From what our family has seen, there were serious concerns about staff behavior and the overall safety culture within the kitchen and management team. What is even more upsetting is the way serious issues were handled or more accurately, not handled. Situations that should have been treated with urgency, professionalism, and genuine concern were met with what felt like avoidance and a lack of accountability. No family should ever have to question whether a business is doing enough to protect the wellbeing of the people around them, especially minors. Because of this experience, our family has completely lost trust in this establishment. We would strongly urge ownership to reevaluate who they employ, how they supervise staff, and how they respond when alarming concerns are raised.
