I lives in this neighborhood for four years and loved living there. The entire crew that works for the vineyards are some of nicest people I've ever met, they're helpful, and actually remember your name. The apartments themselves are really nice and pretty sound proof, in the 4 years I lived there I didnt hear any of the neighbors, or any crazy noises you hear in most apartments. The community is constantly clean and they're always upgrading everything. Christina Poh has helped me out throughout the years whenever I've had any issues or concerns. She is always quick to respond to emails, and always has an answer within the day. She has also made my dog kaneki and I feel very welcome in the community. This is a super safe community and it's also relatively close to grocery stores, gyms, and other stores. I'll miss this place a lot. read more

The minor renter's dislikes, which i rarely had, were always outweighed by the professionalism and attentiveness to any issue i had throughout our five years of living there. I love living at the Vineyards, been here almost 4 years. It was the first time on my own so I was worried about security and feeling comfortable in a new environment. The staff here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Whenever I need anything they always respond quickly. Christina and Audra are wonderful! Christina was just amazing she seen us when we did not have an appointment but she made sure we felt like we were at home. We thought long and hard about living here but a few things just kinda put us in a place where we decided for another place. The customer service was beyond amazing and what I would expect from someone that truly wanted to earn our business. She did everything right it was just some of the amenities that we felt we needed more from. The apartments need a face lift and if we both didn't mind driving a little more than we might have considered this place a bit more. Everything was just a bit outdated and that's how it was for a few other places we had viewed that were owned by the same company. I've lived at The Vineyards now since June 2018. I was looking for a home that would provide me with peace and quiet, as well as a beautiful setting after a long day at work. This complex did not let me down! The Lyon Living staff onsite are friendly, responsive, and fast to please. Any issues that I've had with my rental unit have been addressed within 24-48 hours. The onsite amenities (gym, taco night, classes, pool & hot tub) are always great, and appreciated. I also feel a sense of community here. Christina, Audra and Vy are great builders of that! The staff keep you informed of all construction work that is going on, there are no surprises here. Parking is very limited, but as a tenant, your one spot is always secured. I've lived at a couple different apartment complexes over the past 6 years, but I have to say that I like living at The Vineyards the best. The leasing office is quick to respond to any questions/issues with the apartment. I love how welcoming the leasing staff are when you stop by (Shout-out to Vy Tran!). The parking can be difficult at times since you are only assigned one carport, but I think it all comes down to coordinating with whomever you're living with. There are a few resident events planned throughout the year so it's a great way to get to know your neighbors. My boyfriend and I especially love taco and food truck nights! read more

So I never actually lived here but I was looking and I just wanted to write a review about my experience because in my apartment hunt I gained some I insight. The leasing office staff is friendly. Parking here is bad as I was told by Vy. Apparently your guests have to park far and Uber if you have any or you go pick them up. They gave me a really hard time with proof of income. Which I understand, but they weren't really willing to work with me and it almost seemed like thee upper management wanted to make it super difficult by asking for 3x deposit. So if you're self employed , keep that in mind. They offer a move in special but they're really eager to take it away over anything. For some reason the property kinda smells like feces? But I'd say this is probably due to the construction/porta potties. It's veeeeeerry dark and the upgraded apartments are cool but a little depressing. I ended up finding the most amazing place the next place I went in Anaheim Hills in a way better area for the same price with CRAZY ammenties. They also were way willing to work with you and a lot more personable. So I'd say if you're on the hunt, don't settle. read more

