Went here for the first time this morning. There was a little bit of a wait because the restaurant is very popular, but we did not have to wait too long. Service by Esteban was awesome and he had high regards for the food, the prices, and the management. But what I liked most was the huevos rancheros that I ordered for brunch. The place was smaller than we thought from the outside and pretty busy for a Monday morning but our server quickly took our order. Another great breakfast/brunch at Brigs. Our server Nicole was great! Very nice and attentive. I had the Alaskan omelette that comes with shrimp cream, cream cheese, crab meat and hollandaise sauce. You can choose between grits, home fires or fruit, I chose the latter and asked for my hollandaise sauce on the side. They played a cinnamon raisin English muffin instead of regular, I brought that to Nicole's attention and she remedied it quickly. No matter what time you visit Brigs they are also packed, so be prepared to wait, but it is worth the wait. The restaurant is very quiet, and clean. This is my favorite spot for breakfast. read more

There is a little enclosed area with benches and stools to wait but it's quite noisy. Waitress was attentive but did not hover. She was quick to refill my soda without me asking. I came to visit my grandma and she suggested this place. The wait time wasn't bad but waiting was horrible! They took away the outside benches so no seating and the "inside" seating is like a green house sauna with no fans. My grandma could barely catch her breath and she has to stand inside with all the other people waiting in very close proximity with no chairs. I have been a customer for a long, long time and many changes have taken place over the years. I took my family to brunch today, and although the food and service continues to be great, we had a 40 minute wait and we chose to wait. However, no longer are there benches outside to sit on while waiting, and the area where the benches have now been moved is stifling hot and loud. With the business you seem to be doing, you could and should add ceiling fans in the waiting area, and perhaps some sun reflective window film to the windows! Final made it here for breakfast a few Saturdays ago. Got here around 11ish am. What I had heard from the locals in the area about them being very busy on weekends was true. For my party of 1, is was told it would be about a 20-25min wait. Wasn't a problem, I sat in their covered sunscreened seated section and waited until my buzzer vibrated. Once ready, I was promptly seated at my table and my waitress was there to take my drink order about 40secs later. Very nice lady, but never got her name. Brigs is a decent place for breakfast. The Creedmoor location is smaller than expected so that explains the large waiting area in the front. Service was mostly ok but I never got a refill on my tea like the rest of the table so that was odd. I ordered the Brigs Benedict and that came with grits or potatoes and I went with the grits but ended up with both instead. The eggs were cooked properly with runny yolks. The meal was filling enough without either side. The grits were cold so I didn't eat either side. I did like the tomatoes and included fruit. The omelette was really delicious and came out hot and fresh and the Cream cheese was a great addition. I had got a side of wheat toast which was buttery and good as well. The home fries I had were not that great very cold but overall satisfying. Now to the service part I always received the vest service we were greeted when we came in and the we had about a 20 minute wait which was not bad for a Saturday morning. The waiter was very friendly and welcoming took our orders and the food took about 15 minutes.
