I loved the open feel of this mall and it is very beautiful in general. i felt very safe the whole time and the store selection was nice. There is a nice movie theater here that you can eat at, which is a bit pricey but worth it. If you are scared of heights I would suggest riding the elevator the escalators can be a bit scary. read more

Basically, it's a mall, but nicer than your typical one. Stores are high end, so expensive. Thus, not a place to go for your regular shopping. Also, what genius decided it was a good idea to have an open air mall in Miami (and worse, in the concrete jungle of Brickell)?! Miami is extremely hot and humid for more than half the year! Would have made tons more sense to enclose the mall so customers aren't burning hot and drenched in sweat. A movie theatre that has nothing to offer but padded seats? An Apple Store so small as to make people wonder why no investment in a larger space? Lots of empty spaces. Add water, plants lasers seating music, where are the fireworks? Hire someone who can spent the developers money in a unique and fanciful way! There are many cute boutique and upscale stores located here as well as restaurants and a movie theater. I think it's really neat that the mall is multiple levels with a parking garage underneath and connects to each other over the streets below. A true place to see and be seen. read more

Beautiful! Worth visiting. Great for a walk around and needed a cute safe place to walk shop eat and talk. While all the stores are upscale and classy it is still nice to walk around. Brickell City Centre has completely changed Brickell, in the best way. We now have a movie theatre, a ton of new restaurants, and finally some shopping! The Sephora location here is phenomenal, the staff is friendly and helpful unlike Merrick Park, and it's way more organized than south beach. There are a lot of vacant spots in the mall right now, but they're opening a Zara soon and this italian market which I can't wait for. Don't miss Luke's Lobster - so delicious! Not too much to offer for upscale shopping if your looking for clothes. The channel store is very new and didn't have the sunglasses I wanted. They do have a Lululemon and Victoria's Secret and Saks, but I'm surprised there was no Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton or Tory Burch. read more

But, I was not satisfied with ANY of the services I got from each store I went to. The employees are extremely snobby and clingy..It seemed as if they were thinking my bestfriend and I were going to steal something in the stores... It was ridiculous. Yes chocolate milkshake was sooo good, chicken tenders has a great very crispy breading, popcorn shrimp was good but I'm not convinced with the size. The customer service you receive in every store is 5+ stars with the exception of the key holder morning employee at Koko & Palenki whom I've dealt with 3 times in one month (3 purchases) and still receive the same poor service, not acceptable ! I have mixed feelings about Brickell City Centre. Miami needed something BIG and BCC is it. The mall is just a monstrosity of magnificent architecture which took over the ugly empty land parcels that plagued the heart of downtown for years. I used to work in the 777 Brickell Building and I remember walking passed this empty land on my way to lunch at La Moon thinking, why doesn't someone do something with this prime real estate!? I visited the property through various stages of development and I was pleased to finally stop by and marvel at the somewhat finished product. I strolled every floor of the new mall and checked out the shops, but did not go into any. Many of the stores I've never heard of but do not shop at. Tacology on the 4th floor caught my attention, but I had already had lunch so no stopping there this time (bookmarked). I was a little sad to see the mall so sleepy on a Saturday afternoon. I'm thinking they need to bring in some entertainment and more restaurants and stores that do not cost an arm and a leg. It doesn't look like they are done yet with many spots still under construction so I'm hopeful the mall won't be all high-end and will cater to people with varying incomes. I was a little sad to look down and see Tobacco Road erased from the map but the little shops on the same street (River Oyster etc) were still alive and kicking. I will definitely keep my eye on BCC and I'm sure I'll find my way back there soon. read more

Spent the morning there with my wife. Very nice architecturally speaking. Very high end stores and good restaurants. If you're a local it would be a great staple. If you're not local it's worth a visit but I wouldn't be going back any time soon. As a "shopping experience" Sawgrass Mills or Aventura have it beat hands down. read more

I had a great experience visiting the Brickell city center . My friends and I went shopping first then we went to the tacology restaurant ( great tacos , kind of fusion style in a shot glass with differ delicious sauces , and great drinks . ( next time we have to check out the Casa Tua Cucina which is on the same floor and the food there also looks really great ) After that we went to the dine in movie theater and got more drinks and desert .The chocolate melted cookie and ice cream is to die for . Watching a movie in comfortable recline seats is the way to go . After the movies we hit sugar bar which is on the roof top of the East hotel ( great atmosphere chill outdoor rooftop lounge Nyc style ) we had a blast read more

I swear what I am going to tell below is the truth. I went to this worst store ("In-sight") I have ever experienced in last week on Friday. The thing is when I was trying swimsuits in this "In-sight"'s fitting room, a man burst in my fitting room and I was shocked. I wore my close as soon as I could. And I went out of the fitting room (they only have the curtain) and I asked why they let a man break in a girl's fitting room, the service staff just answered that the man was trying cloth too, and he just made a mistake. I couldn't believe that and I WAS So mad about it. I was nude in the fitting room because of the swimsuits and I couldn't wear them with bras. And I didn't that this store sell both woman and man clothing (it seems only for women ) and how can they arrange a girl next to a man's fitting room. There was none keeping eyes on the fitting room and none even tried to prevent him from burst into my space. After I asked the staff, even tearing, how can they let this happened. The girl staff just simply said sorry and kept asking me how I feel about the swimsuits I tried. They have no concern and cared nothing about how a young girl feel after this shock. They only care about if I was going to buy their items and gave them money. They did nothing after that. They didn't call the police and even didn't stop the man. I called my friend and she came with her husband. She called the police and they said if he was not intention to do that, they can't help. We back to the store, and I hoped nothing but the manager's apology. However, I receive nothing. One of the staff even said "This is common in United States, you just don't understand." I am an international student, but my friend lives here over 10 years and she is an American citizen. I don't know how can she judge? Just base on the race? Because we are Asians? The staff called the manager and the manager even didn't talk with me on the phone. The staff just simply explained that the manager couldn't come and let us come on Saturday. You know how I feel? They need to apologize to me but it seems that I AM BEGGING for their apology?!!! I will never go to this damned "In-sight" store and I will highly recommend girls don't go to here because they won't protect your privacy and safe. They don't care about how customers' feel.