I miss living here! I moved due to a life transition. This is a great community and it had an amzing staff running it. The maintanence guy was awesome and I appreciated his help. Christina, Vy and Audra were so supportive. They were an awesome team. Always a treat to come in and visit them. Fantastic customer service and they would go above and beyond to help me out. I didn't want to write a review right away, because I wanted time to give a good and honest review. We moved in April 2015, and it is now March 2016, so we have had plenty of time to get to know this apartment complex. I am very happy with my experience thus far at The Vineyards. First of all, the office staff is awesome. They are always so nice and helpful. Audra is SO sweet and she always takes time to chat and pet our puppy Bentley. Christina is also awesome! She always helps and makes you feel welcome. When you walk up to the office to get a package, she sometimes has it ready before you get in the door! All the girls in the office really are sweet. The maintenance team here is also very nice. We had a little issue with our smoke detector and they came in promptly and fixed it. He was nice and personable! The dog park is a huge bonus here! We have a puppy and he LOVES to play over there. They have fake grass so it is always green with no need to water it. There aren't very many dogs in there, so most of the time you have the park to yourself. There are kids that play in there sometimes, but that is the parents fault, not the office. There is also a pool, BBQ, and gym area that are nicely maintained. The pool is always clean, and the BBQ areas are a plus! They also have events like Taco Night semi frequently. The taco guy who comes is awesome! Definitely check it out! Apartment parking is always tough, but we have yet to have an issue in the year we have been living here. Sometimes we have to park a little further, but there is always a spot somewhere, even late at night. You get one covered spot, which helps a ton especially if you know you will be out late! Another cool perk is the laundry rooms. I don't know if I'm not up with the times, but I'm used to carrying around quarters every time we need to do laundry. This place uses a card system. No more quarters!!! The only downside is the kitchen. It is a little bit small, especially with two or more people in there trying to cook. But overall the apartment and the layout is very nice. I definitely recommend these apartments! The staff is great, the location is pristine, and the amenities in the complex are awesome! Thanks guys for being so great!! read more

We moved to The Vineyards in February and it has been an amazing experience! We haven't lived in an apartment since we were young married kids- 26 years ago- and we didn't know what to expect. Let me say the staff, especially Vy and Christina as well as the maintenance guys and gals have surpassed our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend this community. Our neighbors are wonderful, we feel safe, it's super pet friendly, clean, and well-kept, and it's just downright fun around here. Lots of community functions, celebrations for holidays, food trucks each month. Our apartment is fully renovated and absolutely beautiful. We lived at the Vineyards for 3 years. First off the staff is amazing. Christina along with other staff members were always friendly and ready to help with anything that we needed. The Vineyards always felt like home and it was because of the great care that was put into the community. They were very prompt to fix anything that broke. They keep the grounds clean and continue to offer events and extra services such as aerobic classes for the community. Neighbors are friendly and we never had a problem. We would still be living there but it was time to purchase a home. We left the Vineyards and they made the process easy and were very fair with our refund. My wife and I have lived at The Vineyard Apartments for three years now. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are well maintained. The train no longer sounds its horn, so they actually are very quiet. But above all, THE STAFF are absolutely fantastic! It's people that make the experience and the Lyon Organization has done a magnificent job of choosing top notch people and empowering them to serve their clients. Felipe and his team do an excellent job of responding to work orders, and they do it with a smile. The front office is always pleasant and ready to help. WOW! I have been living here for about a year now. In my own experience I think it's quite decent and nice here. My one bedroom and one bathroom is an ok space for me and my boyfriend. Patio door and window gets in a lot of light and good breeze. When it's super hot I'm glad we have central air conditioner. Kitchen is a little small and no water line to connect to my fridge (that was a bummer). However overall it's a nice place. The management office people are all friendly. Where do I begin? I moved into The Vineyards apartments September of 2016. I had gotten a new job and was in a hurry to find a place because I was relocating from Central California. It was the best choice to move in and it has been a great year with them. I just moved out today. I really enjoyed my year here! I only moved out because I had the opportunity to move into a home and save money on rent. Christina, Vy and Audra are absolutely wonderful in the front office. These three ladies always know your name and greet you with a smile. Jeff (I think his name is?) he is new in the last few months to Vineyards and he was always nice to work with if the ladies weren't in the office as well. I always received emails to notify me when I received packages at the office. They really make The Vineyards a wonderful place to live. I rented a 1 bedroom/1 bath on the second floor. I lived at the very front of the apartment complex and the train noise was not an issue while I was sleeping. I'm a nightshift worker and sleeping during the day is difficult but it was never the trains that kept me awake. The only time it was a nuisance was when I was watching a movie with the sliding glass door open. The grounds are kept very clean and the pool is not usually busy! I have lived here for several years and the staff is more like a family to me. The complex is gated, very safe and extremely well kept. The entire leasing staff, Audra, Christina and Vy are very professional and friendly. I am very fortunate to be living at the Vineyards. Amazing experience They have taco/ food trucks twice a month Amenities like tennis pool jacuzzi and weight room It is gated and with the train tracks across the street you can easily get used to it. I don't even hear it at all now. It's really all in the staff. We had a very small leak in our sink and we put the report in and they replaced the garbage disposal the very next day!!!! I have lived at the Vineyards for a year and have grown to love the place. It is a mature complex but that helps to make it a wonderful place to live. It has wonderful trees, is well landscaped and maintained. But the secret to the outstanding rating is the staff. They work very hard to make this a great place to live. I started my search back in February for an apt for my daughter and myself and they were all priced about the same but (especially because of the renovation) Breve Park was the a good size and the complex has a cozy feel but hands down Christina Poh made this place feel like "home" and we were sold. She was very responsive during the Covid crisis and we moved in late May and everyone is very friendly on our nightly walks...a real community! We love it here . I have lived her for 1 year, and I would have to say there are some pros and there are some cons. Like others have said, the grounds are beautiful, the maintenance staff responds quickly, and in general it has been a good place to live. However the downsides have caused us to move out more quickly than we were planning. Cons: - Smokers EVERYWHERE! Every one of my surrounding neighbors smoke, I chose to live here because I was told it was a non-smoking community, but later I found out the community allows people to smoke inside their apartments only, however smoking in public areas happens everyday and no one enforces it. Also people are allowed to smoke on their patios, or smoke in their apartment with their front door open which causes my apartment to smell almost all day long. Plus there used to be central air, and we share the same vents as them and you know what that means! - Front Office Workers used to be awesome, and they hired new people and they now knew nothing! - Pool: While it is beautiful, no one enforces the pool hours! You have to call a security company if you want someone to kick out the loud crowd at 1am, if they just had someone lock up the pool at 10pm when it closes this would not be a problem. - Parking at night, is awful! - When we moved in apartment was not deep cleaned, it was gross. - We have a crazy loud neighbor (not that everyone would); but the community doesn't do anything about it, once a neighbor called the police, but that's it, and it is a constant problem. Sorry to not get a raving review, we live near the pool in the jr. suite apartments, I'm sure that maybe another area of the complex could be completely different, but this is a review of my experience! read more

