My husband and I wanted to order take out and have some ice cold beers. We decided on Texas Roadhouse near the house. I ordered the 8oz sirloin rare since the steak will rest during the drive home. I chose the house salad and green beans for my sides. The salad is always a good portion and fresh. The green beans cooked perfect with bits of bacon. Why be in Texas when you can't have a steak? That's foolish talk really. My friends took me to a steakhouse on a Saturday evening. We came here early enough to beat the rush. It was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse steakhouse in Texas, if memory serves me correctly. We came here around 5:45 PM on a casual Saturday late afternoon / early evening. We were seated promptly and immediately. It was pretty busy when we stepped in. But as soon as we sat down, the early birds decide to rush in after us so it was glad that we came here early enough to grab a seat. Even my friend remarked that we got lucky with an empty table. The ambiance was very good and quiet. It was nice to be here and definitely miss having a mistake in the longest time. Me and my friends spent about a good hour and a half here from start to finish. I ended up getting a 16 ounce prime rib that was cooked rare. My sides were mashed potatoes - two servings. It was the time that I needed to carb load up for a 50 mile foot race within two days time. Gotta prepare of course. My friends ordered a sampler appetizer platter and also ordered steaks as well. All in all, it was a nice evening out with friends. The prime rib was cooked excellent and definitely was very enjoyable. Prices here were not terrible or bad, considering how much steak prices are nowadays. $30 for a 16 oz prime rib in a reputable steakhouse is around the norm these days. You just enjoy it while you can, which I thoroughly did while on vacation here in Texas. Our overall experience here at this Texas roadhouse steakhouse in Humble, Texas was very good and definitely one to remember. It was nice and quite satisfying to say. Not sure if they had wifi or not, but it didn't matter. The service here was very good and professional. The waitstaff checked up on us twice after ordering to make sure we were doing good. All in all, it was a nice typical dinner with friends. It was cool to have prime rib and enjoy company among friends. For the most part though, the air conditioning could have been better, but everything else was near optimal. The prices could have been better, but that's the economy at that point of time. And so, if you enjoy a real steak from a steakhouse, consider coming to Texas Roadhouse for your next piece of quality prime rib or porterhouse. This Texas Roadhouse steakhouse location is located in Humble, Texas. It's physically located at 9727 N Sam Houston Parkway E. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, best bet would be to get here early enough to beat the lunch or dinner rush. They have a generous amount of parking spaces, but could be bad when everyone is waiting for a spot. You're out of luck if you depend on public transportation since I don't think Humble has any regional public transportation that connects to Houston. Best thing to do is to rent a car or have local friends to take you around. Then there's always Uber or Lyft to take you on command, although it can be expensive, depending on where you originate from. And so, if you enjoy a good piece of steak or prime rib, consider coming to this Texas Roadhouse steakhouse for your next meal. Walked in to Texas Roadhouse it was my first time and was amazed how quick we were to get a table. I had fresh bread for the first time and wanted more it was so good. Also the apps were great as well with the fried pickles. Steak was delicious as well and definitely after I was so full. Strangely I'd never visited Texas Roadhouse until recently, and I kinda love it! Despite being a chain restaurant, I've had a couple great experiences here. First and foremost, you have to order a steak here. They're hand carved in house, and the prices are amazing compared to upscale steakhouses. The ribeye and fillet medallions were both so tender and flavorful! Yum! The cook on my fillet medallions was a bit off. I ordered medium rare, and what I received was one medium, one medium rare, and one raw on the inside. The last one was sent back and rectified. The chili is also awesome and made with leftover steak. I enjoy taking it home for the next day. The complimentary peanuts are a fun way to start your meal. My tip is to get on the waiting list early online, especially on the busy evenings. This place is popular! The one thing I really wish they would do is clear off some dishes when the meal is done, but I understand they are super busy. It's nice that you can pay your bill using the electronic device at the table to save some time. Definitely looking forward to future visits. read more

