When we entered the store we were greeted with smiles. The location is clean and very well kept, but most importantly the birds were well taken care of. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. I had to visit to pick up some bales of straw for a western themed event. I almost left with a live bunny rabbit. They do have chicks and bunnies for sale as well as all of the supplies you would need to care for them. The staff is super friendly and the lady there let me hang out for at least an hour playing with the rabbits! While I was there, the store was very busy with patrons picking up supplies for their livestock and gardens. I would highly recommend visiting for any of your needs.

While I have several great vets, they don't always have the time, experience, or a new concern arises a few days outside our appt window. The staff here knows us, and they've spent so much time just talking things out with me--from food choices to most recently figuring out how to protect her paws from further injury after rupturing ligaments in her hind toes from high dose prednisone. To actually spend time in a conversation is comforting when there are so many medical complications. I love that since Molly is trusted off lead, that when the store is empty she can wander around and be herself while we brainstorm. At the height of treatment for meningitis, when prednisone and chemotherapy were wasting her away, this was the one & only place Molly would go to and wag her tail. If not behind the counter waiting for more treats she wanders from sniffing the furry animals up for sale/adoption or is down the treat aisle with a tennis ball. Prices are the same, if not better than big box stores and they have treats that I don't find elsewhere. Our current favorite is St Rocco's Beef & Pumpkin. They are kind, patient & knowledgeable It is a fun and relaxing environment where they actually care about the needs of your pet. To have a small business last this long (55 years) is a direct reflection of their staff and customer service.

We purchased a 2-month-old bearded dragon from Cold Blooded Kingdom who never ate after leaving the store. Within about 24 hours, he developed a severe head tilt, began circling and rolling to one side, and lost his coordination. We immediately took him to an emergency veterinarian. He was only 5 grams and had severe neurological symptoms. The vet gave him a guarded-to-poor prognosis and listed adenoviral infection, possibly with concurrent coccidiosis, as the primary suspected diagnosis. We ultimately had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him. When we contacted Sal afterward, rather than showing compassion or concern, he was incredibly rude and blamed us for the dragon's condition - even though we had owned him for approximately one day. Importantly, the veterinarian's report did not conclude that our care caused his condition and actually listed nutritional/metabolic disease and trauma among the less likely causes. We have the veterinary report, photos, and videos documenting the entire timeline. Losing a baby animal less than a day after bringing him home was heartbreaking. The way Sal handled the situation afterward made an already terrible experience significantly worse. I cannot recommend this business.

This amazing Animal Hospital is in Western Palm Beach in the city of Greenacres. From the moment you arrive the waiting room is quite large and the staff is so very nice and welcoming. There were people in the waiting room with all kind of animals from Birds to Reptiles and me with my guinea pigs. Once couple drove in from South Miami!! That has got to be a 3 or 4 hour ride. I was stunned. The examining room was roomy, nice and clean. The doctor and assistant could not have been any nicer. The asked me detailed questions , thoroughly examine my fur babies and determined what the possible ailment was with recommendations for treatment. I received their medicine and they showed me how to use and apply. All the instructions and medicine was put in a paper bag with my pets name on them. I was told to call anytime with any concerns and that the main phone number also doubles for text messaging. How cool is that! The staff at the front desk told me the doctor loves to receive text picture updates too. Within a day my fur babies were feeling better and I sent a picture via text of them to the doctor and received a reply back thanking me for the picture and happy to hear they are feeling better. Very-Very Nice. I easily understand why the people from Miami drive hours and hour just to come here. I am so impressed and give this place 10 Gold Stars!!
