I saw two people walk in and by the time I got out of my car and inside one was with the lady at the espresso machine, and the other was waiting in line by the donuts since I had a pick up order, I went over there to try to pick it up, but the lady fiddling with the machine was the only one visible at the time and she was having a time with that machine. I think by the time the lady waiting got her drink. It was probably a good 10 minutes. Meanwhile, because I have physical issues I sat down to wait. In that time about six other people had come in. Now, suddenly another employee appears, and he pulls out a box for a pick up order and started walking into me and then when I said that's not me he then found one of the other people in line who it was for and she indicated she also wanted to go ahead and get a drink so he started helping her with that despite her being one of the last people to walk in the store. Meanwhile, the other lady finally finished the coffee for the first lady and began making this coffee for the second lady from the pick up order. Meanwhile, the gentleman goes over and skips me who was there first and just getting a pick up order that was already placed and start helping another lady in line when he finishes with her he goes to help another gentleman. Meanwhile, I'm sitting there and I'm just trying to get my order picked up that I had already placed long before any of these people appeared in store.
