Went in to have a pinion-arm and other parts on the front end changed due to the front and wobbling the price wasn't all that bad and the quality of the work needs to definitely improve when I got the truck back the steering wheel when you drive down the road was not straight. It was a quarter turn to the left. I pulled back in and he told me that can be fixed when I get an alignment it went in with a straight steering wheel, and I had to go to Arizona to work it with some of my sensors and turn signals and made it hard to see my gauges. If it goes with a straight steering wheel, it should come out with a straight steering wheel highly disappointed about that so now I have to pay somebody else to make that right I posted a picture of the bill not sure if I would recommend him to work on any more vehicles when you $1300 to have work done, it should be done properly!!!! read more

Consider going anywhere else but here. This place is a TOTAL SCAM. I had brough my car here to have a few items done. Major oil leak, Coolant leak and the check engine light. I had hooked up the code reader prior and was given the code for O2 sensor/CAT. I turned my car in on a Wednesday morning (10am) and was told my car would be ready that Friday. Friday came and went and was then told Monday. When I called on Monday they said my car had soooo many little things they were doing and sent me photos of my car. Joke is it wasn't my car, not even close. I have a grey Chevy, I got pictures of a red Hyundai. Come to find out they HADN'T EVEN STARTED WORKING ON MY CAR because the tech didn't want to work on such a high miles car. They didn't start work on my car for over week, causing 7additional days in car rental fees. The receipt I received doesn't show that they replaced the CAT, which is concerning as I was told they replaced it. I received the car on Friday, drove it two days and the check engine light came back on. There were MANY additional things that were wrong with this service and with the Multiple interactions I had Max and the techs. read more

My sister has been coming here for awhile now and loves the customer service they provide so I figured I'd give them a shot. My AC wasn't blowing cold anymore so I took my car in to get it looked at. Brian and his team were polite and timely. They ran all the necessary tests to attempt to diagnose the problem however it seems to have a small leak and needs a dye test to find where it's coming from. Brian drained the system completely, filled it back up and injected the dye. Had my car back in a couple hours, and to my surprise he did not even charge me! I was asked to drive my car as normal until the ac stops blowing cold again then bring it in so they can use the UV light to find and repair the leak. I could tell the shop was fairly busy so for them to take the time they did and not even charge me is amazing. I will update this review when I eventually come back and they can find the leak and fix it. But until then I am comfortable saying I recommend their services. read more

Brian is the freaking man. I had an 05 Infiniti G35 which are not easy to work on. I got haggled and lied to about work that needed to be done by Yorba Linda auto so I wanted n second opinion n someone I can trust due to having absolutely no knowledge of cars. I found Bryan's auto and I can't explain how freaking awesome he is. So trusting n honest and will never tell you anything other than what the issue is. Yorba Linda auto tried telling me I needed 6k worth of work due to blown radiator which warped my head gaskets. Turned out just a blown radiator with no other damage. Since then I took my G35 back to him for EVERYTHING!!!! I got a new car so I don't need him as much but I took my new car to him for Oil change n of course right decision. Brian has restored my faith in people, and especially in mechanics. Been having car problems for for two days. Engine light on. It's stalling at red lights. I'm freaking out because my SUV = money. Was heading to Pep Boys but I got more business so I sucked it up and did a late night adventure. Working in DTLA was an adventure, but I made it. My friend, Jordan, gave me the # to the mechanic he and his parents use. In fact, the mechanic, Brian, reportedly saved JS a couple G's on electrical work on his Ford 250. I drive 15 miles to Anaheim. Brian is a cool dood. Hooks up the computer thingy. My truck is generating 6 error codes. Aw shit. I smell my bank account catching fire Brian lifts the hood. We hear a hissing sound. He says, "I know what that is." He takes the truck around back, does his thing and comes back with a little $2 heat-treated rubber hose with a hole in it. "This is the problem." They're good for 100k miles. You've got 103k." He replaces the hose, hands me the keys and says, "All done." I reach for my credit card and ask him, "How much?" He says waves it off. "That was too easy. Just come back next time you're having problems. Maybe I'll bill you for it then." What? Yep. An honest mechanic. My truck is running fine. Brian is the only person I would trust with my car in Southern California. This man is HONEST! The only thing I know about cars that my Mini doesn't warn me about is how often to rotate my tires! When Brian realized how much I didn't know, he took me back to the car and showed me what was wrong. He is very up front and honest. He will tell you what absolutely needs to be done to get you around safely and what can wait. Whenever I call, after telling him who it is that is calling, he always asks, "How's the Mini?" I don't have enough work done on my car to expect to be on a first name basis with my mechanic. Once while I was waiting on my car, I was amazed when he did this with two other people who called, as well. This is good customer service. Unfortunately, I've had to move away from Southern California. I asked Brian what I should look for in a new mechanic. His response was that he appreciated the small business/ few man shops because they realize their business depends on their reputation. They haven't got the corporate brand to bring in and keep business. I think this describes Brian's Auto Service as well.
