Visited BrewWall to have dinner with my wife recently. We weren't sure what to expect, but upon arrival, the staff explained it to us. They ID'd us first and we gave them a credit card to open a tab with. Then we were given wrist bands to activate beverage dispensers and tie our drinks to our credit card. We sat down at a table of our choosing and ordered a pizza from the neighboring Antonio's. Then we grabbed a glass, washed it in the automatic washer, and had our first beverage. I started off with a cider, which was tasty. A few minutes later, our pizza arrived, but it didn't have the correct toppings. We didn't care about the pizza, but the staff insisted on having it remade for us. We finished the first pizza and then they brought us another one. They didn't charge us anything for either pizza due to the error. So we took the 2nd pizza to go. We tried to tip the waitresses on our credit card, but they said there is no need to do that because the guests serve themselves, except for food. So if you want to tip, you should probably bring cash. The pizza was very tasty and there was a large selection of drinks. I like the concept and since it is close to home, we'll visit again. read more

This could be a great, quick place to stop for truly amazing pizza if the staff was more friendly and/or efficient. And there were some real "quirks." For example, if you want a non-beer drink, there are no fountain beveridges. Just random bottled drinks like apple and orange juice. (with pizza?!) To order, you have to go to the counter, but there's no menu to look at once there. So we were literally toting menus back and forth from the table to the counter to show them what we wanted to order. Chaotic is a good word to describe our experience. The pizza was delicious, I'd happily eat it again. But the service and menu/drink situation were so bad it was almost laughable. We were the only group in the entire restaurant, and I think I know why. While the restaurant building is exactly what you'd expect, the outdoor patio looked inviting with ample seating and an open fire, but I'm not sure I'll be going back. This was our second time here and unfortunately our last. Both times we ordered Vinny's margherita pizza which was good though incredibly overpriced for the size, and the first visit we also ordered the fig pizza. It was saturated in honey and had a slight stinky cheese type undertone, but we didn't complain and ate a couple slices. I'm expecting so I didn't try a beer, but both times I had a lukewarm beverage from their small selection. My husband did get beer from the wall, a few each time, and noted they were mostly foam despite a careful pour. Again the price does not fit the quantity. The second visit we ordered the white pizza. NOWHERE on the menu does it state that it is heavily doused with lemon, including several lemon seeds. My husband is sensitive to lemon. The cheese was also clumped and undercooked. We brought this to the attention of the staff and a very rude man literally said "what do you want to do about it?" We didn't get past a bite each, the pizza was 22 dollars, and they gave us 10 off. For real? Lemon is not on the menu description. And seeds definitely don't belong on pizza. I'm glad my husband brought it up because if it had been me, I'd have most certainly made a bigger fuss. I don't usually leave poor reviews but felt compelled after this visit. We won't return and I'm sure they won't care one bit. So many better pizza and beer options in the area. We're returning customers, but the experience this time was unlike any previous visit. The staff were overly attentive, even though we said we'd been there before. I was not able to pour myself a beer without being engaged in a long conversation about the beers available, what styles I enjoy, etc., every time I went to the taps. Same for being asked every ~4-5 minutes at our table if we were doing okay--even before we'd gotten drinks or received our food. We've always enjoyed the food, and this visit was no exception. My daughter enjoyed her pizza and mozzarella sticks very much. My calzone was also terrific. On every previous visit, the restaurant was crowded and lively with something of a sports-bar vibe. We'd even had to wait for a table on occasion. This time, it was mostly empty and quiet, save for the sports on the TVs. We were told we could sit wherever we liked. The brew wall is a foam wall and you have to pay for all of it either way. We asked to talk to the manager about the fact that the taps just stink and a half dozen we tried were just a frothing mess. She said several people a day, every single day, complain about them. She has no idea why they are still in use??? They had 1 kind of canned beer that was nasty as an alternative. Just get some cases of beer and forget the stupid taps they haven't worked properly ever. It's always a toss up if you are going to go and get charged for 30 dollars of foam. The food was always decent it's such a drag they let this concept wallow endlessly it's basically killed off the crowd that used to go there. RIP read more

