I've tried all the local Costa Mesa cleaners and none come close to the price and service I receive at Bright Look Cleaners. This place is so great. I had to get my bridesmaid dress altered and dry cleaned - which was pretty reasonably priced, I think I only spent like $12.00. But this review is more so for their customer service - it's TOP NOTCH. I went to pick up my dress and it wasn't ready yet. Since I left for Europe the next day this was the only time I had to pick it up. So instead, they personally delivered it to my doorstep later that night, which I was so grateful for! Update: The shop contacted me right away after I posted my review. They offered to give me a 50% refund on what I originally paid and I can tell they were sincere in their apology. I was looking for a new place near home and came across this great business. It's always a little nerve wracking trying out new cleaners but the staffs professionalism made me feel at ease. It's a nice little place, I was helped by the owner who is very nice. I picked up my clothes, everything was on time and ready. The owner even gave me a clothing bag for future services. Pretty pricey. They did a good job pressing my dress but the dress alteration was pretty badly done. I paid $49 for that so I was expecting a lot better. Also, it wasn't done at the time we agreed on. So I'd say, don't come for alterations just for everything else. read more
