They have a good size menu featuring items such as pizza, sandwiches, pasta, etc. My family and I were in town visiting some friends and we all met here to eat. We were quickly and easily seated at a large table in the outdoor area. I had the veggie burger with fries and it was very good! Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. Haven't been here since the pandemic began (and renovations). Jane's burger was cooked to perfection, but was a bit greasy. The bun should be something a little more stable, as you can't put it down without it falling apart. I was disappointed with the grilled chicken caprese. The chicken tasted as it were seasoned and previously frozen. It was extremely salty which took away from the fresh tomato and fresh mozzarella slices. Even the balsamic wasn't enough to take away that seasoning taste. A whole 2 glasses of unsweetened iced tea helped a little. Took home a plain cheese pizza for the hubby. He also was disappointed because there was not enough sauce and super greasy. Busy , very busy place. Plenty of parking, except people not knowing how to drive. You'll see if you go on Friday night. Ok let's get to it, we were seated right away, waiter was great , my wife's eggplant sandwich was awesome. My over priced fish and chips was the problem, I got the tail end , too much batter, it tasted good, but for $19 bucks I need more fish. The men's room wasn't clean, cold water only , no paper towels, hand dryer only works for 30 seconds. They were super busy so I'm sure it's worth a visit. Had lunch today. Have had lunch at the bar doxens of times...and have always loved it. Today, the food was great. The bartender was moody. The temperatue was 85degrees, because the locked thermostat was awaiting the owner's son to come in to adjust it...very disappointed, regardless of the fact that we spent 100 bucks with tip. Been coming here for years , their food is incredible, great atmosphere and love the bar. We use the drive through often as well. One thing I would like to say that they went above and beyond. Our take out order was incorrect and we had driven 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back. We realized it was the wrong order when we got home , I called to let them know and said I will come back for the correct meal but they said no we made a mistake and delivered the food to my house. Being in customer service I would do the same but not all places would . My wife and I appreciate that they did this and we will continue to come back as I have been going there for 20+ years . Excellent pizzas but they really shine with the entrees and Portuguese food. Portugese Kale Soup and Chicken Piccata were excellent! Plate presentation was great and portion sizes were perfect! Went out on my choosing a bike ride with my motorcycle group/family and had a really good meal at the restaurant it was about 30 of us all together and we really had a good time if they did have not the ability of a presume they were shortstaffed they did not have the ability to feed all of us at the same time so when some of us were done the first table of 13 the other rest of the group unfortunately was just getting the meals and we were finished. When I was little my family would do Briggs pizza Friday nights and a movie and my fiancé worked at Briggs while in high school; seriously.., nothing has changed and I hope it doesn't. I've driven by this place for years. it's always jam packed during La Salette season and it's the only pizza place I've ever known that also has a drive up window service. They have a decent amount of seating inside the restaurant/bar. they also have an off street parking lot that can accommodate both dine in and takeout customers. They have a large menu and all of the prices are within range of other local pizzerias. should also note that they literally make any type of pizza combo you can think of. I would highly recommend the Texas fries and the classic cheese pizza to other fellow newcomers. I also want to note that every waitstaff I encountered was very prompt and friendly. you can tell they genuinely enjoy working here. We used to be very regular customers until my husband got 2 charges on a credit card that he never uses for restaurants. He disputed the charges, and the manager, Dimitri, called him and called him things that I can't post. He also said that if my husband ever came into the restaurant, he would call the police. While trying to get that straightened out, the manager insulted my friend. **QUARANTINE REVIEW** Ordered from here on a Friday night. The wait was long but they were pretty busy. With how busy the place usually is when I see it, I figured it would be good. Well, here is what I ordered: Large cheese pizza with peppers and onions - not good. The crust is similar to rehoboth house of pizza, which isn't awful but not the freshest. The sauce was fine, nothing out of the unusual. The cheese was a lot and very greasy. But what made me really dislike this was the topping. I got green peppers and onions and I normally get that on a pizza, it's nothing crazy. But these were cut so thickly it was hardly even cooked well. Truthfully if I had to guess, they probably have a steak and cheese sub on their menu that they would use that for and while that cut makes sense for that - it doesn't make sense for pizza. I also got fries and onion rings which were fine. Honestly the place seemed clean and like I said, they were busy so I'm sure there's something good about them but I really didn't like the food I had and unfortunately won't be going back. So I had high hopes for this pizza. It's the steak Alfredo. The description is caramelized onions steak portobello mushrooms and Alfredo sauce. The Alfredo sauce is non existent. The pizza was cooked well the way I asked but the onions were still raw not caramelized at all it's also really greasy which I fear I'm going to be paying for later. I'm got a grilled ch lien sandwich the other day with a cup of chicken and rice soup. The soup was awful salty, and nothing but celery. The sandwich fell apart. $70 for two subs, two sodas and a pizza delivered... I expect the food to be cooked, not raw!!! I have been ordering from Briggs Corner Pizza for years and always loved their food. Over the last several months I have been less and less impressed with the quality of food Ive gotten but i had hoped it was just a fluke and ordered here and there. Last night i finally decided to call because i felt like i cant be the only one this keeps happening to, plus if i was running the place i would want to know if food was going out under cooked. I called while i cooked my family's food in the oven and asked to speak to a manager. When he got on the phone i explained i just ordered delivery and some of the food was undercooked like the center of the pizza and some of the bacon in the blt was raw. He told me that was impossible as they precook all their bacon. I told him i have a picture if he doesn't believe me but unfortunately the last few times ive ordered ive had to recook the food at home (use take out not delivery either way it has not been quality in the last several months but this is my first time calling). He was extremely agressive in his tone from the start and almost condescending the way he repeated the problems i had mentioned. His final comment after asking me questions and then talking over me before i could answer was that 'since i have a problem with everything, he suggests i should never call back'. I was applaud by his unexplainable lack of customer service and explained ive been a loyal customer for years and i have every right to let him know i almost fed my kid raw bacon then had to recook the food for about 20 mins after i paid his restaurant $65+ dollars to do that! I hung up as he was yelling at me and decided to call back to ask for his name. The young man who answered the phone put me on hold and we were apparently 'disconnected'. I called back and ask for the managers name again and he informed me it was Carlos. Went here twice and I was somewhat disappointed in the food. The server was great, but the food is why I'm not planning on returning. One of the people in our group ordered steak tips medium rare, and they came our way over well. It was most likely sitting under the heat lamp for too long. We ordered the steamers appetizer. It wasn't inedible, but was almost there. The broth was bland at best, and the steamers weren't soaked and rinsed properly (good amount of sand). Again, not sure if we will return. So disappointed. I order 2 subs, no sides, one was dine in, one takeout. They tried to charge me for both at the dine in price although I asked for no sides.
