Bridal Breeze was my first stop on my first day of trying on wedding dresses... and the last! The selection of dresses was amazing, a fit/style for everyone. Marina was the most amazing help when finding what I wanted. I showed her my Pinterest board of styles I liked and to our suprise, they had just received my top dress the day prior to my arrival (I couldn't believe it). Although I had my eyes on a specific dress, Marina made sure I tried on multiple dresses to ensure I found "the one." I had planned on visiting multiple places to try on that day but cancelled because I had found the most perfect dress. Marina was helpful, genuine and definitely knew her stuff when it came to bridal looks - I trusted and valued her opinion and genuinely felt so confident leaving her store. Bridal Breeze exceeded my expectations. It is a smaller shop so when you make your reservations for try-on you are the only one there (+ some friends to support you of course). She made the experience unique, asking what type of music I preferred and made sure I was comfortable. Dress shopping is a big moment for a bride to be and I felt at ease and supported during my whole experience! I 100000% recommend going to bridal breeze for your dress shopping. Visiting Bridal Breeze was such a great experience. I only visited two shops, one was more of a chain and although that was still a positive experience it wasn't the same as going here. It was a very customized and personal visit - I knew going here that there were a few dresses I loved in pictures but I tried on a handful of dresses I didn't think I would love on as much as I did. There were a lot of helpful tips and information that I got through my first visit as well and it became a no brainer when I found my dress here. I couldn't be happier and can't wait for it to arrive! read more

I honestly could not recommend this boutique enough. There is a really beautiful collection of dresses here and lots of modern silhouettes which I loved. My first visit was very smooth and efficient, but I did not feel rushed at all trying on dresses despite the fact that I showed up late. Marina was incredibly accommodating and honest about the whole process, as well as having a great eye for picking dresses that she thinks would be flattering on you. I really wanted to thank Marina as well, as I ended up falling in love with a dress that wasn't a sample sale option for my upcoming elopement that was 2 months away. Marina went above and beyond, keeping the shop open during off hours due to my busy work schedule just so I could come try on the dress one more time before buying and so that I could pick up the dress ASAP as well. She was also able to rush ship it to the boutique and I got it earlier than expected and in time to send it in for quick alterations. I had an incredible experience here. Their website does a great job representing the curation of the store and if it matches your vibe of what you are looking for -- it's worth coming here and they truly go above and beyond in making sure you have a good experience whether you choose to buy a dress from here or not. read more

After trying on so many wedding dresses, we were feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, everything had started to look the same. This was our last appointment of the day, and I'm so glad it was. Marina is truly an expert; you could tell by the way she fitted the dress to my body and took detailed notes on the style I was going for. I ended up saying yes to my dress here, and I couldn't be more grateful for Marina's guidance in helping me find something I truly loved. One unique thing about this bridal shop is their 75-minute appointment format where you get to try on six dresses, three chosen by you, and three selected by your stylist. I loved this approach! This is the first shop I went to to try on wedding dresses and they set the bar so high! My stylist (unfortunately blanking on her name now) went above and beyond and really took her time with me and my bridesmaids. Before trying on any dresses, she sat me down to understand what I'm looking for, where my venue is, and styles that I'm generally drawn to. (Side note: When booking the appointment online, there was a portion on the form that even asked about what sort of music I wanted playing during my fitting - the attention to detail was INCREDIBLE). After chatting with me, my stylist handed me 6 clothes pin to pin on dresses around the store that I'd be interested in trying on. She helped me get into every dress, pinning and sizing the dresses so that they'd fit me, and talked me through the endless alteration options I'd have with every dress I tried on. Though I didn't end up picking out a dress from here (my style is a bit more simple/modern than some of the gowns they had available), I couldn't recommend this shop enough! read more

