I'm glad I checked Brevity out! The lady at the counter was so nice. She gave me a recommendation to go with Coco Loco when I was trying to decide between different mochas. I asked for half caf, and she was able to accommodate my request. The coffee tasted just perfect! The price is very reasonable. I will be back to try more flavors of coffee

I just found Brevity about a month ago and I'm already a regular at the one by my dialysis. I love their Islander. It's chocolate and macadamia nut. And it's amazing. I get it frozen with oat milk and it's a bit of heaven. I also get an almond croissant. They are made my Miss Chick Peas bake shop which is a vegan bakery. I didn't know the first 2 times I got it that it was vegan. It's also amazing. It's buttery and flaky and light. The filling isn't too sweet. I love coming to Brevity. Might be dangerously close to dialysis.

The most watered down matcha I've ever had. Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here. Let's start with the good stuff. The barista that took our order was one of the most friendly baristas ever, chatting with us while the baristas inside made our order. He was super talkative and super great. My fiancé also appreciated that they did not skimp on the drink itself by filling his cup to the brim with ice as is what happens in a lot of fast food or lower end restaurants to save on money. We were afraid this might happen, but the drink to ice ratio was great. Now onto the bad. As stated above, the Matcha Lattes were abysmal. We ordered a medium iced Matcha Latte and a medium hot Matcha Latte with Raspberry and both wish we had gotten smalls. My fiancé's plain iced Matcha Latte was the way to go between these two drinks, but it still royally sucked. There had to have been matcha in the drink as it was green to prove that there was, but we could not taste it at all. All we tasted was milk. My hot Latte was the hottest drink I've ever burned my tongue on and this was one of the two times in my life I'd wished a place had double cupped or had a cup sleeve on it to protect my hands it was so bad. We ended up pouring the rest of my fiancé's ice into it, because by the time he had finished his drink I was still unable to drink mine it was still that hot. The Raspberry flavoring tasted like cheap jam and I could smell it as soon as it entered the car. It really did the heavy lifting on this drink in the sense that it managed to make the drink taste like something other than milk like my fiancé's. I kid you not, this thing tasted like the General Mills Boo-Berry cereal you see in stores around Halloween. My fiancé looked at me like I was crazy when I said this, but when he tried it he said it was scary how accurate my comparison was. It was weird at best, and as a fan of raspberries I'm sad they didn't even have the terrible chemically tasting raspberry flavoring but Boo-Berry Milk instead. Since it was early in the morning, we were looking forward to an energy boost from these drinks, but it came as a surprise to neither of us when we felt none whatsoever. From these drinks alone, I don't know how this place is in business. At the very least, skip this location and go to another if you're wanting to try your luck with this chain. As an infuriated ex-barista, I give this place a one star for beverage quality. The only reason this place ISN'T getting a one star is because we did not get food poisoning and the barista at the drive thru window was fantastic. Brevity, up your matcha game and get rid of the Boo-Berry Milk.

It's only a drive through which is sweet if you're in a hurry! Definitely recommend if you're in the area. Pro tip: get your coffee sugar free bc it still tastes great and has way less calories! The mud slide is excellent! Overall: 4.75 stars

Amazing drive-thru coffee! Back when we used to live in San Antonio, this was our favorite spot to get coffee. No matter what we ordered, it did not disappoint! What's cool is that you can order any drink hot, iced or frozen. As they advertise, they'll handcraft any drink upon request. My favorite to order is usually the Coco Loco. I wanted to try something new and ordered the German Chocolate this time. It was deliciously creamy and lightly chocolatey. I highly recommend stopping by and trying flavors you won't find anywhere else. If you think you'll frequent there often, get yourself a punch card - purchase 10 drinks and then get one free! The service is always excellent - drinks are made super quickly and the line never takes long. The staff are always friendly. They're also fairly active on social media if you want to check out any deals or special events they post about.

Like the Dutch Bros vibes, yet want to support a local business? Visit Brevity. They were dishing out the causal chill feels long before other larger players made it into town. I love how I can get most of my drinks sugar-free, and I have options of hot and cold options. Be sure to have your punch card available towards your free drink. I've redeemed mine a few times already. I'm also a fan of there yummy muffin top snacks.

We were looking for a new coffee place to try and we found this one. Such great workers and they are super nice. Drinks are amazing! Coffee or non coffee, sugar or sugar free options which is a great variety for you to choose from. When we are around the area we always stop here with our punch card ready. This is already my favorite coffee shop in San Antonio. Prime example of a business run correctly. The variation of flavors and styles of drinks was phenomenal. My drink was so delicious, I slurped it down until I annoyed my wife with the sound. I got the monkey smoothie. It's in the location of what looks to be an old drive through bank teller, but don't let that fool you. Grade A service, paired with Grade A drinks, calls for a unforgettable coffee shop !! read more

Quick little drive thru I came across when I typed in coffee on maps. Had good reviews so thought I would try it. I Came the first time on Thursday and went through again today. Great options and super friendly!! Thursday I wasn't sure what to order and the guy working asked what I normally get and gave me great suggestions. Today I knew I was feeling a pumpkin flavor- got the pumpkin pie latte! Follow them on Instagram and they always post specials. Today I got 5 punches for my large drink. After 10 punches you get a free one!! read more

