Bridal Breeze was my first stop on my first day of trying on wedding dresses... and the last! The selection of dresses was amazing, a fit/style for everyone. Marina was the most amazing help when finding what I wanted. I showed her my Pinterest board of styles I liked and to our suprise, they had just received my top dress the day prior to my arrival (I couldn't believe it). Although I had my eyes on a specific dress, Marina made sure I tried on multiple dresses to ensure I found "the one." I had planned on visiting multiple places to try on that day but cancelled because I had found the most perfect dress. Marina was helpful, genuine and definitely knew her stuff when it came to bridal looks - I trusted and valued her opinion and genuinely felt so confident leaving her store. Bridal Breeze exceeded my expectations. It is a smaller shop so when you make your reservations for try-on you are the only one there (+ some friends to support you of course). She made the experience unique, asking what type of music I preferred and made sure I was comfortable. The good: - private appointments - unique selection - they ask you what music you'd like to listen to The bad: 1- I specifically came here for the premium collection. I said in the questionnaire when I made the appointment that the dresses I wanted to try were from this designer and which styles, as well as my size. When I arrived, I was told that all of the dresses I had requested ahead of time were a bridal size 0 which was quite shocking since bridal sizes run smaller than street size. Despite that, she still insisted on strapping me in, but I could not get any sort of reasonable idea of what these dresses would look like on my body, I have not had this problem at any other shop I have visited. So I paid $30 to not be able to try on the dresses I wanted. I would suggest that they make a note on their website that these dresses are only available in a bridal size 0 so that people can decide for themselves if the other designers and options are worth the cost of the appointment. It felt like a bait and switch. Other websites (I won't name names but I could) clearly list when a particular model is only available in a very small or very large size. 2- One of the other dresses that was a standard size (guessing bridal 10-12 as I needed slight clipping to cinch in) was nice but very clearly dirty, which the attendant admitted and tried to help me "imagine" what the correct color would be by comparing to another very different dress. - I made a 75 minute appointment and thought I would be able to try on dresses based on how much time we had, but she only let me try on 6 dresses total, so I was back on the street after only 45 minutes. I can't imagine spending $5-7k on a dress that takes that level of imagining (color and or size), and I am shocked that they have not invested in a more standard size of some of the premium collection for their showroom. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience, but I see that many other brides have had really different and positive experiences. Not sure what the discrepancy was for me as I have not had any of these issues at other boutiques when it comes to sizing or timing or cleanliness. Very disappointed. read more

Visiting Bridal Breeze was such a great experience. I only visited two shops, one was more of a chain and although that was still a positive experience it wasn't the same as going here. I honestly could not recommend this boutique enough. There is a really beautiful collection of dresses here and lots of modern silhouettes which I loved. My first visit was very smooth and efficient, but I did not feel rushed at all trying on dresses despite the fact that I showed up late. Marina was incredibly accommodating and honest about the whole process, as well as having a great eye for picking dresses that she thinks would be flattering on you. I really wanted to thank Marina as well, as I ended up falling in love with a dress that wasn't a sample sale option for my upcoming elopement that was 2 months away. Marina went above and beyond, keeping the shop open during off hours due to my busy work schedule just so I could come try on the dress one more time before buying and so that I could pick up the dress ASAP as well. She was also able to rush ship it to the boutique and I got it earlier than expected and in time to send it in for quick alterations. I had an incredible experience here. This is the first shop I went to to try on wedding dresses and they set the bar so high! My stylist (unfortunately blanking on her name now) went above and beyond and really took her time with me and my bridesmaids. Before trying on any dresses, she sat me down to understand what I'm looking for, where my venue is, and styles that I'm generally drawn to. (Side note: When booking the appointment online, there was a portion on the form that even asked about what sort of music I wanted playing during my fitting - the attention to detail was INCREDIBLE). After chatting with me, my stylist handed me 6 clothes pin to pin on dresses around the store that I'd be interested in trying on. She helped me get into every dress, pinning and sizing the dresses so that they'd fit me, and talked me through the endless alteration options I'd have with every dress I tried on. I loved my entire experience at Bridal Breeze! We decided to turn around a quick wedding (3-4 months) and I know that is incredibly fast in the wedding world. Bridal Breeze was the 4th place I went to (2 in San Diego, 2 in SF) and it was the 4th and last place! I found my dress in my first visit there and purchased it less than 24 hours later. Mary was helping me and was incredibly helpful and supportive. She was not pushy in any way and listened my feelings on each dress. The dresses are beautiful and stunning, with intricate designs and many different options. The sample dresses are also very reasonably priced. I tried on the Karolina sample dress and could not stop thinking about it. The next day I emailed to see if I could come pick it up and I did! I also ordered the matching veil which had a shipping delay (again, I ordered the dress less than 3 months away from our wedding day so this was on me!) likely due to the war in Ukraine. Mary was very responsive and came up with creative solutions to ensure I had a veil for the big day. The veil ended up arriving the week of my wedding so it all worked out, but Mary helped relieve any stresses regardless of when the new veil would arrive. Thank you Mary and Marina!
