for the first time in a year. I was hungry and sick of Chinese and bodega food. I felt like they might get a pepperoni slice right by now because like how bad can it get? The sauce was so gross, it is sweet with a bitter aftertaste. At least the 5 pepperonis helped cover up the flavor of everything. You guys that are giving albas good reviews, please make a trip out to Brooklyn and try some pizza there. It will change your life. Your daily calories should be eaten elsewhere, it's a complete waste of life to get fat eating this crap here, at least make it worthwhile having good pizza

Alive & better than ever! It might be a little pricey but their pizza, hot antipasto, rice ball, eggplant rollatini are well worth it. Haven't been here in 4 yrs but food is still just as delicious as I remember it last time I ate it. Usually I order my food to go so I'm not sure how the dine-in experience is now. Will update as I eat here more. Buen Provecho! Bon Appetit!

5 Stars - A Hidden Gem in Briarwood! Just renovated. If you're a fan of authentic Italian cuisine, Alba's Pizzeria is an absolute must-visit. Nestled in the heart of Briarwood, Queens, this charming little spot serves up some of the best Italian food in the area. I had lamb chops, penne alla vodka, and Italian platter to start. They have pasta night on Mon, Tues, Wed. The dishes are top-notch. The penne alla vodka is creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. And the atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a casual dinner or a small gathering with friends. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, Alba's never disappoints. It's the kind of place you keep coming back to because the food, the service, and the vibe are consistently fantastic. The pizza? Incredible. The Sicilian is amazing. I included here in the picture. Great sauce, crunch, and perfect amount of cheese. Highly recommend!

This pizzeria is definitely one of the better looking pizzerias on queens blvd briarwood. The decor is nice inside the dining area in the back with the brick interior walls.you dont see to many pizzeria like that in NYC any more. The restaurant has tvs on the walls as well , a atm in the front of the shop Cool. The staff was nice and friendly when I ordered me a beef pattie with cheese & coco bread, which had a good taste to it. I will definitely go back in the future with my family when we are in briarwood. I see this pizza had some nice looking chicken rolls, calzones, and some other good looking tempting foods, the wait wasn't long and the price wasn't bad.

The whole setup just depresses the hell out of me, honestly. They've got these fancy looking square pizzas that look like they're gonna get framed and displyed at the Museum of Modern Food like some kind of art or something. I've eaten the one that is loaded with folds of prosciutto and cheese, is it the Angel and the Devil? I think it is and the other one ive scarfed down is covered in pepperoni and melted cheese, its more traditional in the basic ingredients I prefer from the circle pies. The two I've eaten were quite good. I mean, you cant walk right in and order a slice to go even if you're starving, you must order the whole kahuna. But some people act like getting pizza in this place like this makes them bloody sophisticated, but were all under the same glistening lights above. The guy to my left had some kind of tagliatelle with meat sauce and grated cheese, it was sitting in a patterned bowl which i kept looking back at and admiring. I liked the way it looked upon the wooden table below. You order off these sleek paper menus laid out for you, its the main menu and there is a separate Drinks Menu with cocktails, and a wine list and beers. It's a lot of work for me, you know. making me read through a whole booklet just to decide what kind of booze that I want to drink with my meal, I can be occasionally lazy regardingsuch matters. Inside, the dining room is all warm lighting and exposed wood, with people sitting at tables reading their menus, eatingvand drinking and trying to have a grand, important evening out. Look, the food tastes fine, pizza and pasta are hard to mess up, but it's not the life changing culinary event that Metropolitan has needed for quite some time.

They started us with some bread and marinara sauce and the sauce definitely opened up our appetite and had us anticipating of what's to come. Then the to-die-for appetizer came, the mushroom ricotta cheese thinging it's sooooooooooooooooooo freaking delicious!!!!! I can't explain it, you'll have to put that cheese on the baked bread, then eat it together with the mushrooms to experience what we experienced.... Soooo good!! And we also had a bowl of meatballs lol it was good~ but nothing to write home about. Now for the Pastas, I got their signature Fuzi folding noodles with veal sauce and my daughter got the rigatoni à la vodka. They were both great!!! Their pasta has great texture with a fantastic clean taste and the sauce were subtle, fragrant and delicious. Not heavy and sweet like some of those normal Italian restaurants, this is definitely an A tier restaurant hidden in a local community. I would come here at least once a week from now on. This is probably my third time here since moving to the area…read more I love how rustic this place feels. Service is always on point. The owner or manager always check on the tables. Food wise, how can you go wrong with great ingredients and good classic cooking? I was eating kosher for passover this time. I had the Branzino al forno. A whole grilled fish with potatoes and salad. It was incredible. Perfectly charred, meaty and delicious. The fish was so flavorful. The salad with the lemon on it was the perfect accompaniment. Will definitely get this again. I have also tried pasta here in the past. So good, you can tell its homemade. Salads are large and always good. Everyone should try this place.
