Not only did they ruin a brand designer sweater, I have been met with nothing but rudeness, catty comments and homophobia, especially from Desiré (if that's even her real name). I did not know that they don't actually clean anything here. Everything is transported to another facility. En route, the sweater was damaged and there are multiple obvious oil stains. From the get-go I was gas lit and now they want me to get a hold of someone named Emma who works two hours a day and Carlos who won't answer his phone, to get a refund for my sweater. No instructions, no forms to fill out. Nothing. It's just empty words. This is a $2000 sweater and nearly impossible to replace. I've spent countless hours dealing with this and it's basically become a full time job to get justice. I wouldn't even bring trash here to get cleaned. These people are untrustworthy, manipulative, and so disrespectful. Especially to people who have been supporting their business for years. As far as I'm concerned, I'm no longer bringing anything here. To the business owner: I suggest you find new employees who have an ounce of class and who don't make everything into a joke.
