Rather than listening or showing even the slightest concern, the employee laughed at us, dismissed everything we were saying, and made disparaging comments about service members. That crossed a line from poor customer service into outright disrespect. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome. Instead, we were treated like an inconvenience from the moment we asked a simple question. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and certainly no appreciation for customers.
