First time ordering and I ordered delivery. The guy in the phone was nice when taking my order. He told me my order was gonna take 25-35 min. No problem. An hour later the delivery guy showed up. Still no problem. I asked him again how much. I ordered 2 items that are not very good. One item was 6.98 and the other was 6.94. I paid 17.48 total. WTF??? O_o Hell no I didn't leave a tip. I know how to do simple math. Kind of upset me. I called and asked if there was a delivery fee. He said no. The food was not that great. Won't be my first option but if that's all that's around then that's fine. The money part I guess I could have called them out but I figured for the extra dollars I just won't eat there again. The Gyro sucked by the way. Loads of tzatziki sauce. I like the sauce but there wasn't enough meat. 2 slices of meat in my gyro?? Really for $7. I eat on a regular at other gyro establishments and have never had a gyro that skimpy. If there wasn't sauce oozing out everywhere when I took a bite and didn't drown out the flavor of the meat. It would have been a whole lot better. Anyways, I haven't tried the Calzones but people say there good. So far I'm pretty hesitate to want to order again. We ordered a calzone, panini and a sandwich all were very light on the meat. Like the meatball sandwich was so ridiculously lacking meatballs almost as if it was just a topping option. My husband and I have dined here several times and each experience just simply exceeded expectations. I've been a customer of Briatore since Amy and George had their little tiny place on Northup. Now they have a beautiful restaurant and the food is still just as incredible. One of the best places that compares to actual New York style pizza, and I would know cause I lived off of it in New York and incredible lamb gyros. I have been ordering delivery from this location for about a year now. The pizza is always outstanding, and so are the salads and calzones. I always am super excited when my pizza arrives....that being said, the comments about their delivery service are completely true. I've probably ordered delivery from them about 15 times, and every time has been at LEAST twenty minutes past their promised time...I've never received a pizza before the one hour mark. That being said, their pizza is so delicious that I plan ahead for that, and know that they will take forever. I can imagine if I had an office full of people waiting to eat at lunchtime however, that that would be extremely annoying. read more

I've been a customer for 10? years and everything I've had is very good. The crust is awesome! All the ingredients are fresh and tasty. The pizzas are well seasoned, well balanced - it's all good. Just call an hour before you want it. I've never had any rude service from George or Amy. They are always nice and quickly and professionally correct any error. I must admit that this was one of the best pizza and cheese bread meals that I have ever eaten. I ordered the Pepperoni, Prosciutto, and black olive pizza with a side of jalapeno cheese bread. I think someone needs to send them the memo about managing their online presence. We visited on a Saturday night at prime time... once we found it, as their address on EVERY listing online is wrong. I mentioned this and they told me they have been at the new location for a year. The place was empty so I was thinking oh no, what have I gotten myself into. The tables could have used a wipe down. The food was actually really tasty, we had two of their calzones, some of the best I've had since moving to Seattle from Pennsylvania 3 years ago (man do I miss the calzones back home!). I'm 100% sure that the place was empty because of the wrong address, and the fact that their sign does not say food at all and people passing by probably have no idea whatsoever what it is. Briatore is in the same complex as my office, so I go there every now and then for my lunch. Took me quite some time to notice it, but I'm glad I did! The food and service are great and I've always enjoyed my lunches there but today's experience spurred me to write a review. I had ordered my food and chatted with the owner a little, but when I went to pay I realized I had left my wallet on my desk. I was prepared to run back and get it, but he said "that's alright, just call once you're back and you can pay over the phone." I really appreciated his trust and his interest in my convenience, knowing I have a limited time for lunch. The service has always been prompt and friendly and the food has always been great, but today was a particularly good experience. Also, sometimes the owners little girls are there, and they are just so smart and cute. I highly recommend this place. read more

I really tried here. I truly believe in buying local and small individual establishments First I thought they really just didn't want the business. I finally got the main person engaged on what I wanted to order and for how many people. as I told him what I wanted he would interrupt and tell me to much or ok thats all before I was even finished with my list. by the time I finally said it is my lunches and this is what I want, he said it was stupid and to much food for 15 people.......... again, that feeling he didn't really want the business. I finally got him to put it together and I went to pay and it was a little more then what he quoted but paid for it. When he delivered it it was short a dish. I called and asked if they were bringing it and he said he gave us everything. I let him know what was missing and his quick reply was "you didn't pay for it" I told him I did and have the receipt right in my hand, he put me on hold and came back and said fine i will make it. i asked when it will be delivered and he said 20 minutes. A gem on Northup (NE 20th) across the street from Car Toys. Great calzone, pizza, salad and more. True 'Mim & Pop" restaurant! Husband runs the front and Wife cooks everything. They have tables outside too. Sometimes there are Chinese customers waiting for a table at the popular Chinese restaurant next door that decide to 'camp' using the Briatore tables. I've seen them react very rude to him when he explains they are for his customers. That aside, great food. read more

I was there during the week for lunch. I had the truffle salad with shrimp and it was excellent. The bay shrimp had been warmed which was a nice touch. The temperature of the restaurant was quite cold and most diners were eating with their coats on. We ordered at the counter to a somber man. A smile would go a long way. This is a very casual family owned place. Their pizzas are really good. My favorite is called NOCE E PROSCIUTTO (olive oil, goat cheese, garlic, walnuts, prosciutto and mozzarella). Their salads are good too. And they have a few little desserts that are also really good. I've read other reviews where people have gone there only to find it closed or something. I've never had this problem but you could always check on Yelp or call first. It's worth the effort! read more
