The hospitality is amazing & the staff is great! The food is delicious majority of the time (more than not), but the boozy shakes need to be taken off of the menu. I ordered one for the first time & was HIGHLY disappointed. It tasted like room temperature chocolate milk, it really wasn't cold at all, so I basically paid $12 and left a full drink on the table. I would have sent it back but the bartender was so sweet & I did ask her which one she suggested, so I guess it was kinda my fault. They are reasonably friendly but mainly focused on just taking orders, prepping mobile orders. The truffle fries is a must. We like to get extra truffle aioli. It's good on your burger as well. The burgers are all pretty good. We like the El Diablo which has a balanced amount of heat. The Lanno Poblano doesn't seem to be on the menu anymore. Location is off the heights trail. We walked to this location since we are only 20 mins away. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a parking lot and street parking. When it comes to the food and drinks the wait time varied. The drinks came out right away but it took about 30 mins from order to service for a classic burger bowl and a mushroom burger to come out. The mushroom burger was good and I would recommend getting it. My hubby ordered the burger bowl and it was meh. I wouldn't order it again. A few weeks ago I visited Hopdoddy's over Memorial Day weekend. It was my first visit. We arrived around 11:30 AM ish, so there wasn't a line or crowd. We walked to the area in the back to place and pay for our order. I asked the cashier one or two questions about the menu. She was sooo over it, and it was the beginning of her shift! Although she wasn't very friendly, she managed to answer my questions. Shortly after we paid and sat down, the fries arrived hot. They were exactly what you'd want from a cool burger joint...perfectly salted with a generous portion of freshly grated parmesan cheese. Another server brought our burgers out. The Magic Shroom burger was a hit. I ordered it with a beef patty cooked medium. When the burger initially came out, I felt a bit of disappointment when I saw the goat cheese. Instead of the fresh goat cheese crumbles I love so much, it came with a creamy goat cheese spread. Much to my surprise, the spread worked well so the burger was a winner. I ordered a side of bacon jam, simply because it sounded tasty. It was tasty and sweet. Loved it. The Double Bacon Jam burger also gets two thumbs up. The servers were fast and friendly. Everything we ordered was eaten in its entirety. As they say, we left no crumbs - literally. By the time we left, the restaurant was packed. We definitely beat the Saturday noon crowd. First off, the prices are too high. I ordered a Farmhouse Deluxe burger which includes Doddy Mayo. Unbeknownst to me their mayo includes horseradish and yellow mustard. I don't eat mustard and immediately lost my appetite for this burger. We also ordered wheat buns, which looked more like an everything bun. I understand Hopdoddy is creative with its menu my only issue is naming something mayo that includes other sauces and not identifying them. Very disappointing for a $18 burger. I also didn't appreciate the person I spoke with when I called to ask if mustard was a standard ingredient on the burger. We were here for lunch today and it seemed like they are lacking on staffs. Our burgers and truffle fries came out within 20min but the sweet potatoes fries took much longer . We were almost done with our meals that was when the sweet potato fries came. And we even ate slow so we can wait for eat. Food was good as always. There was Rony who works there.
