I believe the GM/Owner was there that day and she was great. Fill out the waiver before you get there (with everybody in your party) to make the initial entrance go faster. No food or drinks for the little ones in the play area. You must go to the Food Room. So many awesome construction toys to play with. There are separate areas you can rent out for private events and birthday parties. My son had a blast. We were there for a little under 2 hours which was perfect. Time flew by! My toddler enjoyed opportunities to paint, craft, and explore the sensory play. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us some ideas for things we could do and gave tips to make our experience better. There's three main rooms to work, tons of supplies, and endless opportunities to create anything your heart desires. My toddler loved drawing on the mirror, playing in the water bin, painting, doing paint spinner art, and making a little craft with pom poms. You get to keep everything you work on too which is nice. We enjoyed ourselves so much! Can't wait to come back to try more creations.

They offer a variety of add-ons, such as make your own slime and pottery painting, and be warned, the entrance/exit is packed with toys for purchase, all displayed at toddler eye level, guaranteed to tantalize. There's no food allowed inside, so make sure you do snacks before you go in. They do offer snacks to go in the way out, which was a nice touch.

If you're looking to introduce your little ones to snow sports, Shredder is the ticket. This location in particular is a big space that is dated with a cheerleading gym. Which means there are lots of things to keep kids busy and exhausted before and after class.

Each racer got two 12 lap races, food & drink, one hour reserved seating, arcade tokens & top finishers got medals - plus all racers got to race together with a reserved time. The price was about $80 per racer. We paid separately for additional food for spectators. These go carts are electric, so no smell & pretty quiet. A few things to note, racers need to be at least 48 inches tall & if you have more than twelve racers you then split into two groups. Also, K1 has an Arrive & Drive option for just racing, it's first come first serve. The day we went was for a birthday. After checking in racers registered & signed waivers after which they got balaclavas & helmets. Instructions were given but it was rather hard to hear. Our racers had a blast...they loved it - it was a great experience. Right after racing our lunch was ready, it was served buffet style. We choose Cheese & Pepperoni Pizzas, BBQ & Buffalo Chicken Wings & soft drinks. There were no salad or vegan options. The pizza was good, however the wings were even better & delicious. Since we were a big group we had a private party room. The only outside food allowed was dessert. Our party ran smoothly, the staff was friendly & very helpful. All in all a great time!

Something to do in nice in a while but for me not a frequent adventure. The staff was nice and helpful and knowledgeable. They also give military discounts. As far as pricing I would think they would give junior drivers at a cheaper rate.
