He was professional, honest, and quick. Instead of simply replacing all my screens and charging more, he told me which screens did not need to be replaced, and patched others so as to not charge me too much. Priced well, does good job cleaning screens, windows, and wells, etc.. my gripe is quality of work and Brian's communication skills. Post removing screens i had dirt all over my window sills. Had a few streaks here and their which is fine but could be buttoned up easily. Ive used this service twice and it was same both times. Cleaning windows outside they didn't even attempt to ask me to cover my grill. They left dirty towels as well. Brian is kind but always has this tone like he is speaking to you like you are not smart. If you can look past that then they get the job done. read more

Brian is awesome! We had a small problem with our screen on our screen door coming out of the track but it was still in great condition with no bends or tears. No other screen repair companies would make time for it, telling us they wouldn't have time to get to our house to fix it for over a week and wanting to charge us outrageous amounts for an easy fix. We called Brian and were so glad we did! He came out the same day to fix it and it took less than 10 minutes. He was very kind, professional, and an all around great guy who loves what he does. It really meant a lot to us that he came over so last minute to fix this minor issue that no one else would make time for. We have been using Brian's Window Cleaner for many years. He does a magnificent job! His employees are always on time, professional, and polite. They are careful in our house and put on booties so as not to dirty our carpets. Owen and Justin make our windows sparkle. Brian personally fixed a long scratch on our window and you can't see where it was. Over the years, Brian has repaired and replaced screens. He does this right away.
