They truly live up to their name. The staff is so warm and friendly. I felt like I was pulling up to a family members home . The location is fast and convenient with drive thru order and pick up . You also have the option to sit at the beautifully decorated outside area. The food is really good and cooked to order.

There are LOTS of sides to choose from, but as a nod to my childhood, I went with butter beans, and sweet potato soufflé--both were fantastic.

From the moment you walk in, it feels like you've been transported to a charming café in France. The Nutella and strawberry crepes are absolutely delicious and a must-order. Their cappuccinos are excellent, complete with adorable latte art that makes the experience even more special. And don't leave without trying one of their freshly baked croissants--they're perfectly buttery, incredibly flaky, and melt in your mouth. If you're looking for a cozy brunch spot with delicious food, great coffee, and a beautiful atmosphere, this place is definitely worth a visit!

We sat outside and their outside area is super cute and spacious and it actually wasn't that hot being underneath the covering that they have and there is some breeze coming through. I order the same thing every time because I love it so much - the Le Germain. I also got the linzer matcha, which had an interesting taste. I've never had that flavor before and I just wanted to try it, but I don't think it was quite for me, but I usually do like their Matcha so I think it was just that I didn't love this particular flavor. But look how pretty it is I loved the purple and green together!!

Her strong attention to detail and her ability to make the customer feel they are the most important one that she has of the day is beyond reproach. I listened to her with a table behind us and she treated them with the same high level of customer center care that she gave to us. Her actions demonstrate her commitment to working with people and making a difference and today she did. The eggs were cooked. Perfect today the pancakes, however, a little more overdone than I would prefer, but they cannot always be done perfectly every time. Overall, this was a great visit and this location is far better than the one on University Boulevard. Among the store, layout,, customer service, and kitchen's ability to follow directions, this is truly the best scrambler's location! Thank you again to Nicole for making us feel. We were the most important table of the day. Management should be very proud of having such a dedicated professional.

I don't like eggs so that eliminates half the menu at breakfast places so I usually have pancakes or waffles. I had the blueberry pancakes and they were as good as I've had anywhere in a long time. They're huge and take up the entire plate and they don't skimp on the blueberries either. I was hungry and still not quite able to finish them all....but if you do their pancakes are automatically all you can eat so you can order more for no extra charge. The bacon is also a must try, it's four large strips of perfectly cooked bacon, not too crisp and not too soggy and they're lean cuts so not too fatty. Gotta have coffee of course and the coffee is solid as well, with quick refills. They also have cocktails etc. but I stuck with coffee this trip. Service is very fast and friendly here, they weren't too busy on a weekday but I can see where they'd get packed on a weekend. You won't regret checking this place out for breakfast if you're in the area.

Service is always friendly, but nearly every visit in the last four to six months has had at least one plate with soggy hash browns, undercooked eggs, or missing side dishes, things like that. The last time I tried to go there, the entire restaurant reeked of sewage backup; the men's room door was propped open, and in a restaurant that was basically empty, the host sat us right the hell next to it. For me, that was the last straw. We walked out before they could take our orders.

The lack of service today on a scale of 1 to 10 would be an 11. First, we never got our drinks until literally halfway through breakfast despite asking twice. Moreover, we were very specific how we wanted our eggs, which would be very light watery runny and they came out brown and overcooked. She brought the meal in pieces not as one breakfast and then with the eggs being overcooked they redid them, but they came out the exact same way. When asking for tea refills we literally waited over 10 minutes despite having reminding her. Today's visit was beyond disappointing not only was the breakfast cooked incorrectly twice and we had to wait an extensive amount of time just to even get silverware (never did get the extra napkins we asked for) the Service was very weak today. It was very disappointing and I'm not sure that this location will be one that I will return to after today. I will say this, when zora was here it was never like this.

I ordered from the Dynamic Duo (sandwich & soup combo) menu. I picked the Reuben and Chicken Tortilla Soup because it's been a minute since I've had either. The Reuben was good with my one critique being that I could've used a little more Thousand Island on it. The soup was good as well and not too spicy. I always order Chicken Tortilla and hope for the best because I've had it swing way past my threshold for heat but this didn't. It has a kick for sure but not too bad. My wife ordered the Hot Honey Chicken & Yolk Biscuit Sandwich. She really liked it with the biscuit itself exceeding what she expected. Like me, her only small issue with that she liked that hot honey so much, she would've liked a little more on it. That's something she knows to ask for next time though, so no biggie. We sat at the bar and service was great from everyone we interacted with. This was out third time here since they opened. My wife pointed out that she liked her first visit and this one better than the second. She had a regular platter the second time, so she thinks sticking with their specialties is the best way to go. Staff mentioned it was from drinks spilled by other guests, which really showed a lack of proper cleaning. We ordered all six appetizers but only received five, as the Guinness pub cheese never came out. The Reuben eggrolls were a 4/5 and the giant pretzel for two was a 5/5, but the other three appetizers were about a 1/5. The specialty drinks were also underwhelming. Angela's drink was mostly ice with very little flavor, especially disappointing for $15. My Irish cream drink needed ice added several times. I'm also unsure why a 13% gratuity was automatically added when there were only four of us with three separate checks. For two appetizers and two drinks, my bill came to $63 with tip. Very overly priced. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating, but she mentioned she was also the bartender, waitress and host, so it seemed like they were understaffed. Unfortunately, between the cleanliness issues, missing item, and underwhelming food and drinks, I'm not sure I'd come back.

I chose the chicken quesadilla and my friend chose the chicken tenders with fries. Speaking as someone who LOVES a quesadilla...this one was perfect!! Put together well and did not fall apart one bit, very flavorful, and the tortilla was cooked correctly and was a perfect golden color, zero burn marks!! My friend loved her tenders as well, the crinkle fries were great too! Definitely will return to try more items!! The menu is APPEALING. There are many options to choose from for breakfast or brunch. The Kids Menu also has descent. The food is SUBPAR. I could have done better at home. My order: French Toast with scrambled eggs and sliced tomatoes. The French Toast had an enticing presentation but the bread was HARD. I tried to drizzle in syrup to soften it until I gave up all together. I asked for scrambled eggs but I received a FLAT egg patty that taste DRY and reminded me of McDonald's. The tomato slices were hard and FRESH and the best part of my meal :-(. My drink was a sangria. It was OKAY. I'm convinced it was made with grape juice not wine. It was served picturesque and made for a nice pic. The service was not memorable. Overall, just a SIMPLE 3 STARS. Do not expect much here. The food is EDIBLE though.
