After taking my BMW to another certified mechanic several times in an attempt to address what was draining my battery (which overall costed me $1700), I decided to try Brian after reading reviews. I have had my car in with Brian several times. He is simply the best around. I received estimates from nearby dealers. For one, Brian is very honest and not trying to make extra bucks like I feel the dealers do. He gives honest assessments and will bill you for his actual work. My bill was actually lower then the estimate as he explained he was able to perform the work in less time then he estimated originally. This place use to be called autobahn, they have changed names but same owner. Don't say you were not warned ! They simply destroyed my car by neglect while being repaired there. It was a simple heater hose, they insisted the water pump and thermostat was bad too. 1000.00 + dollars later. Then the neglect. During a major rain storm a window was left down and car unattended in the yard. The computer under the back seat was drown in 2 inches of water , then the corrosion set in. The work has always been performed quickly and properly at a rate that is competitive with the shops that pretend to know BMWs and less expensive than the shops the specialize in BMWs. Brian is a BMW professional and is willing to take the time to educate you about your car and give an honest recommendation. Unlike almost every other auto shop, he does not spend time searching for little things that can be suggested to pump up the bill (e.g., wiper blades, air filters, ...). I brought my BMW to this shop with sensor troubles, preventing my on-board diagnostics from getting me to the point of passing inspection. Brian fixed the issue, and then even gave me information on how I could drive the BMW at different speeds to quickly complete the drive cycle. At one point, when one of the sensors went bad, he just pulled the part from a spare engine and replaced it for me in minutes at no charge.
