    Pancakes, potatoes and turkey sausage.

Today is my birthday, so I started with a tradition, breakfast at Brigs. I was pressed for time, since I had somewhere else to be after. But they were quick. I waited for about 10 mins, I was sat, my food came out fairly quick and fresh. And I was out in time and ready for my next stop. This place has such an old dining room feel to it, so that's always a nice touch. But as always, I'll be back.

We stopped in for a late breakfast and this place did not disappoint! After a 20 minute wait we were seated. The place was smaller than we thought from the outside and pretty busy for a Monday morning but our server quickly took our order. We ordered the Pancake combo with eggs and bacon and the French Toast combo with eggs and cheese grits. The pancakes were perfect; fluffy yet crisp on the edges. The French toast was a little over cooked but tasted good overall. Brigs seems to be the place where the locals frequent and the setting makes you feel at home. Good food and good service. Definitely would recommend!

Another great breakfast/brunch at Brigs. Our server Nicole was great! Very nice and attentive. I had the Alaskan omelette that comes with shrimp cream, cream cheese, crab meat and hollandaise sauce. You can choose between grits, home fires or fruit, I chose the latter and asked for my hollandaise sauce on the side. They played a cinnamon raisin English muffin instead of regular, I brought that to Nicole's attention and she remedied it quickly. No matter what time you visit Brigs they are also packed, so be prepared to wait, but it is worth the wait. The restaurant is very quiet, and clean. This is my favorite spot for breakfast.

I came here for brunch with my boyfriend was instantly loved the feeling of the homey mom and pop brunch place on a rainy day. We waited about 15 minutes on a Saturday morning which was better than we expected. I got the Strawberry Waffle griddle combo with scrambled eggs and turkey sausage and I loved everything I got. The eggs and turkey sausage were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The strawberry was my favorite part ever as it amplified the taste with the waffle super well. Also all this for around $13?? That's amazing. Our waitress was very sweet and always checked up on us and we would definitely come back here.

Each time we have went, the wait is out of this world. However, the service and the food has always been great. Always have a great time. We do try to get something different or whatever is the special for the month - just to shake things up lol Now, don't come here looking for a 5-star Michelin experience and ambiance. Cause this ain't that. It's like going to the mom and pops location to enjoy their love for cooking. Just some good comfort food.

Went for lunch with my mom on a Sunday. 20 minute wait so they gave us a pager which went off in exactly 20 minutes. There is a little enclosed area with benches and stools to wait but it's quite noisy. Waitress was attentive but did not hover. She was quick to refill my soda without me asking. They have an extensive menu of eggs and scrambles. I like that they note on their menu that they do not add batters to their omelets. I want my omelet made of eggs -- not bread. I ordered the garden omelet and it was delicious -- stuffed with lots of veggies and cheese. Home fries had good flavor but were not crispy at all. Food came out very quickly. You pay at the counter when you leave. Overall a good experience.

I came here for brunch, we did have to wait 20 minutes before getting seated but it was worth it! We sat in a very cute corner and the ambiance was welcoming. Our waitress was great, and she always checked on us to make sure we were doing great. I got the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon. Everything was great the chicken was so well breaded, the waffle was fluffy and paired well with the syrup. The eggs were very well cooked and I like my eggs with hot sauce, be careful their hot sauce is very spicy. The bacon was a bit too crispy but it was called crisp bacon so that is too be expected. Overall it was great and I will go back

Final made it here for breakfast a few Saturdays ago. Got here around 11ish am. What I had heard from the locals in the area about them being very busy on weekends was true. For my party of 1, is was told it would be about a 20-25min wait. Wasn't a problem, I sat in their covered sunscreened seated section and waited until my buzzer vibrated. Once ready, I was promptly seated at my table and my waitress was there to take my drink order about 40secs later. Very nice lady, but never got her name. She was very attentive to me, as well as the guests that were seated in her serving section. I've been wanting to try them ever since I moved to the area back in July. I had heard good things from other ppl in the area. I ordered the strawberry waffle combo, with an additional side of home fries. Everything was delicious!! After ordering my food was out within the next 5-6mins. I would definitely be back to try some of the other breakfast options.

Didn't see the big deal. Home fries were below average. Went to First Watch the next day to make up for it. Much better.

Just wanted to take the time to clap for the staff here…read more I've only been here twice now. But both times the service was SO fast. I came here on a week day and it was packed but the kitchen seemed steady. Their service is very stream lined with pagers for food orders. There is a lot of seating but it also seems to be a place where a good chunk of people come to work. They have a library inside as well and the books at the time were all $3 ea. Today I came and it's a Sunday. As expected they were SLAMMED. Line to the door of people waiting and line to the door of people ordering. I still got my coffee in less than 5 min. People waiting on food were getting theirs in similar time. The staff was killing it! They have a large selection of baked goods (lots of laminated dough), fast casual breakfast & lunch, and a huge coffee menu. They also have gluten free options for food and about a dozen gf/df baked goods. They said they have separate prep space and changed gloves for gluten free food but it's a shared oven. I didn't have any issues though. To who ever is managing your kitchen and staff, you're doing a great job. To the staff, hats off Highly recommend this place for a light breakfast and good coffee, or just a good place to hang out on your laptop.

I came in a little after lunch shift the other day and was a bit indecisive about my order but the very patient and nice girl at the counter helped me decide. I ended up ordering the Meatball with Provolone. The sandwich was well made with large meatballs and both the bread and the meat tasted fresh. Previously I had issues with the line situation, but in this case there was only one other person in the restaurant, so that was less of an inconvenience. The other, more serious issue centered around gnats and flies. I can confidently say that was not an issue when I revisted the other day. I was pleased with my second visit and the friendly, helpful girl who served me, I believe her name was Leah. I plan to return and perhaps I can convince my work to cater from here in the near future.

"Giant" sandwich is somewhat true in that the bread is over-sized compared to sliced bread -- but meat was lacking for sure. Friendly greeting upon entering. Clean and tidy...and naturally lit store inside. Nice patio seating. Kind of expensive for a simple sandwich. Not worth another visit.

They have a wide variety of sandwiches (hogies, deli style, cheesesteaks, chicken cutlets), along with burger and salad options. We opted for a cheesesteak, deli sandwich, and small salad which was the perfect amount of food for two people. My only word of caution is that the Calabrian Ceasar dressing is quite spicy, so use with caution or pick another if you don't like spicy food. The bread, meat, and toppings were all fresh and brought unique flavors that worked very well together. There was a good amount of seating both inside and outside that was clean and well kept. Be sure to check out the daily drink specials too - when we went it was $2 Tecate cans. Will definitely be back!

You can order at the counter or sit at a table and scan a QR code to order. We sat outside and did the latter option. I ordered a regular sized Dagwood. It's your choice of turkey or ham, bacon, fresh mozzarella, shredded lettuce, tomato, basil pesto, garlic aioli, & house vinaigrette on a sesame roll. I chose turkey with no garlic aioli. The online menu made it super easy to choose and/or remove ingredients. We also ordered a large order of curly fries to share too. The food came out in about 10ish minutes after ordering and an employee delivered it straight to our table. The sandwich was really good. I love pesto so it's hard to go wrong with that. My only critique was the sesame roll was a little too hard to bite for my taste. Whenever I bit into it, my sandwich kept falling apart from the other end. The true star of the meal were the curly fries. They tasted similar to the ones at Arby's. Parking was super easy to find in this area. There was an open lot not too far from Eastcut so we parked there and walked over. Overall, great place for a quick bite!
