Brought our 2013 Sienna in for an oil change and to make sure our car looked safe to be able to drive to Vegas and back. Spoke to Garrett to make an appointment. He was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything that they would check thoroughly. Once we dropped off our car, we opted in for the text updates. When the guys were done inspecting our vehicle, we got a text with a link that had 4 tabs.."good", "needs future attention", "needs immediate attention", "service history unknown". There's a drop-down arrow that has a breakdown of all your cars' status! There are also some photos included with parts of concern. It also had a picture and name of the technician who worked on the car! So super cool! We called Garrett to verbally discuss the report. I loved the fact that he wasn't "forcing" us to HAVE get this or that service done immediately. I felt that he was honest and said that possibly next time or some time in the near future when we bring it back for another oil change they'll check on things to see if things need replacing then. Finding a trustworthy mechanic/ shop is invaluable, and this place is, by far, the best I've ever come across in my 30+ years of driving and owning vehicles. They give you a full report of EVERY detail when they diagnose, and they'll work with you to prioritize if you can't or don't want to do all the work. Their work is reliable and dependable. This place is exceptional. Both Tim and Garrett (the service writers up front) are friendly and incredibly helpful. And they even have a happy little pup running around to greet everyone! This is my new ONLY go-to auto shop. I was very weary of taking my Infiniti anywhere but I got a great vibe from this shop. They could tell right away how much I cherish my car and how particular I am. They were very thorough in their report showing me through their web app everything that needed replacing with pictures as proof to show. Other shops you just have to take their word for it and hope they do not scam you. The service manager and owner are super friendly and always happy when you come in or speak with them on the phone. Not like other shops where they just sound like they dread working where they're at. It may be a bit on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get. Id rather spend a bit more and make sure its done right and with a guarantee. Ill be coming back again for any further repairs or maintenance. read more

Not the best place to take your import. Not economical. Might as well take it to the dealer and get things done right. I knew I had a battery issue on my Audi and they told me that they are going to do some testing first and try to charge my battery. I told them to just changed the battery since it wasn't charging at all. They charged about $120/ hour just to do diagnostics first even though they didn't have an Audi diagnostic computer. After three hours, they finally told me that the battery was dead and that they will have to replace it. Almost five hours into it, I finally got my car. However, the MMI stopped working. I brought it to their attention and they couldn't figure it out. . All in all I spent almost $300 just to have a battery changed. read more

we have used Import Auto for many years and have always been very happy with their work. And now we know exactly how ethical they are as well. When multiple Ford dealerships told us our 2008's Escape Hybrid battery was DOA and required an expensive replacement, we sought out a valid charity to donate it to. Tim from Import Auto reached out through FB and asked if we would consider one they supported. We brought the car and pink slip to them. And Tim just called to tell us that the battery was still good and that they couldn't in good conscience take it. So now we have the car back in working order for when our 15 year old can drive. I took my car in for new brakes and rotors about 1 month ago. However I noticed the brakes squeaking and some grinding when I pushed down on the brake when coming to a stop. I returned to the shop a few weeks later and left my car for them to check out. They ended up replacing the brake pads under warranty and slightly turning the rotors. I have to say the brakes feel amazing and no squeaking or noise at all. Love my car again. Tim and Garrett are amazing, friendly and professional. When I took it in, they did their thorough assessment of the whole vehicle and this report suggested I might need to replace my battery. I agreed. Since then, all the things that I had been concerned about have disappeared. So the battery change helped more than I anticipated. I was going to change my oil and saw my car has the air intake in tbe way of the filter. Got lazy and brought my car hear. One month later time to change the air filter. The mounts for the air filter were over torked and busted. Update: I do not own any sort of competing business I just wanted a good mechanic. You have my number talk to your mechanics and figure out whos car you did that to. Call or text me and after you fix the damage I will give you 5 star. My complaint in not unfounded I showed a picture. I know it was not broken because I started to do the oil change my self and realised you have to remove the now broken part. It was not broken 20 min before I went to you. I am not a business I am a private citizen who wishes to remain private. You choose to be public and further take money for taking care of cars. Took my Civic Si here last Thursday (5/9/2019) and great service as usual / good customer care. I suggest calling to check when your car is ready if it's towards the end of the day. They wait till the car is finished (good practice) and actually call when it's done vs waiting an arbitrary amount of time (very good) but if you're far away and they close at 5, they can estimate if it'll be done for pickup that day vs picking it up the next day. My loaner car was pretty hilarious this time - "the breaking bad car". I'm always looking / waiting for places to try to rip me off (bad experience at a Weir Canyon Honda several times) and still hasn't happened! Example: Door actuator. Dealership under warranty: $112. Same dealership out of warranty: $512. Import Auto Clinic: $238.50. We'll be taking our cars here for the foreseeable future. read more
