I went to eat dinner with my family, my husband and 3 kids. Our waitress was new but was very polite and we were very patient with her. We ordered our drinks and she brought them out in a timely manner. Once we ordered our food there was then a problem because my husband had ordered a burger, she stated that the burger was taking the longest if we wanted to go ahead and have our wings brought out first. Which is what everyone else had ordered, we went ahead and said yes. When she went back to the kitchen to talk to whoever was cooking to go ahead and take out the wings, they then began to argue very loudly where we could hear them INSIDE the restaurant. She then only brought out one order of wings when we had several. She kept pacing back and forth, while we were sitting there waiting 1 hour for our food. Then two men come in the front door(in street clothes) and walked straight into the kitchen start yelling. Again - we are still waiting for our food. Come to find out it's her boyfriend she had called because of the argument with the cook, this goes on for about 20-30 min. And we have still yet to get the rest of our food. Finally another cook comes out and tells the two men to leave, and THEN the manager finally comes out and asks if we need anything. No police were called and nor was she ever seen the entire time two people who do not work there were l walking into the kitchen several times. When another waiter came by and asked if we needed anything because he seen us looking around (to make sure the guys didn't come back), he simply stated that this isn't something new, they do this all the time. This place was not what I expected but it wasn't terrible. The waiter that helped was nice and polite but he was helping too many tables or was busy that he only checked on us once. It was nice to not be bothered while eating with the hun but it was a little bother when we wanted refills. I got one blue cheese but didn't like it so I asked for ranch and wash charged for both. This place is good if you're coming with three or four people not good for groups of 20s or 30. If your group is too big the food takes very long time to come out. Their bathrooms are semi-clean. I got their smothered chicken and I didn't like it. Their fried pickle was delicious! Their wings are pretty good. Their ice cream was so so. It's a pretty clean restaurant. I was on hold for a few more seconds and the manager comes to the phone then I proceeded to explain the situation and let her know I was looking to get a refund she said "can you bring the order back?" I was like "I'm sorry I can't cause I only had an hour lunch break and my lunch is now over. All Im asking for is a refund. I have the sandwich here and I have a picture in my phone. If you want I can send you a picture through text or even email it to you." She then placed me on hold for a minute or two then answered and said "ok ma'am, how we pose to know if is really a hair in your food? I can't give you no refund if ion see the food." I explained yet again that I'd be able to send her the photo through email or text and she said "well we really don't know if is really a hair in yo food so" at this point i was frustrated and I was like ok well I'll try and stop by after work if I don't get off too late and all she could say was "ok well we close at 11 so yeah" I asked for her name and she huffed then was like "this Keta" I said ok thanks and she just hung up.
