I was skeptical about coming in but once I did I was glad I did. The staff very friendly and the place was visually pleasing and comfortable. I hate x Ray's but they made it a pleasant experience and were very quick about it. After x Ray's had me wait in a examination room but as I finished sitting and getting comfortable in the 30 seconds from when i entered the doctor was already waiting on me, for once interested of me waiting 20 min waiting on him! Very nice! Checked out my teeth and gave me my recommendation and all this done in less time it took me to get comfortable. I am coming back as soon as needed. They take credits cards and medical. Worst service ever I scheduled an appointment because my mouth is an excruciating pain. I am told everything is set in good to go literally on the day of my appointment an hour and a half before my schedule time they called me to tell me oh we were looking at your insurance and noticed that we need something different on here. They give me a call back to say we're no longer taking you so you need to go ahead and try to add the insurance if you wanted to choose us for it so I go ahead and give them a call back and ask them for their vendor number so I can change it to them as my dental that I go to only to be given the vendor number and then told him but we're not going to be excepting any new patients. I was never a new patient I had gone here for over four years and I'm in excruciating pain, only to be met with that type of treatment, and I could've had this taken care of a long time ago, and they told me that everything was good to go only for it not to be good to go. My mouth is in pain and I was given an hour and a half prior before my appointment to be told we're not taking you. This is ridiculous if I could give negative I would. read more

Dentist is amazing, she really takes time to work on you and explain the procedures thoroughly. Office and staff are somewhat a different story. You'll encounter nice ones, and you'll encounter ones that don't say much or remain stoic. The waiting room was crowded with a few people not wearing their masks appropriately. None of the staff approached the people about it all. So it felt uncomfortable the entire time and stuck near the entrance door as if I need an escape route. I didn't want to sit either as I was already being paranoid with sanitation on the seats. I don't know what happened whether the office overbooked or overlooked their patients' needs, but it was definitely a busy morning for them. I just need a quick post-op consultation, but for some reason staff told the doctor I needed some work done. So my situation became a 45 min wait for a 1-3 minute consultation. Not much communication or clarification between staff and patients. read more

First time at this dental office. Came in for teeth cleaning. Was very surprised when I walked in. I was greeted by nice staff members. The office looked very clean and spacious, which gave me a more relaxed feeling being there. Did the usual paperwork, while watching The Price is Right on their tv. They have this fancy xray that takes digital pics. The hygienist sat me down and started cleaning my teeth. Shortly after Dr. Raj took off some more stains, checked for cavities, and explained my xrays to me and I was good to go back to work. Horrible service!!! Got there for a simple crown! Came out 5 times swallow it once)and last time I went which it was over a year from the day I had it on, they were trying to charged me for the reinstallation of the crown. Had a really good experience here. Had a fear of dentist for awhile, especially being traumatized by past dentist and experience. All assistance and the orthodontist was informative. Explained every procedure. While I was getting an x-ray of my teeth. It can be very uncomfortable to have those tabs in your mouth. I was getting a filling done and the Dr (not Dr Raj, but the other older dentist) just proceeded to inject the numbing medication without any warning! I'm ok with needles but it would have been nice if he explained before hand what he was going to do instead of just surprising me like that. He actually told me to not jump he when he was putting the needle in?? You can't expect someone to not be a little skittish when you don't explain what you're doing and then all of a sudden they feel some pain, it's alarming. read more

This is hands down the BEST place to go to! I was previously traumatized from a bad experience at another dentist office so I have been scared ever since. When I walked into the office, I was greeted right away with a big friendly smile from the receptionist. She made me feel so welcome. When I saw Dr. Raj I explained my previous negative experience. Dr. Raj was so gentle and nice as was his assistant. They made sure I was comfortable all throughout my visit. Perhaps I appeared scared or not at ease but regardless they asked me how I was doing numerous times as well as made jokes which made me relax and feel that I was in good hands. I had some cavities filled and a deep cleaning that I'm am really happy with. I am looking forward to going to ALL of my checkups now! Nothing but great service & great experiences here. They have examined my teeth & advised of any issues & concerns they have. They have helped the sensitivity of one of my teeth & have done an X-ray to see if I need my wisdom teeth out, which I do. They tried prescribing me medicine to see if I could avoid the surgery but I still have to get it done. They have a surgeon go to their office to perform the procedure. They're working with me & my concerns to make sure they can manage my insurance money but still do everything they can to make sure I am not in pain & that my teeth are healthy. Awesome dentist!
