The portions are huge though haha we started with the Jumbo pretzel and they mean JUMBO because that thing was huge! The fried deviled eggs were also very good. Honestly, this is one of the most disappointing visits I've had to a restaurant in a while. The chicken wings were ok, the BBQ sauce was nice, it had a good Smoky flavor. The service was the disappointment. It felt like the server went out of her way to ignore our table. Walking faster past us, cutting questions short, no eye contact and giving short responses to get away from the table. I understand she might be busy, I get it, other tables need things too. But it went beyond being busy. My party felt unwelcome, like we were a burden to be there. I'll never be back. Appetizers: Beef Nachos (very little toppings and it was not spread throughout the dish). 5/10 Mozzarella Bricks were delicious and the house made marinara 9/10. Entrees: Wings with Bricksauce 5/10, re requested extra sauce but never received. South Paw Burger 6/10 pretty good burger lacked seasoning and the toppings were piled to the point it was difficult to pick up the sandwich. Chicken Club 7/10. Drinks were all pretty good, we just had a hiccup with one of the drinks having a hair stuck to the tajin rim. We returned it straight to the bartender and unfortunately had to retrieve our own drink due to the slow pace staff. We tried a few appetizers here and they were all good except the pretzel. The pretzel is so big and thick that it lacks flavor and is dry. The knockout shrimp were excellent with great flavor. The duck wings I had high expectations for and wow were they good. The Sriracha ranch went with them perfectly. My girlfriend had the chicken pot pie and she really enjoyed it. John found this lunch spot close to the airport for after picking up our son-in-law. Right off the interstate- it's easy to find. We were sat quickly, the kids were just a few minutes behind. Let me say this is my second experience after just moving to Tampa. I should have taken the red flag from my first visit and steered clear. My first visit was about 4 days ago. I ordered a couple of beers and a pretzel. The pretzel took about 25 plus minutes. Only the bartender apologized to me throughout the visit. Fast forward to Saturday night and I thought I would grab some chili and a steak. Big Mistake! My well done steak was not well done and was barely hot enough to melt the butter. I did not complain. So my fault. The chili was cold so I sent it back. It must have been in the microwave for a bit too long because the beans exploded and it was too hot to eat for 15 min. I should have looked to see the 3.5 star review before deciding to brave the experience. I am not looking for a free meal. As I will not be back. I am only writing this in case you want to use it as a training tool for the kitchen so they may see the guest perspective. I will share that I am in the business and I rarely write reviews. However after $65 plus tip I was upset. The theory of telling ten people about a bad experience is a true one. I will be forewarning anyone who mentions the desire to visit this location! read more

On top of it all, my wife left her $200 sunglasses on the table when we called and asked if they'd seen them; they hung up on her. I could see our waitress and another waitress debating on what table the food belonged too. They then both walked back to the kitchen and then finally came back with our food like 10 mins later. I don't know what was happening this day. The food was actually good. I got buffalo wings and the flavor was great. I asked for ranch but got blue cheese so I just left it alone. The blue cheese was still good. But yea, sadly, the service here was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Im think our waitress came to our table maybe three times the whole night. Came here after a stint at International with my friend. It was around 5pm so we were just in time for the happy hour. The bar was packed but the rest of the restaurant was empty. We stood for a while before they seated us but our server was attentive once we were at our booth. They had a house Jose Cuervo margarita for $5 as their Monday special so we both started with one of those. Solid taste, not overly sweet, and a decent pour had me satisfied. We both ordered two things off the happy hour snack menu. I wasn't mad about these portions for the price, all under $10. I had the wings (hot honey flavored) which had a nice taste and were thick and juicy. I also had the mozzarella bricks which were absolutely stuffed with cheese (a cheese pull to rival the Chili's mozzarella sticks). My friend had the pretzel which she let me try and that was good but not great and the fried deviled eggs (I'm not a fan (I know, unpopular opinion) so I didn't try). She said they weren't that good and she didn't finish them or take them home with her for that matter. I pounded out six or seven Yelp reviews while enjoying their beers and a great burger. "No Bun Intended" is straight up keto compliant. Served with a side of steamed broccoli, the two beef patties were piled on top of shaved ham, bacon, cheddar, avocado, a spicy aioli, lettuce and tomato. Then topped with a fried egg. OMG. It was awesome. Lots of hustle from the staff. The manager checked in on me at least twice and it was great to see him running food from the kitchen and helping to clear tables. Overall, the food and service was excellent, however I cannot get past the so-called manager on duty, who sits at the end of the bar, drinking beer and playing on the phone. I witnessed a customer (an older gentleman) walk in and sit at the bar. The bartender on duty had to leave her station for a few moments to change a keg. The food decreased in quality post-COVID, and it hasn't gone back up in quality. They have no vegan options anymore, and they took away their delicious mushroom burger. It's one of the best vegan burgers I had ever had, so I'm definitely bitter. Service is consistently ok. They get slammed on game days, so you have to take that into consideration! The menu is interesting, with lots of appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. The drink menu is extensive, and they run a happy hour with $1 off certain appetizers and specialty priced drinks. We ordered the devil eggs as an appetizer. They were decent. They were supposed to be priced at $6 because of happy hour, but we noticed our bill after we got home that they hadn't given us the reduced price. Our server, Ashlee, was awesome. She was super attentive, but not intrusive. She took our drink order, brought us water and was ready to take our food order. I settled on the Philadelphia Cheesesteak with fries. Our food came extremely fast. My cheesesteak was hot, and the bread was fresh. There was ample steak, peppers, onions and cheese. Overall, a good sandwich. The fries were luke warm and even if they had been hot, they wouldn't be anything special. They could serve much better fries.