I had the best time with Mel during my appointment at Bridal Breeze. She let me take the lead but also noted my likes and dislikes, and was able to match my style perfectly. There was a wide selection of options but not too many that I was overwhelmed. I went during their sample sale, which I was later told it was a moving sale, and was very happy with the prices. I had a great experience with Marina at Bridal Breeze and would highly recommend this shop for any soon to be brides! This was only the second shop that I visited but the experiences were night and day. Marina kindly greeted our group at the door and brought a calm, friendly and excited energy that made me feel relaxed. Ariel is the absolute BEST. I came in with very little knowledge of what I wanted. She listened to my requests about length/style and was able to give me options that she thought fit best. I had a lovely experience at Bridal Breeze! Although I did not end up getting my dress here as I had fallen in love with one at another boutique shortly before, Marina was extremely helpful in guiding me through her beautiful store and finding the dress there that best suited me (which ended up being a very close second to the one I bought!). Marina was not only great in facilitating the dress-trying process, but she also helped me and my group ask honest questions (like how I am feeling in the dress, and if the dress felt like ME), which are so important to ask during the wedding dress process. If you are a soon-to-be bride looking for the perfect dress, look no further! Extensive variety of beautiful dresses at a range of reasonable prices. I drove here from San Diego to visit family and try on dresses here. Marina is amazing - so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I'm so glad I picked Bridal Breeze to be my first and only bridal dress shop! I saw the dress I ended up choosing the moment I walked in and knew right away it was the one. I still tried on several other dresses that were so beautiful I almost reconsidered, but none could beat the one. The experience was fun, easy and fast! The process here was a dream. The owner (whose name escapes me) was my stylist for the day. She was patient, kind, professional, uplifting. Before coming to this shop, I hadn't had a great experience dress shopping and was left feeling that it was normal. But with Bridal Breeze, I felt gorgeous and felt that anything could be possible with my dress. She even made a point to have my favorite music playing when I got into the store. And helped me share the experience with my bridesmaids over the phone so they could partake in the experience despite being far away. I loved my entire experience at Bridal Breeze! We decided to turn around a quick wedding (3-4 months) and I know that is incredibly fast in the wedding world. Bridal Breeze was the 4th place I went to (2 in San Diego, 2 in SF) and it was the 4th and last place! I found my dress in my first visit there and purchased it less than 24 hours later. Mary was helping me and was incredibly helpful and supportive. She was not pushy in any way and listened my feelings on each dress. The dresses are beautiful and stunning, with intricate designs and many different options. The sample dresses are also very reasonably priced. I tried on the Karolina sample dress and could not stop thinking about it. The next day I emailed to see if I could come pick it up and I did! I also ordered the matching veil which had a shipping delay (again, I ordered the dress less than 3 months away from our wedding day so this was on me!) likely due to the war in Ukraine. Mary was very responsive and came up with creative solutions to ensure I had a veil for the big day. The veil ended up arriving the week of my wedding so it all worked out, but Mary helped relieve any stresses regardless of when the new veil would arrive. Thank you Mary and Marina! I got married back in 2021 but realized I never wrote a review for this store! I found my dress here back in 2020 during covid and I really enjoyed my experience trying on all the gorgeous dresses. She customized my dress with a longer train and more modest shallow v down the middle. It arrived a perfect fit, so didn't need any alterations. This was a 1:1 private experience with your loved ones and the stylist (owner in my case) being the only ones in the shop. It was such a beautiful time. Supporting a small business with affordable, STUNNING European designer dresses was definitely the best decision I made when dress shopping. I loved the process of "pinning" your top three and having our consultant pick three recommendations based on my style. Marina had a way of reading my body language and reactions and knowing precisely what I should try on. Highly recommend! Marina from Bridal Breeze was wonderful to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Looking at wedding dresses is an emotional, intimate experience and she made me feel at ease the whole time. She was personable and took the time to get to know me. She helped me in and out of each dress, which was so helpful since those things are definitely a two-person job! It was my first time trying on wedding gowns and she did not make me feel pressured to purchase or anything like that. The $20 appointment fee was well worth it. Bridal Breeze was the very first shop I went to for trying on wedding dresses. My stylist was very thoughtful and made me feel very comfortable. She helped me pick out a few dresses and was helpful on what to think about when selecting a dress. The 4th one I tried on I absolutely fell in love with, but I had another appointment elsewhere. I ended up going to the second location and tried on about 20 dresses....and called Bridal Breeze back the same day to see if I could come back and try the dress on one more time. Nothing at the second shop gave me more than "eh, it's ok" feeling. My stylist was able to fit me in in between her appointments and I ended up purchasing the dress! When I came back, she had a big smile on her face and said "This dress was made for you, I knew it." :) Thank you for making it such an enjoyable experience. In so many other stores, you see the same brands and styles, but this is not a cookie cutter store! Mary was so sweet and helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable. She pulled out some wild card dresses that ended up being my favorite. I really appreciated how upfront she was with the prices and any added costs. My experience at Bridal Breeze was perfect. After trying on multiple dresses at other shops before coming here, I was ready to find my dress. Marina, the shop owner, was so welcoming and knowledgeable. They have a beautiful selection of fitted and A line dresses (perhaps others, but these were the styles I was going for). I stated a budget and Marina showed me dresses all within budget, didn't push for anything higher. I tried on about 4 dresses and ended up with exactly what I was looking for! It was a smooth and fun experience. I was never rushed and was able to re-try on my top contenders to be sure that I had found the one. The dresses are great and the service was even better. I came in very nervous about trying on wedding dresses for the first time, but Ariel immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took time to learn more about me and my wedding before walking me through the store. She took care to show me which sections to focus on based on my preferences and budget, giving me plenty of space and time to pick out a handful to try on. All of the dresses were beautiful, and Ariel took the time to help me understand the pros and cons of each. I fell in love with one of the dresses, which was at the lower end of my price range. While the store probably would have made more money from me buying new, she let me know I could buy the sample for 30% less. She put absolutely no pressure on me to buy anything or make firm decisions. Thanks to all of this, I felt comfortable saying YES to the dress, and I took home my dream gown the same day. I would 100% recommend this bridal shop to any friends or family in the Bay Area. read more

