They were the only ones that dealt with insect tubing in the newer houses. But I did not feel like I was being listened to with them. And I have family in DFW that recommended Bug Zone. I can't say enough good things about Bug Zone. The communication from Deaun is excellent. She respects your preferred method of communication & uses it, whether it be texting or calls. Brandon has really raised the bar in what I should expect from an exterminator. He listens to what I tell him and follows me around from spot to spot examining the infestations I tell him about. What is more, he explains the root cause of how the infestation happened and gives me action items on how to prevent it. The guy knows his business. Little bugs around the bathroom sink? He treats it and then explains to me [This] is the likely cause, it creates [this] condition which [bug type] thrive in. Do [this] every month and it should keep them from reappearing. The first time he came out I had a pantry moth infestation. He spent literally 45 minutes with me going through my pantry and showing me all of the places that moths typically hide and breed. The education was fantastic. He treated my pantry, and now I know what to look for to prevent them in the future. He is incredibly detailed in walking around the outside of the house as well as the inside and treating. He is not bothered at all with me tagging along behind him to watch. He reports what he finds "Wasps in the front bushes, I sprayed for them" and even lets me know about critters outside of the Bug Zone purview. Example: Brandon found possum scat near my front porch and looked around the eaves of my house and found two probable entries and made sure to tell me about them. My family member has Tyler in their area and report that he is the same in thoroughness, care & details. I almost hate to post this review because I hate to share such a treasured resource. These are quality people that do an excellent and thorough job. I can't recommend them enough.

Erik argued with me constantly, telling me what I was seeing wasn't fleas(we had two types of fleas in our home--sticktight fleas and fleas from a wild bird nest our dogs had gotten into). When I asked him why I was still seeing fleas after he treated, he informed me by law he wasn't allowed to come back out and treat for 2 weeks. We eventually called someone else out(after our flea problem had gotten much worse), who informed us whatever he sprayed in our home wasn't even the right stuff for fleas, and the two week thing was a lie. So between the gaslighting me, awful service, and the tension he caused between me and my spouse I would not recommend using this company. The new guy I had come out told us we were the second customer he had gotten from this company that week for awful service, if that tells you anything. As for value, it was a complete waste of money, and I have no idea what this guy even sprayed in my home. Steer clear of this company!
