He diagnoses quickly, gets the job done efficiently, charges reasonably compared to other mechanics we've gone to in the area, and above all is a man of integrity--he's allowed us to pay for certain repairs days later to make sure our car is running properly first. He is transparent about his shop's limitations (they don't do German cars but refer us to highly rated shops nearby). He is clearly very experienced and knows how to weigh the best repair options, especially for older vehicles. I plan on relying on Neel for years to come. Cheers!

A few hours later Mike called me and told me that some of the things I thought needed doing actually didn't need doing at all, which saved us money. Since then it is the only place I take either of our cars and they will regularly tell me when something I think needs doing doesn't need doing yet. They will also openly tell me if they recommend I take my car somewhere else (I had a cosmetic issue with a soft top convertible roof and they recommended someone who specialises in this). It is so rare to find a business where you trust them to turn down work if your car doesn't need something doing when you think it does. Thankfully, while we were on our way to buy the part, Mr. Veraj called us to let us know we actually only needed a simple connector which cost us less than $25 instead. He then lowered the cost of his labor he'd quoted since it would be a simpler fix as well. He was very friendly, helpful and fair. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family. The shop is also conveniently located just a block from downtown Fullerton. Lots of parking and space for the tow truck to drop off a vehicle.

That unfortunate and now regretted review was based on a change in ownership and/or management that I misunderstood. All that I can do now is to explain what happened and apologize. Mea culpa. When I went in to have a new battery installed, I was met by a person whom I did not know but was obviously in charge. Jeff was not there. Also, the outside signage had changed. Having used Wilson Enterprises for years, I was wary. I thought the current crew was perhaps there to clear out inventory and trying to sell me a battery that might not be the correct one for my Jaguar. I had no factual basis for that judgement. Therefore, deeply regret expressing it in a Yelp review. All of that is behind me now, and I want to say that my years of very pleasing service at WE are what I want to share with others. That includes my 1976 Jaguar XJS coupe, the 2013 XK that Jeff helped me pick out and make roadworthy and a couple Toyota Avalons. Finally, let me say that when I went there today the shop was full of cars ranging from classic era gems and Jaguars to daily drivers. They say that 20 million Frenchmen can't be wrong.