The Vineyards are a horrible place to live. I've been here for over 14 years ( only because we're close to work and it's never been easy to move financially) They literally rent to anyone and we have had some horrible neighbors over the years. They don't care how bad they are as long as they pay rent. The parking is hideous, we pay for a spot and were told today that for a month we won't be able to park there during the day, even though we pay for this spot. Audra the assistant manager said all I had to do is tell her and she would move her car so I could park in her spot... Sounds good... But what will she do when everyone else is asking for a parking spot? Everyone parks wherever they want with no concern on blocking driveways or other cars. Every red curb is blocked. When I brought this up to them many times the response is scary.... " Nothing has happened yet so..." No regard what so ever for the safety of their tenants. We have never had anything in our apartment updated while and the apartments around us have any been fully upgraded. They don't hesitate to raise the rent insane amounts every year though. At least now I can hear about of my neighbors business....yep.... I now hear EVERYTHING. This place is a joke, do yourself a favor and don't get sucked in. read more

Just completed my 3rd move here at the Vineyards!!! Over the years we have opted to upgrade to bigger spaces within the Vineyards (as opposed to moving to other communities) mainly because the management team and staff here have been absolutely SUPERB!!! I started with a small one bedroom, and then moved to a larger one bedroom, before finally settling into the two bedroom apartment I currently reside in. Each time the process has gotten easier and easier. This last time I honestly felt like all I needed to do was sign the forms and begin my move! I have a very demanding schedule daily and I was so pleased and thankful with the supreme professionalism exhibited by ALL four of the nice ladies in the office, in whom I had come in contact with either by signing paperwork, delivering a needed document or simply assisting me with the latest and most informative news regarding my move (THANKS Janine!!!)! Overall, I am very happy with the community. The upkeep is great, the maintenance staff is very courteous and helpful. Even the gardeners seem to go out of their way to say hello. If you're looking for a great place to live at a rate that is reasonable and that has both a family setting, as well as amenities for singles, I would highly recommend you take a careful look at the Vineyards. There are always going to be circumstances that we need to address in our living spaces, but the key to the successes here are that there are highly qualified and well-motivated individuals here just waiting to accommodate you. I have been living at The Vineyards for about 2 years and whenever I have a problem or issue, I go to Christina in the office. She is always so helpful to me, even when it is not an issue that she is responsible for. She even helped me one time with directions to a cool restaurant she went to because I was talking about wanting to eat good Italian food haha. It's these little things can be annoying to some, but for Christina, she's always happy, smiling and eager to make my day better.