This place deserves 10 stars. We go here almost everyday and never disappoints. Drinks come out super quick even when there's a long line & the drinks are so good. First time going here to this coffee place, I was excited to try this place cause it had great reviews but once I got to the window the young girl seemed so annoyed as if she didn't want to take my order or even want to be there, coffee was good, I did ask for lite ice in my drink and of course she didn't say anything to her coworkers to let them know. Everything was so great! The staff is so kind and helpful. They don't ever rush us and they always help us decide which drink to try out. This place is the bomb, I'm a regular here now! It's an only drive thru, small shop, but extremely quick and DELICIOUS! They can make basically any request, and also have great options on the menu. If you like a generic latte they have great tasting espresso and will do less or more of something if requested. The workers are always super kind and give off a welcoming energy, which in a few seconds isn't always easy to do. Be nice to these people and buy their coffee. read more

My sister and I stopped by Merit so I can try and rate the cortado for my silly little cortado review series. I also ordered the Purple Haze Latte and a poptart (courtesy of Bakery Lorraine). The cortado was surprisingly good. I say surprisingly because normally Merit's coffee is too fruity (and a bit funky) for me, but this was bold and right and made my ears tingle. Nice and creamy, and not watery. A very top notch standard cortado. The purple haze tasted like relaxing on the beach. It even had little bits of dried ube on top, like a little purple sandy beach. My last experience with this one on the other hand was very pleasant. The baristas were super friendly and swift with our order, the cafe itself was clean despite a decent sized crowd, and our order was pretty satisfying. We ordered a Matcha Moon Latte with Lavender, another Matcha Moon Latte with Hazelnut, a Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin, and a Mixed Berry Poptart. Our Matcha Moons were both pretty good; while the lavender was rather subtle and melded well with the moon milk, the hazelnut was in fact a little heavy in flavor. The Poptart was very sweet and yummy, though I admittedly didn't eat all of the crust, and the Muffin was an equal blend of chocolate and banana, rich and moist, and was absolutely delicious overall. If I'm ever in the mood for Summer Moon I will most definitely go out of my way to visit this location. This trip definitely changed my view of Summer Moon in its favor!

Summer Moon Coffee is great and this location is no exception. They specialize in sweeter, calorically dense, caffeinated beverages, with their signature Moon Milk being a stand out and my usual go to. They offer varying levels of sweetness, so everyone has the opportunity to dial in the beverage to their liking. They offer all the traditional coffee house staples as well, but I haven't personally tried any of those and can't speak to their quality. Prices are comparable to other coffee chains in the area. Ambient noise level inside the cafe was low and would be a well suited location to get some work done or study, several patrons seemed to be doing so. They offer WiFi, and the Verizon 5G signal was very strong inside. This location is a part of the Tripoint complex, shared with the D.R. Semmes Family YMCA and Trinity Baptist Church. Definitely worth stopping by for your caffeine fix after a workout if you're already in the area, but probably not a location I would come to for just the coffee. Things worth knowing ahead of time: They offer a drive through in you're in a hurry or stopping by on your way to work. Their restrooms are located just outside of the cafe area and shared by the church they share the building with.

I FINALLY made the trip in and it was a mixed bag. The interior of this place is super sleek and has two registers: one for coffee, the other for CBD products. The baristas were chill, there's ample room for study groups, and with the quiet atmosphere I think it'd be a great place to focus and get work done. I ordered the Honey Lavender Matcha with Almond Milk, and I can't say I was all that impressed. The matcha was muddied by the other flavors, but even those flavors were indiscernible. I ended up taking off the lid to inspect the drink and sure enough, you could tell by the color of the drink as well that there wasn't enough matcha. There was barely any Lavender flavor, and there was only a hint of Honey at best. Truly it tasted like warm almond milk with a subtle hint of a weird mix of muddled flavors. At least the sweetness of the Honey cut any potential bitterness and it wasn't too grassy? Even if this drink wasn't a hit, this place is too cool for me to just write off. I'd like to return to see about another menu item and hopefully stay for a while longer next time. For now, I'll give Archie's 3 Stars for the drink and 5 Stars for service and establishment.

Most of the steam buns are about $5.00 and are good for three bites. The bowls selection reminded me of ordering at Chipotle, but with an Asian flare. The high point was the service. We had a very attentive food runner that cared and was very nice.

I don't really remember what sandwich I got, but I remember it being good, and I definitely had leftovers. Service was good, nothing spectacular or over the top. Order was ready pretty quickly as well. The neon lights are a nice addition and eye catching. Thanks for a nice preflight and flight meal.

We ordered the Special House Bun with beef, pork, chicken, shrimp and a crispy egg roll. The proportion of vermicelli noodles to fresh lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts and peanuts provide d that perfect bite were one ingredient dominated the other. All the proteins were cooked perfectly. The real winner was the lemongrass Banh mi with once again perfectly proportioned ingredients. We also ordered the fresh spring roll, which never came but wasn't missed except that they did try to charge us for but did remove them. They definitely have some work to make this a comfortable dining experience but I wouldn't let it stop you from trying some phenomenal Vietnamese food.

Brevity is such a fun place for a pick me up. The staff is always super friendly, especially Lilly. She takes time to talk to you and remember your orders. I've had only majorly positive experiences here. I had never heard of places doing flavored Red Bulls until I started going here. They have a cute kids menu my son loves and I definitely 10/10 recommend going here. read more
