Honestly, whoever decided to put salad in a baguette is a genius. I've only tried the NOLA so far because it's just that good - I like the flavor profile as well as the crispy shrimp. We were served quickly and it stayed busy the entire time. For good reason, as the pricing is reasonable and the food is good. I'm looking forward to trying something new the next time!

    Metropolitan Cobb. So good!!

Wow! Had to grab and go a quick dinner. This place was perfect. We got the Metropolitan Cobb and Atlantis. Boy were they GOOD! We both opted for the salad in the bowl but next time I want to try it in the sandwich. What a cool concept. The employees Dominique and Loralye were fantastic. They answered all our questions and were super friendly. This salad is big so I had half for dinner and will have the rest for lunch tomorrow. We downloaded the app and it really explained what is in each salad plus got $5.00 off. Can't wait to come back!

The bread here is amazing! I was a little underwhelmed with the salad though, especially after shelling out $17 for it. I ordered the Pacific Beach salad and added some bleu cheese and bacon. The avocado was missing and the shrimp were the size of my thumbnail. Some of the bits of bacon were very hard too and had to be picked out of my bowl. So overall, not super impressed by my first experience BUT I definitely plan to give them another chance and try some of the other things on the menu.

    Metropolitan Cobb w/carrots

At the office and was having one of those days when the chair and keyboard had me chained to 'em. I saw it coming so I had a chance to place an order through Foodsby to the Bread Zeppelin. The Metropolitan Cobb with Carrots sounded really good. The order was on time and well packaged. I'm an old school salad type and like to use a knife and fork plus add and mix the dressing to my salad. Bread Zeppelin takes that away and does it for you. One could have eaten this salad with a spoon. It did have great flavor, and it was a somewhat healthier option than I might pick elsewhere. Easy, simple and for a decent price.

To be completely honest here I went here because of the name... I just think it's totally cool and deserves a chance. To sum it up here is how it goes: you get in line and chose either a "Zeppelin" or a Bowl. Zeppelins are hollowed our sub sandwich rolls that they stuff your chosen salad into. The cool thing is you can drive and eat with very little spillage just like a burrito but even less spillage. The bread is good to very good and just my opinion, but would be GREAT if they offered the same hollowed out rolls toasted with butter inside.. OMG that would sell like hot cakes. 2 bucks a copy.

I'm trying not to order a zeppelin because of the added carbs, but the salad tastes so much better inside that buttery, crispy bread... Erm, I shall stop salivating over that and make my review all about my latest meal only (to keep it honest). I ordered a bowl of their "Atlantis" salad, which came with lettuce above peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta (Ayy, it's a Greek salad, gotta have them Mediterranean ingredients) and chicken for protein. And Kalamata olives, which are my favorite olives in the world. No pits. It's a good sized portion for a lunch, and it came with Greek vinaigrette on the side, which I chose for a dressing. Very good! I'm a fan!

The Atlantis - no tomato or olives

Outstanding salad sandwiches! I've only had The Atlantis but it is delish and I've heard great things about the other sandwiches as well. The bread is the best combination of chewy and crunchy, the ingredients all taste fresh, and the cookies get two thumbs up.

Orders are taken electronically, which helped make me feel less rushed when making decisions. The bowls can be customized to your liking. The staff here is amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and food is prepared extremely fast, or at least it was every time I have visited. My favorite thing about this location is how clean everything always looks. I also like the variety of seating options, because I tend to prefer booths. The food is really flavorful and I like that it is healthy. However, the way it tastes depends on who is working that day. I have visited on days where everything tastes perfect, but I have also visited on days where too much sauce or spices are added to the dish and it didn't quite taste the same. The price is very reasonable for a quick and healthy meal on the run. The protein shakes are very good and the Glow up shake is my favorite choice. I will definitely keep visiting this location.

We ate pretty early around 5pm, and it was very empty, which was nice because it meant our food came fast. We tried the chicken shawarma bowl and the beef shawarma bowls. The food tasted delicious, but did seem a little less fresh, like maybe it had been sitting for a while, which would make sense because it wasn't exactly prime dinner hour yet, so maybe perhaps left from lunch? Either way, the portions were great, enough to take home leftovers. And the flavor of the meat was superb. They were so warm and kind to our family, especially our two year old. I appreciated the thoughtful touches the staff added to make our dining experience special. It definitely gave the cozy feeling of a mom and pop diner but mediterranean style! I loved it. We will definitely be coming back.

I came in for the soft opening after weeks of renovations, and while the name and menu are the same, everything else is not. This is not the same restaurant. If you knew the original owner, you would know he created something special. It felt like you were being welcomed into his home. He took pride in the food and in making sure every customer felt well cared for. Appetizers always came out first with some friendly conversation, and you could feel the care he put into every detail. That experience is gone. First, I waited 30+ minutes for a dish that normally takes 15, even on a busy night. When I left, a couple who had ordered before me were still waiting for their wraps! Second, the food has changed. The chicken shawarma and gyro recipes are different, and the gyro was actually cold. The sauces, which used to be the highlight, are not the same. The red sauce is gone, and the garlic sauce tastes different. The rice is different. The salad is now a small pile of romaine, onion, cucumber, black olives, and corn with no dressing. Overall, the new recipes feel like a massive downgrade from the original recipes. Lastly, I told the host I would be dining inside, but my food was served in plastic containers. Meanwhile, a nearby group that appeared to be staff or family was served plated food that looked noticeably fresher and better prepared. It honestly felt like their food was prioritized over paying customers, which may have explained the delays. The menu photos have not changed, but they no longer reflect what is actually being served. That feels misleading, especially for customers like me who were excited for the reopening. Very disappointing.

This visit we didn't get any entrees or drinks we were there for the cake. We don't have one in our state so we were ECSTATIC to find out there were a few in the metroplex area. We did go 2 out of our 4 days there. Just get the cake, ask for a middle piece. Everything is locally sourced and the whipped cream is made fresh and you can tell. Every bite is heaven. The slices are pretty big so 2 of us share one. The service is fantastic and fast. Zero complaints. We also learned on our last visit that they ship the whiskey cake.. not sure they should've told me this lmao because I will be ordering.

The space is large, comfortable, and full of life, even on a Wednesday evening. There are cozy sofa corners if you want something a little more intimate, plus an outdoor area that's "outside"... but not too outside, which honestly feels like a win. Drinks were a highlight. My boulevardier was spot on, and then I shared a smoked Old Fashioned with my friend that was just... exquisite. Smooth, balanced, and a little dramatic in the best way. Food held its own. The chicken and waffles were delicious, the chopped chicken salad was fresh and satisfying, and my friend's Reuben got a lot of love from her side of the table. And then came dessert. We shared the Whiskey Cake with praline ice cream, and let's just say, it lives up to the name. Decadent, rich, and absolutely worth it. Service was really good. Attentive without hovering, and thoughtful in those small ways that stand out. At one point, our server split the Old Fashioned for us without us even asking. That kind of anticipation earns points. This is the kind of place you return to when you're back in town. Comfortable, reliable, and just indulgent enough to feel like a treat.
