Dr. Brian Li has invested all of his love and passion for what he does! Dr. Li fulfilled his lifetime dream of coming to the U.S., becoming a doctor, and curing his patients' pain and sufferings through his continuous improvement methods! It works and I am a testimony of this result.

Brian hard at work! Truly amazing man!

Brian is truly amazing! Great for preventative care. If you are sick or just feel blah, Brian will help you to feel your best! He is very positive and full of energy so you take that great energy with you after every visit! I highly recommend Brian. I go weekly and feel amazing!

I highly recommend brian Li, if this review can give 10 stars, he deserves 11 stars for his service and enthusiasm. A motorcycle accident in 2002 hurt my body everywhere. For the past 10+ years, I have been constantly searching for pain relief and treatments. Recently, I met Brian through the introduction of my family. Brian is like a wellness coach. He explained mind, body, and soul need to be aligned as well as all the muscle groups & bones. and then he gave me the acupuncture treatment and the cupping treatment. After a course of treatment, my pain has been reduced by 80%, and I can finally sleep well at night without being awakened by pain. Although it is impossible to treat this kind of chronic injury pain in one course of treatment, I can feel that my long-term pain problem has begun to improve. I believe after a few sessions of treatment, I can definitely resume exercise without suffering from pain. If anyone has any kind of chronic joint pain or injury pain, I would definitely recommend Brian Li.

I have been treated by Brian on many occasions. Mainly from ankle sprains playing basketball or some kind of sport. He is a miracle worker! I've referred others for back problems, sinus, knee problems. And they have all received treatment and have been helped. My first encounter with him was due to an old ankle sprain. I had sprained my ankle 3 months prior to meeting Brian. My ankle was still very swollen and I was unable to play basketball due to the pain. A friend referred me to him and that same day I was playing basketball (although of course is not recommended). How I said he is a miracle worker. Any body part that needs fixing he is the guy for the job. Another plus is that he takes some insurances.

After going to another Physical Therapy office through Pomona Valley Medical, I wasn't really happy with the treatments/sessions I was getting so decided to try this place out. The treatments she provided and stretching exercises she gave me have really helped! I am happy to report that I haven't felt numbness in my arm for a while now and I didn't get numb the last time I used the elliptical machine or ran! Yay! As a parent, I was worried about how an 8 year old would handle the process--but Gavin completely exceeded our expectations. My son loves playing basketball and soccer, and Gavin did such an incredible job incorporating that into his sessions. He made the exercises relatable to basketball movements and drills, which kept my son engaged and excited to participate. Instead of dreading therapy, he actually looked forward to it. Gavin has a natural ability to connect with kids. He was patient, encouraging, and always made sure my son felt comfortable and confident. He turned what could have been a difficult recovery into a positive and motivating experience. I also want to give a big shoutout to all the wonderful therapy assistants who played a part in his care. Their kindness, support, and teamwork truly made a difference in his recovery journey. We're so grateful for the entire team's care and dedication. I highly recommend Gavin for physical therapy whether for a child or adult!

I rarely leave reviews. When I do, it's because something went egregiously wrong…read more Ian and his team might be great at massage therapy. Unfortunately, they are unprofessional, poorly organized, and they apparently have zero respect for your time. I originally booked an appointment through the Ian's Calendly system. That appointment was later rescheduled at the last minute (less than 24 hours before the appointment) due to Ian's "Memorial Day weekend plans", despite the appointment being scheduled for the day *after* Memorial Day and appearing as available on his Calendly page. I accommodated the change and adjusted my schedule. The replacement appointment then failed as well. At 8:46 AM on the day of the re-scheduled appointment (scheduled for 12pm), Ian texted me that he was "currently at the airport" and that his flight "ended up being delayed just now." While flight delays happen, this meant my re-appointment had been scheduled on a day that depended on same-day air travel, seemingly just hours apart. What followed was the most frustrating part. Rather than proactively managing the situation, providing a clear update, or giving me a phone call, I was left in limbo until the last minute, trying to determine whether the appointment was actually going to happen. I ultimately had to reach out myself while reorganizing my workday once again around an appointment that never occurred. The result: two failed appointments, two last-minute schedule changes, and a bunch of wasted time. After expressing my frustration and explaining that I had rearranged my day around this appointment, I expected at least a phone call, a sincere apology, or some acknowledgment that the situation had been handled poorly. Instead, Ian's response to the situation was... absolutely nothing. No phone call. No meaningful apology. No ownership. No attempt to make things right. Communication was limited to brief text messages, primarily through an "assistant" named Caroline. To this point, I still do not know whether Caroline is an employee, a virtual assistant, or a scheduling service, because nobody from his business ever personally contacted me to discuss what happened. Given that Ian's team maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy, I figured they would understand the value of time. Unfortunately, it appears that they value their own time, but not yours or mine. Mistakes happen. Travel plans change. Flights get delayed. But customer time shouldn't be collateral damage to sloppy planning on the part of a service provider. The true measure of a business is how it responds when things go wrong. In my case, Ian's business failed to honor two scheduled appointments, failed to communicate effectively, and failed to take responsibility afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend these guys.

Upon arrival, the place was very clean and spotless, with cool, relaxing vibes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. My wife enjoyed her massage, as hers was more on the simple side. A sports massage was perfect for her needs, and she left feeling relaxed and satisfied. As for me, I tend to need more intensive work. I explained to my therapist that I'm a former national-level athlete who has always taken body maintenance seriously and that I have a high pain tolerance, so I was comfortable with deeper pressure. I also mentioned specific issues: weakness in my left shoulder during pressing movements due to tightness, and tightness running from my right bicep tendon into my forearm. He spent a good amount of time on my upper back, using ART techniques and Graston tools to pinpoint the problem areas. He mentioned that my muscle density was higher than average, which made the work a bit different--understandable. He checked in multiple times to see how I was feeling, which I appreciated. That said, I'll admit I'm a tough client to please since I've been spoiled by excellent therapists in the Bay Area in the past. My main concern came when he worked on my forearm with the tool. The pressure was more aggressive than expected. From my experience, most therapists know how to balance releasing tension without causing unnecessary trauma. Unfortunately, this felt like more trauma than release, as I experienced significant swelling and bruising immediately afterward. My only feedback would be to apply less pressure to promote release rather than causing tissue trauma. Overall, I'd recommend this place for everyday clients. However, athletes or those needing more specialized, performance-focused bodywork may require a different approach. I'd rate this spot a 3/5.