I'm absolutely done with Antonio's Pizza and the BrewWall. My daughter and I went yesterday. Long story very short, after an hour we still didn't have the one pizza that we ordered. That was it. We ordered one pizza. I had asked the waitress / hostess for an update, and she disappeared. She went back to check and never returned. I finally went up to their other counter and said I wanted to pay for my drinks and leave. The girl told me that if all we got was drinks, it was on them and apologized. However... I woke up today to a $42 charge to my credit card. Icalled the manager, who was supposed to call me back this afternoon and never did. I called him back. He told me they can't reverse the charge. It's already in their system and there's nothing they can do. I told him it wasn't even supposed to be charged in the first place. He was completely unapologetic. I told him I would just dispute the charge of my credit card, and he told me that since they had a receipt for my card, that the dispute wouldn't go through anyway. We were a party of 7. We ordered food all 7 food items at the same time. Slowly the first 5 orders came out one at a time. 10 minutes later the 6th order. Than after asking 4 times the 7th order came out. When I spoke with Kerry who said he was the manager. Kerry said one of food times was complicated and took a lot of time. I asked for the last 2 food items to be taken off the bill. Kerry said only 1 the meatball sub. The chicken pasta was complicated and he made it so he would give us half off. Ordered pick up from here. We ordered the Vinnie's Margherita and IDGAF NewYorker. We are disappointed in the pizzas completely. The pizza was super well done and very thin. This is definitely not what the descriptions make it out to be. For a 20$ pizza and 15$ pizza - I would buy somewhere else that is worth the money. This place is awesome!! Highly recommend it for a group and anyone who likes great food and an awesome selection of beers!! We went for my cousins rehearsal dinner and the staff was wonderful! We had a separate room and the food selection was so delicious! You get a wristband and can go up and get drinks through the taps by tapping your wristband on the one you want! It was so much fun! The staff is very helpful for your experience here. If you like good beer and hella good pizza this is the spot for you. It is a very clean and cool atmosphere here. The beer wall is so cool, you can sample a few beers and find one you like and fill it up. They stop you at 32oz to ensure you are not too intoxicated and if you are ok they will reactivate your little fob for the taps. The Sicilian pizza is what I got and it was just the perfect size for me to enjoy without getting too full, and tasted awesome. My wife wasn't that hungry and got the fried ravioli. BrewWall is an all around good environment with an exceptional offering of food and drinks. The pay as you pour setup works nice so you're not committed to a full pint of anything and able to get as much or little as any beer is awesome. Do be careful as there are some beers that are over $16 for a single pint. But most beers come out to $7-8. Which isn't too egregious. The food is incredible here and is made by thr Antonio's kitchen. I love everything about the atmosphere and is only exemplified by 2 of their employees Alexis and Kate. read more

We soooo wanted to like this place. Food was great (we had pizza bites, a medium pizza and bruschetta), but the taps were foamy no matter how skilled you are at pouring a pint). After pouring a foam filled glass and pointing out to staff the tap was foamy - and sharing my concerns about paying for foam rather than actual beer - said staff were unconcerned, unhelpful, apathetic and indifferent to my concerned feedback. Steer clear unless you like apathy with your IPA and paying for foam. Great concept, terrible execution. read more

