What a great first impression. They were able to get my vehicle in and out the same day and found a big issue that a local dealer completely missed recently that almost cost me dearly. To boot, their prices are very fair and they were very friendly while I was there. I should mention, I'm an ASE certified mechanic myself. Obviously nobody likes someone coming to their work and telling them how to do their job, but these guys were very receptive to my input which was MUCH appreciated and kept me at ease. Took my Honda Odyssey to Bob Howard's Honda center for a Valve Clearance Adjustment and got bundled with a few more items costing me almost $1,300 to fix an oil leak issue on 10/29. The following day, the oil issue has not been fixed and began leaking non-stop on my driveway. On 11/1, they diagnosed another problem, which should have been corrected during the first visit, charging me almost another $1,800 to correct the oil issue. Insane right? I head over to Brian's the same day and met Shawn who was completely honest and transparent with me regarding what services I need and did not need. I found you on the Nextdoor app and saw how many of the locals recommended y'all. Anyhow, the tab was only $444 (I decided to have the oil changed), but would have been more cheaper. Great customer service, very clean facility, and great pricing. I will be taking the rest of my cars to these guys from now on; only regret is not find you guys much sooner! read more

Very bad service and extremely expensive, just for a diagnose check on my Honda Civic 07 was $120 that's ridiculous, that's how much I pay to get my brakes done. He said they charge $120 an hour and didn't care that I couldn't afford paying for a diagnose check. He's also charging me close to $2000 just for a catalytic converter. He didn't even apologized for charging that much, he seem like that type of guy get out here. read more

I am a mechanic in Virgina, My son was traveling in Oklahoma and our 2002 Suburban started making some noises, my Son took the Suburban to the Firestone repair shop in midwest city, They said that the AC compressor had locked up and that it would cost over $1500.00 to repair! Being a mechanic my self, I knew that "something was fishy" because had the compressor locked up the belt would have burned off!. After doing some checking around I had my son take the Suburban to Brian's Automotive services, in Edmond Oklahoma, 30 minuets away. When I spoke to Brian, I knew that I was dealing with a honest guy! Brian checked the vehicle and found that the only problem was a bad tensioner pully. The repair cost was very fair!
