Great service. Small place but will take care of your vehicle. Won't nickel and dime you, and is a straight shooter. Brought my older vehicle in that had a noise due to a broken header bolt. Said it wasn't causing any arm and If I could live with the noise, it really wouldn't be worth the cost. read more

Brenden's Auto Services is fantastic. I was recommended to it for my '68 Cadillac. I'd been to a dozen shops and they all looked at my breaks and said they were fine in spite of the obvious grinding noises. Mike swapped out my drum brakes and still heard the noise. He kept it overnight to diagnose it further and found that somehow I'd bent my axle. He then helped me find the right part and, when that didn't fit, he replaced the whole back end. I left there with the noise that had been bothering me for a decade finally fixed. When he rang me up for the final bill the price was so low I nearly tripped. I've reviewed Brenden's before but feel obliged to do so again because I trust Mike (owner) and appreciate his honesty and service so much. Mike's been "my car guy" since I was a teenager (I'm turning 40 this year) and I can't praise him enough. Recently we did the 35,000 mile service on our Subaru Outback. My husband had gotten a quote for that + rear brakes + new tires from the dealership. I was ready to pay the $$ but thought I'd take it to Mike instead b/c I'd always rather give a small business my $$ than a dealership. I expected to pay roughly the same amount (maybe a little less), but the bill from Brenden's ended up being almost $1,000 less!! ...$1,000!! That's a lot of money to me! He used Subaru's own checklist for their 35K service and had my car in/out in a day (I drop if off in the morning or the night before then pick it up after work). read more

We took our car here after reading the positive reviews and it exceeded our expectations twice over. Another mechanic had recommended we get our rear brakes replaced, but when we brought it here they told us it really didn't need to be done yet and would be a waste of our money. They were honest and friendly and we walked out without paying a penny, even for them to look at it and give us recommendations on when we need a tune up. Mike runs this shop, and he's got the perfect combination I look for in a mechanic. #1. He's beyond competent to fix the problem. #2. He's honest. I've been sent home twice in the last 10 years with no repair done because he pointed out that a 10 second adjustment is all that's needed, and if there is something that needs to be done, I have no doubt he's not padding his bill, it really needs to be done. went in to replace bulbs in the dash of my ford 150 pu he had to pull the dash and found the bulbs were fine but the board had shorts to order new from ford you have to order all new dash he replaced my dash saying no charge because he couldn't fix it . read more

I have taken a lot of cars to Brenden's over the years and I can't say enough good things about his service. This is a one man shop and I have taken him European, domestic, and Japanese cars. I've taken him old cars and pretty new cars. I have sent friends and family to him. Nothing seems to stump him. While many people can fix cars, this shop fixes it right the first time so you don't have to go back over and over, the estimates of cost are accurate, and the prices are fair. Unlike some shops, he is also pragmatic about old cars. Does it make sense to do thousands of dollars of work on a car that is worth hundreds? No, not really. He will talk with you about that instead of just trying to get the money. There is no shuttle service, no big screen TV in the waiting room, or any other fancy stuff. It is a garage, and he fixes cars. If I need any work done that is not under warranty, I go to Brenden's. read more
