We received only four pieces of chicken, one roll, and a small serving of mashed potatoes instead of the full meal. I called the restaurant and they were incredibly apologetic. Yes, it was a bit of an inconvenience to go back, but when my husband returned, they absolutely made it right -- and then some. They let us keep the original order AND gave us a completely new one with eight pieces of chicken, a large serving of mashed potatoes, six rolls, and two slices of cake (carrot cake and chocolate cake!). The cake was amazing, and honestly the mashed potatoes and gravy were fantastic too. The customer service really stood out. Walked in around 11/11:30am and was greeted with a good crowd of customers. Customer service was fine, I don't expect much from teens and college aged young adults. Got a bacon breakfast burrito with avocado. Asked them to add a touch of extra salt and pepper to it as reviews said they aren't seasoned and a bit bland. Price was $12.45 but could have skipped the $1.50 for 3 slices of avocado. Burrito was a good size but was hoping it would come with salsa without having to pay extra as the ingredient costs to make it isn't much. They also gave salt and pepper packets to me instead of seasoning the ingredients within. Staff welcomed me for my visit and are quick to clean up after guests. read more

Went here for a late lunch. Sat in the outside patio area. It was clean and comfortable. The service staff was cordial and the wait staff was attentive. I have had their big breakfast, which is just too large for me to even finish but my favorite thing to have is there chicken tortilla soup most of the time I am visiting from out of town so a lot of time I will get it to go and I will tell them that I am driving home and they will put everything on the side for me so I get two large containers because it is so delicious. They ask questions when they say it's to go if I want everything on the side and they pack it accordingly or if I'm eating it there they are very, very nice if you're eating there, you can eat inside or outside the place is immaculate You want to watch news or sports there are TVs on inside there is also an outside patio and add additional tables as well so when it's nice out, you can sit outside and yes, you can bring your dogs as well. After hiking in Bear Canyon in the Cleveland National Forest, I was famished. The only restriction was that I hiked with my dog, so I had to find a restaurant that can accommodate pets. I got off the freeway and saw Bravo's in a large shopping center. They have a large patio and additional outdoor seating under a big tent. The weather was pleasant and the manager welcomed my dog in the patio area. I leashed her to a table and ordered inside. River (my 3-year-old border collie mix) patiently waited for me while I decided what I want. The California Burger with guacamole and bacon hit the spot.