Hey, I'm Marina, the founder of Bridal Breeze. Since starting Bridal Breeze in 2020. Today, I can't imagine my world without brides, runway shows, and nerding out with designers - but it wasn't always this way. I worked in software sales for years, but something was missing. As a little girl, I was always mesmerized by models strutting their stuff on the catwalk. I could spend hours watching the runway shows. She was such a sweetheart, and when I returned for my appointment, had the two dresses I'd requested pulled, as well as a few others of the similar style. Although I didn't have a group with me, Seneca was incredibly patient and supportive while I mulled over the dresses, and hyped me up to fall in love with my original vision. Some of the sample dresses being sold are quite affordable for the budget conscious bride which was a huge plus! Additionally, I've seen fantastic reviews about their in house alterations. Highly recommend whether you're lost in your wedding dress search, or if you want an exceptional experience picking exactly what you want!

They charged $55 for one hour of trying on 10 gowns with a stylist . It may run over time a little bit but they did not charge us more . Each bride to be and friends got their own changing room and full body mirror , sofa to sit and wait . They serve you ice water with no charge and a menu to order latter and other drinks for a fee . Our personal stylist is Tiffany . She is great . Very patient and helpful to help the bride to come to the conclusion of what type of wedding gowns she actually likes the most . It was an elimination process . We started with 10 gowns and went down to the top two at the end . The prices vary depending on the materials. It ranges about $2000 to $6000 . Veil And alternation fee are extra . It takes 6 months to order a wedding gown if your choice. The following months, however, were filled with uncertainty and confusion about when my dress would arrive. With an estimated delivery timeline of 4-6 months, I initially tried not to worry. In December, I was informed that my gown was in the final stages of production, and I paid the remaining balance. As March approached, my family and friends began to grow concerned alongside me. While the responses to my calls and emails were reassuring, it became increasingly difficult not to feel anxious as the wedding date drew closer and our energy and attention needed to be focused on other aspects of wedding planning. We were told that the delays originated with the designer. This is understandably not in their control, but more proactive communication and transparency about the situation earlier in the process would have been appreciated. Ultimately, the dress shipped at the end of April and arrived in early May. Despite this experience, I am still giving Janene's Bridal Alameda 4 stars because of the kind and responsive staff. The alterations team did an excellent job with only about 2 weeks to work with, and every staff member was pleasant. I especially appreciated Jessica, Tiffany, and Mary Ann for being so accommodating, patient, and supportive throughout the process. At one point, I left an item there and the team were very communicative about searching for and locating the item until my return. Most importantly, the business went above and beyond to compensate me for the inconvenience and stress of receiving my dress so close to my wedding date. After everything that happened, I was hesitant to have my alterations done at Janene's, but the team ultimately turned the experience around and made it a positive one. Their excellent customer service and dedication helped make up for the stressful situation. Thank you for making things right and for taking such great care of my wedding dress.