I'm in a wheelchair so need to have a table that a chair can be moved away from. Was told 35-45 minutes before any table would be available. Booth was ready then. Just don't feel like any accommodations were made for my needs. Then taken to a booth that I had to get out of wheelchair for and no silverware were brought to table with rolls and butter. Server was surprised that the table runner was so lacks. This has happened twice at this restaurant now. The music is so loud that no conversation can be had. I would say that the ambiance is somewhat upscale and casual, mixed with undertones of a sports bar and Spring Creek. The prices are relatively reasonable for their portions! Although I'm not typically big on steak, I had to order a steak from Texas Roadhouse. I ordered an 8oz siroloin with a side of green beans and chili (our waitress said that it was part of a Roadhouse experience), and I was quite impressed by their speed and flavor in their delivery. I ordered mine medium rare, and when I cut into it, I was pleased to find the cool red center. The only thing I could have suggested was service - there were many times we had excess plates on the table, empty waters, and empty roll baskets, which were not tended to unless we asked. I typically come here every once every week or so, and I am just very kind and I choose to never complain about how my food is made or how the service is although today it is the time that I make a review my server today was very kind we arrived at four. The food came out quick although my steak was full of I got a 12 ounce steak and the only meat that was edible on. It was only a quarter of the steak. The rest was nothing but fat usually that is my same order that I get every time. Sometimes I get lucky and I get a steak that's full of meat rather than fat although it's more likely for me to get a steak full of fat, then anything. This has been a constant notice. I understand that there will be some fat on a thing, but there has to be a point where even the chefs have to acknowledge that it is more fat than actual protein at all, and this has been a common occurrence with every time that we come here I just seem to always hear so much more fun on this thing than actual meat, which is highly upsetting. I barely ate the food because it was off and I had to return it only to be brought out what looked like the same thing. First time at Texas Roadhouse and it was a pretty good experience. We received prompt service as soon as we entered and were sat in a booth. Our server was attentive and got us some of those AMAZING rolls and cinnamon butter and took our order right away. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and my husband ordered the raspberry lemonade. We both agreed the strawberry was better. We had the fried pickles as an appetizer and they were crunchy and delicious and perfectly paired with ranch dressing. I ordered the 8 oz steak with shrimp, loaded mash and loaded sweet potato. My steak came out slightly more pink than I wanted although still tasty, but the loaded mash was a bust and the sweet potato definitely made up for it. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich and fries. He described it as a bit dry, however, the bbq made it better. I'd order my meal again while my husband said his was a one timer. I'm from San Diego, but we love Roadhouse and decided to come here with our family. We walked in midday on a Saturday asking for a table for 10 which of course can be tricky!! The hostess was great and worked it out to have us sat in under 10 minutes. Vanessa was our server and was above amazing! Great personality and got our food to us promptly. She kept a smile after being berated by an older man at a table regarding his chili that hadn't came despite his table NOT being hers! I felt horrible for the way the man spoke to her and he degrading he was over chili. SMH Vanessa handled it great and explained she would find his server and that wasn't good enough so the guy and his wife left. I mean, NOBODY wanted their negative energy there anyways. So the old grumpy people left. We are for about an hour and Vanessa was attentive and made sure we enjoyed our food. We will be back next time we come to Texas! So disappointing in Texas Roadhouse. This one is a hit or miss place. We got there at opening and thought that you would get fresh hot food, NOPE. The rolls were warmed up. Not fresh and hot. Still good but... Second thing is that our steaks finally show up and they are edible but just warm. You would think that since we are pretty much one of the first customers that food would be hot!! This seems to be an ongoing thing with this location. My daughter asked for a steak medium rare and it came well done. We said something and the server said oh I thought you said well. They took it and brought another finally after everyone else had eaten. She wasn't hungry anymore and said it still was not like she wanted it. Had a great experience on a very busy Friday night, the wait was about 45 minutes but that was fine and the time passed fairly quickly when with good company. Sat at a booth in the back corner of the restaurant and was promptly greeted by a very friendly waitress named Jocelyn. Jocelyn was on her A game, drinks were delivered fast and I had a large beer from the tap. The boyfriend ordered steak and it was cooked to his exact liking, I had Jocelyn's recommended favorite dish of grilled shrimp which was beautifully crisp and delicious.