We happened to come on a night that their beer wall as down :( the wall worked, however, they could not process new people and hand out bracelets but did not come up with a method to still let us have beer but charge accordingly. We stayed and had food and white claws and after one hour, the system was back up and running. The only downside (for the company) was seeing the amount of people that left due to the wall not working. We were disappointed that they didn't offer anything for this inconvenience such as a free beer or something. NONETHELESS--once the system got going, it was very fun to try different beers and get to pick what and how much we want. We also ate and loved the California Supreme pizza as well as the "nuggets." I would like to point out that we ordered the wrong pizza and the staff was so kind so offer to make us exactly what we wanted/meant to order. Overall, fun place and cool atmosphere. Came to the Brew wall for dinner with my wife and my daughter. Their selection of beers is pretty good and we really like having the ability to pick and choose not only the type of beer but how much we want in our glass. We were able to try multiple beers for essentially the price of one glass of beer. As for food, we ordered two different types of pizza, the wings and the kids chicken fingers with fries. The wings and the chicken fingers with fries were solid. The Brooklyn bros plain thin crust cheese pizza was okay. But our big issue was the East Coast Pizza which is essentially thin crust New York style pizza with sausage. As shown in my picture, it was an oily, greasy, mushy mess. As soon as I picked up one slice, the cheese and crust became mush and fell into a big pile of greasy oil. I asked the waitress if she could take it away and she did. Then what seemed to be a manager came out to ask me what I felt was wrong with the pizza. I told her it was too oily/greasy. She replied "that is how New York Pizza is" as if I was crazy. I am originally from New York, New York and that is absolutely not how NY pizza is. Even if they are trying to mimic the style of pizza, the problem was the grease and oil and it having way too much cheese! We went here because it wasn't much else open, and we saw the reviews of past customers and thought this might be a good place to go to. We walked in and were immediately greeted with somebody that was very confused on what we wanted. My wife and I are not very big on bars or drinking alcohol, but we wanted to get a taste of Cleveland style pizza. This is a seat yourself bar style, kind of taphouse. From my understanding you get a wristband and you go up to a wall full of 50 different kegs and pour yourself different beers. To order food, you have to go up and order yourself at the counter, which we were low confused with. I think it might've been the first day of the person that was taking our order because she really didn't know what she was doing and nobody was really helping her. We had to repeat ourselves a few times to her to get the order, correct. She looked for a wristband and because we weren't doing the tap wall we didn't have any. She seemed a little confused by this. We ordered the food and the wait began. We saw a table come in after us that got their food before us. The food finally arrived, and it was very good. The one thing we were really bothered was was the volume of the restaurant. It was like an echo chamber with a bunch of people that were screaming and yelling and laughing extremely loudly so much we left with a big headache. I think this might've been better if the garage doors on the side of the building were open to the outside as the noise probably would've dissipated, but seeing it was raining that's not possible. I was a little disappointed with the staff as well. Seems like everybody was on their phone and not really paying attention to the customers. Overall, very good food service not so great. read more

I am rating simply on the convenience of going to BrewWall after my women's soccer games. Without servers, we don't have to worry about annoying anyone that we are just having a drink. I the flexibility of being able to pour myself a half beer in order to try new flavors. And the selection should appease any palette. Lots of outdoor seating good for groups. read more

This place was so cool. Very impressed with the appetizers we tried as well as the selection of beers. The concept is a great idea. you get a wristband with a fob on it and you just can go up to the wall, scan the fob, and pour whatever beer you want. After so many ounces you'll need to reload your card and I imagine that is so you don't overserved your own self. The only downside to this is if you're like me you might have a really bad pour. Appetizers. We got the chicken and bruschetta. Both were amazing. Chicken fingers were Fresh you could tell. Next time I definitely want to try more appetizers and the pizza. it looks like If you went during the warmer months that there's also a nice patio. read more

