However, a woman would not stop walking around for the social media aspect and taking videos of us which threw my friends anxiety through the roof and we could no longer enjoy our meal. Yes, yes, yes!!! We came for a work lunch with 15 of us. Service was prompt, everything came out hot, and these burgers were literally the size of my face. Started off with appetizers of fried pickles (came with fried jalapeño slices), chips with three dips, large pretzels and cheese. All delicious. So my very first review was of BRGR in the P&L and it was anything but satisfying. Perhaps I was frowned upon for wearing a tank top, shorts and flip flops, but this time was a much much nicer experience! Extremely apprehensive, I went with co-workers for a monthly meeting and EVERYONE left fat and happy! The decor in this place is just plain neat, the staff was very friendly and the food came out fast and burgers cooked to temp. I got the jalapeño burger on a cheddar and jalapeño pretzel bun accompanied with the truffle fries and not a crumb was left on my plate! Others I went with got the fast cow, a coffee crusted burger patty and the other two got some chicken sandwiches. My only regret coming here was the fact that the second picture I took of the burger, cut in half, came out blurry so I wasn't able to post. I heard about this place for a long time now and wanted to try it out. Well, I finally tried this place out during restaurant week. I decided to come here around the time they opened on Saturdays which was at 11am. The parking lot was big and plenty of parking. There were a few people here already but not crowded at all. I was seated in the corner where I had a good view of the entire restaurant (well I thought so). I looked at the menu online for restaurant week and knew what I wanted to order. I asked the waiter if more people ordered the Juicy Lucy (normally $8.25) or the Roadhouse (normally $9) and he said more order the Roadhouse; in addition, there was more that came with the burger like the onion straws. The Juicy Lucy had melted American cheese in the middle of the meat patty but if anybody wanted a burger done medium well, then they can't do that because the cheese in the middle would burn and ooze out. It would usually be cooked at medium for it to be right. Anyways, I ordered the soup of the day (normally $5) which was Baked Potato Soup and the Roadhouse that came with BRGR fries (normally $3) or Sweet Potato Fries (normally $3). I chose the BRGR fries so my total was $16.33 during restaurant week. The Baked Potato soup came out right away and it was pretty good. I don't know what the difference between this baked potato soup and some other place that would have twice baked potato soup. Those two tasted the same to me. lol The Roadhouse burger came and it was huge! There were a lot of onions straws overflowing from the burger and the BRGR fries were just around. The Roadhouse burger was not bad but I felt like it didn't have enough BBQ sauce. As I ate more of the burger, it became dryer and dryer. That would be my only complaint about the burger. The BRGR fries were nothing special and the amount was right considering how huge the burger was. If you go to the bathroom, then it was pretty much two doors for women and two doors for men with a shared sink. This place was alright and I wouldn't mind coming back to try something else. Chaos. Poor service. We were one of two tables in the entire restaurant Saturday night, I was there with my two kids for 1hr 45mins, my 3yr old was softly crying that he was hungry after an hour and I begged the manager for a few fries or hamburger bun while we waited--- he did not bring us anything. We watched as they sent order after order away with DoorDash and UberEats. The other table experienced the same wait. This restaurant needs to either turn away diners or prioritize people (little kids) sitting in front of them as opposed to those at home, comfortable on their couch with a full pantry at their disposal. The cup was a kids size and was only maybe 2/3 full, some of that being whipped cream. (Rip off, don't order one.) We ordered a variety of burgers and a fried chicken sandwich. Went to this restaurant on Saturday with my husband and the service was horrible . We waited for 30-40 minutes for loaded tots and a burger. My husband was the one that got the burger and it was raw. The most amazing burger I've ever had, hands down! My boyfriend and I were craving a burger and decided to try BRGR, both of us choose the Fast Cow - one with regular beef and the other with turkey. Just so delicious! The coffee is a nice added flavor to the meat without being overpowering the burger and the toppings are just perfection. We ordered regular and sweet potato tots which were crispy and amazing as well! The only downside was service was really lacking, it almost seemed as if we were bothering the server and he shooed us out as soon as we were finished with our meals. They have since changed their menu and you can totally tell it is not the same. They must have changed something about the ingredients because its just not as good. They are known for their burgers. Well, they atlas try to be. I've only tried their burgers a few times and I really don't think there is much to hoop & holler about. They are pretty bland for being a $14 burger. None of their burgers or handhelds come with any sides. You have to order them separately. I will say, their tator tots and sweet potato fries are SO good with their garlic aioli. Friendly Staff, Great Service, Terrific Burgers!! These is a great place with some fantastic gluten-free buns - which really makes it top notch if you have a gluten allergy. The sweet potato Fries and Tots were perfectly crisped. The only downside was the price when it came to the cost of sweet potato tots vs fries - significant increase in price! And since these are add-ons (where most places include the fries w the burger), it was significantly more expensive. If it wasn't for that- we would be regulars. Loved the variety and choices. My delivery order had the wrong salad, and when I called to talk with someone, they never answered the phone and then the voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. When I finally got through to someone they hung up on me. When you bite into the burger the meat is stuffed with cheese...omg, total heaven. Clint had the Baja Dip...just as good for him. The dipping sauce was fab! I got fries, he got truffle fries...not a crumb left! Our waiter was well, eh, um, just ok. Kind of slow...not very attentive...just mediocre at best.