I was introduced to her by a friend who bought 3 wedding dresses from her and I was floored to see how beautiful and quality they were without costing an arm and a leg and 2 Bay Area mortgages. It was a no-brainer for me to contact Judy! Overall Thought: Judy is very professional from beginning to end. Booking an appointment was easy. When I got to her studio, she was very friendly in greeting me yet very efficient, clear, and honest in asking about my vision, budget, timeline, and how we can make that happen together. After the initial visit, she was very responsive via email, and I was never left unsure about what the next step was. A super great bonus is that she is very supportive and encouraging in discussing my ideas for the dress and coming up with the design. I cannot emphasize enough how positive she made me feel throughout the design process. She was gushing over the different ideas I brought up like a very excited maid of honor! But was also realistic and honest with ideas that she thought would not have worked. Process Details: Judy offers a few different design/manufacturing/budget options, so there's a good chance that she will have something that fits your need and vision. You can get off-the-rack gowns, or pick from an existing design and she'll make a dress to fit you (either Judy's own or certain other designers' designs), or she can help you design a brand new gown from scratch. The last option is what I went with. My design was fairly simple, and she recommended some manufacturing options that could help me stay within budget. This was the perfect solution for me! I wanted a custom design, but another local designer I contacted was out of my budget range even though my design was super simple. I found a few overseas designers/manufacturers who could help create a custom design and ship the final product to me, but I was apprehensive to work with them since they cannot take my measurements, work with me in person during the design process, and provide a final fitting service unless I can make an international trip to see them. Judy was the perfect happy medium that did not compromise on design and quality! We started by having a one hour meeting where she listened to my ideas, reviewed reference photos, showed me fabric swatches, took my measurements, and sketched designs. She then sent a summary email of the design, and we corresponded via email and at a second meeting to make some adjustments until we arrived at a final illustration. Judy was very meticulous in following the details we discussed and the details that I did not have the expertise to request. For example, the types of hooks and zippers used, the linings, and the silicone liners to hold up the top, etc. Nothing was overlooked. My dress turned out even better than I had hoped for, with me having to do almost zero work after we agreed on the design and fabric. I received multiple photos to confirm the final product. And I asked a LOT of questions, all of which she answered with patience. The dress arrived within the expected timeframe, and Judy did a final fitting with me. The hip area was too narrow (which she fixed without a hitch and I came back to pick it up later), but otherwise, the dress fitted like a glove! She even helped me match my dress with the veils and gloves that I bought separately. All in all, I would 10/10 recommend her to any future brides I know! They have some truly unique selections and a wide, inclusive array. I absolutely love that they seem fair to brides reselling on consignment, as well as helpful to brides that are on a budget. My first visit was with Emilie, who took a great deal of time asking about my wedding, vibe, vision, etc. - then taking note of what I liked and disliked to make thoughtful "pulls". Aliyah was also sweet and not pushy on my second visit. It was just a little tough that the ones that were the "right" size numerically had been altered (understandably) by the bride that wore it before you. So it becomes sort of an esoteric search and hopefully right find for something that fits both the style and sizing you want - otherwise you're looking at lots of alterations costs tacked on, which frankly to me, felt like I should go for new instead. Ultimately, I just found a dress elsewhere that I couldn't pass up, but Emerald City definitely is worth a look or two.

I would advise against a custom dress from their manufacturers or trusting their staff who were more concerned with tacking on fees and extras. I waited to review my dress, and hope this helps any bride he needs a tailored or custom fit to her dress.

My appointment was completely private and that was helpful as I had the space and attention to try a lot of different gowns and then revisit the favorites. Cassie was extremely professional and knowledgeable, asking about likes and dislikes with each gown and then suggesting some that turned out to be big hits. I felt like she really listened and heard what I was talking about and was a very calming presence. The salon itself comfortably fit myself and my mom and MIL. One of the best parts in my opinion was the trifold mirror because I could more easily see the backs and sides of dresses, I didn't realize how much this helped until I went somewhere else with just a single small mirror and felt like I couldn't see. The dresses I ended up most interested in fell in the ballpark of $3400. During the week an appointment is free but I think there is a small fee on the weekends. I am a street size 8 and was able to fit into every dress I picked out, some were a little bit of a squeeze and some needed clips but everything was in the standard bridal range 8-12. I loved my experience and it may even be where I come back and purchase my dress! But I cannot recommend this enough for any bride that has an open mind about what they might like.

The lawn is always green and beautiful, perfect for letting my fur baby run around and play (or potty) and you will always see people enjoying the space, stretched out reading or talking with friends or just soaking up the peace. One of my favorite things about Union square is the art. The giant hearts are iconic in San Francisco and they're always being repainted and reimagined by different artists, so no matter how many times you come here, you will always see something new. I've seen so many versions over the years but I still stop to look at them every time I'm here because there is always something new. The hearts the statues, the occasional pop-up installations or performances, the square always feels alive. There is also always something going on. On my last visit here there were ping pong tables set up everywhere with people playing. I saw juggling classes being offered and arts programs for kids with people gathered around having a good time. There was a reading area and books brought in on carts. They even still had up there holiday backdrop that looks like it was put there just for people to use for the perfect insta shot. There are plenty of tables and benches scattered around so it's easy to grab a seat and stay a while. Even if you're just passing through and you need to rest your dogs for a few minutes, this is the perfect spot. I spent more than a few afternoons here people watching or enjoying a snack from the little stand nearby. It's really a great place to spend some time and a must do if you are in San Francisco. On the weekends you will find people trying to usher you onto bus tours or maybe sell you souvenirs, but you might also witness an event or see straight performers so you never really know what you're going to get.