We visited for the first time on a Sunday evening date night. I was pleased that the hostess asked if we'd ever visited before and gave us a description of how the brew wall worked/where to order food. The open-air dining room was perfect for a beautiful evening and I loved the option to seat ourselves wherever we'd like. Upon roaming toward the beer wall, I was met by a staff member who was excited to talk me through my options. He asked what beers I normally enjoy and if I was up for trying anything new. I cannot thank BrewWall enough for hosting our event there! They were super attentive, kind, and overall just a warm feeling. If you are considering dining is as well, the concept is similar to a fast casual place - you order everything at the counter and it comes to your table when it's done. Their menu is different from Antonio's, but it's all cooked in the same kitchen. Their main focus is the beer wall with what feels like a mile of beers to choose from. Usually with beer walls, there are only a couple ciders to chose from, but there were over 5 to choose from. They had several other lagers, IPAs, fruit beers, etc to chose from as well so everyone could be happy. Food was pretty good all things considered. I had their wings which the only thing was they weren't sauced but besides that they were good. Pizza is Antonio's Pizza so good as usual. Would recommend for a date night or dinner with family! I really wanted to like this place. A wall of beer. When does that not sound great! There was a great selection of beer and wine with some ciders That's where the rails came off. I ordered an Italian beef sandwich with fries and a small pizza. I grew up in Chicago so I was brought up on Italian beef sandwiches and deep dish pizza. I've tried all the places outside the Windy City that claimed to be authentic. They never live up to the hype. I never expect anything close to Chicago's food because I have learned it never is. Brew a Wall never claimed to be anything like the original but I expect a lot. My beef sandwich was very very salty and so was my pizza. It was almost so much that I couldn't eat the food. I don't use a lot of salt on anything though I got a headache because of it. I've poured quite a lot of beer in my year and even brewed a lot of beer myself. One of my pours from the beer wall was foamy like the keg had too much air. I poured about three quarters of a pint and the rest foam. I mentioned something about it to the beer handler and he basically said tough. I had to pour half of my beer out to try and get a better pout but it was still a quarter foam. The handler didn't care. In summary, very good selection of beer but don't go for the food. read more

I love the concept of The Brew Wall! Being able to pour your own beer is a great idea. The best part is being indecisive and not having to order a full beer knowing you won't like it. Try as many beers as you want and pour as much or as little as you want. The beer and wine selection is great and all self serve. If you're looking for good pizza then this is also a good place to check out. The idea of this is different and something I would recommend trying. Antonio's pizza has always been amazing. The brew walk is pretty cool. I like that you serve yourself so you never have to wait for a refill. Very friendly staff greeted us when we walked in and explained very well how it works. I thought it was kind of odd that there were so many people working the front host stand. I believe there were 5 people so it was a bit crowded. Kitchen was fast and food was hot and fresh. Friendly staff came around to collect empty dishes. I loved the hot honey on the table. I had to go back and update my review from my initial visit. Antonio's Brew Wall has quickly became my favorite spot in town. I initially gave them 4 stars but they are deserving of an updated 5 star review. The IDGAF Pizza and the California Supreme are some of the best pizzas I've ever had. We ate dinner at the Brew Wall on 1/6/2024. The beer was good and there was a nice selection. However, make sure the glass is clean before you pour your selection because then you have to pay for beer you don't really want to drink. It's weird because we buy take out pizza from the Antonio's side all the time and the pizza is delicious. Although, we usually get the veggie pizza and this time we decided to try the fig pizza. That was a mistake. We are still talking about it today...about how awful it was. First, it was burnt. The crust was inedible. We told the food delivery person (there are no servers) it was burnt but she just walked away. Guess that's not their job. The goat cheese was not spread over the pizza but was concentrated in the center of the pizza so the first bite was overwhelmingly goat cheese. Actually, I'm not sure where the fig was because we didn't taste it. As the food delivery person took away the dishes she said she was going to ask the manager if he could do something about the pizza since we waited almost 30 minutes for it (note that we were the ONLY people there) and it was burnt. She must have noticed we didn't eat any of the pizza crust. Five minutes later she walked by our table and didn't mention anything about her discussion with the manager. When we checked out the full price of the inedible pizza was on our bill so I guess the manager said no or the food delivery person just forgot. Probably didn't care since she doesn't get tips. We will still order our takeout veggie pizza's at Antonio's but we won't be back to the Brew Wall. The concept is strange. No servers so it feels like when you go through the drive through. Just a place to get beer. No personality or warmth. No one cares if you had good service or good food. read more
