Very friendly people and they did a great job detailing my car--they have 4 choices for detailing, each being $45. I opted for the "seat treatment" to shampoo my poor seats, but each option also comes with all the exterior wash goodies. My only issue was the girl who takes your initial order when you pull up acted like I'd been a thousand times before. Hello, tell me where to go! All these places are a little different--here, you stay in your car and pull around while you go through the basic exterior wash, then pull around elsewhere for the interior portion. Mine took a little longer since it was seat shampooing, but they had plenty of people on staff for a pretty day and I saw several people come and go in a very timely fashion. I got my car detailed there and before I left I showed them spots they didn't clean. If it were spots that weren't obvious to the eye I wouldn't think of it has a big deal but you could clearly see that they didn't feel the need to clean it. I noticed that they also over polish the dashboard to cancel out the poor work done inside. Honestly if they didn't call it a detail job I wouldn't have expected one. read more

For the amount of money I paid, hey did a tremendous job on my vehicle. I did a 12 dollar wash which included interior and exterior and they did an excellent job at both, the guy st the from made an attempt to collapse or remove my antenna as he said that the machines are very rough, but it was my choice to go through. The machines did really throw it around a little bit, but it didn't break off. I highly recommend this place and will be bring my other car and comin back here as often as possible. This place always takes care of you! Great prices, easy to get in and out of. I was having car trouble and thought my car was all fixed... but after after they vacuumed my car out, my car wouldn't start. The staff pushed my car out of the way. As I waited for the tow truck, the staff offered me the waiting room. They were so sweet and helpful despite my embarrassing experience. read more

Anyone else using this location been stolen from? I gave the cashier a $50 bill and when I asked for my change, was told I only gave him $20. The security footage I was shown didn't show me or my license plate or transaction, correct time-just that the cashier accepted a $20 bill at some point that morning. The employee (in the security video room) said I wouldn't be able to get ahold of the manger/owner so I guess there's no oversight or recourse for the customer. I recently visited this car wash and paid a fairly large amount for hand wash ( obviously if I'm paying for that I would like the best job possible done) they did a very poor job. I had to go home and clean my windows inside and out because they were majorly streaky and as well I had to clean my row bars on the side of my truck because they were literally still brown with built up dirt. I will NOT be returning and DO NOT recommend!! Not Professional At All!! read more

I really like this car wash. $5.00 just for a regular wash But today I paid $45.00 for a shampoo plus a wash with the wax. The shampoo does take quite a while but the way your car looks after the wax is definitely worth it. We frequently used BriteZone in the past, we even had the monthly pass for our cars. Over the past few months the service has steadily decreased ... it's hit or miss as far as the end result. Sometimes GREAT but more frequently you get a subpar result. We still use BriteZone due to it being conveniently located to our location. If out and about or planning to have the cars cleaned we will utilize other washes. read more

I absolutely loved this car wash. I went every week and even promoted it on a FB page with 10,000 women. No longer. I went and asked for car wash with wax. The cashier must have miss understood but still paid $18.00 and they wouldn't even vacuum or clean the inside. In the many years I have been going I have always had my car vacuumed and have always gotten the same package. They were so rude that I left infuriated. Will never go back and will make sure to steer others away. Last time I went I left with a dirty windshield but thought it was just a fluke. One of the workers said they were short staffed and that's why the confusion. As a customer not my problem! So upset because I drove out of my way to go to this specific car wash. They have changed their customer service and wash so no longer the best in town. read more

I have gone to BriteZone for several years. However for the past year or more each time I find the service is not very good. Today I took my Honda CRV in for the 28 dollar wash. After they spent all of 4 minutes cleaning the inside, they waived it was finished. Well it was not I had to circle back around and ask them to vacuum the passenger side floor mate and the back seat floor. Then when I got home and really looked it over the door panels were not wiped off, neither was the center console. I'll take my business somewhere else moving forward. read more

Don't waste your $50 on the detail package. Was told it would take an hour but it took closer to 30 minutes. Got home and had to wipe off all the excess oily conditioner they used on the dash, console and doors. And it was still dirty under the gauges...so I cleaned that as well. I tried to look at it before I left but there were cars waiting in line so I tipped well. Shame on me. Also had to clean hood in spots where they didn't remove bug splatter. Overall just stick to the basic wash. Less expectation less letdown. read more

I frequently use another car wash in the area that is more DIY, but Britezone is really great. I feel like you get a good bang for your buck. There are lots of options to choose from, ranging from a basic wash to full detail. The waiting room is nice (if you opt for interior cleaning.) Ladies and mommies will like the super clean restroom and changing station. The staff is friendly and act like they want to be at work. I have seen many customers trust this business with their luxury sports cars. Bring a tip for the interior cleaning crew. They work hard and deserve a little extra. Paid $35 for a hand wash on my Tesla model S. Only sprayed water on front of car then used dry towels to wipe dry mud off of bottom of rear fenders. Made scratches in the clear coat of paint. Left mud in all the fender wells. Put so much tire dressing after 7 mile drive home both sides of the car were sprayed with dressing. Did not completely clean the touchscreen. When I told the manager he said "no sir we use water to wash the cars" it was clear he was not going to try and finish cleaning the car or even admit it was done incorrect. The staff is friendly, the prices are fairly standard, and the membership option is great for regulars. There are surprisingly few full service car washes in Fort Worth, but this one is ACTUALLY good, not just "good because there are only a handful in the area." read more

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I would have rated higher, given I was pleased with the quality of work that was performed on my car. My exterior came out clean and shiny. I got the seat treatment package, as my seats needed a good cleaning from all the years of having my kid spill drinks and food! My seats came out amazingly clean! I was impressed. The reason for only 2 stars, is that I went out of my way, SPECIFICALLY to this place bc of the amazing reviews and the $45 seat treatment package. I checked their website and it again showed the seat treatment for $45, just like all the other reviewers stated. Upon arrival, the cashier charges me $75 for the seat treatment, stating the price just increased. I said that was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and asked if they could honor the $45 since it is what their website showed. She asked the manager and they would not allow it. I was not happy but I needed my seats clean. Overall I would recommend them if you want to pay that much but I know of other places that will clean your seats for less than that. read more

I have used this car wash for years. I love this place - in fact I drive from Mansfield to S FTW to get them to wash and detail my car. I typically do the "Super Clean" which is $45. They do a great job on the inside and out. My car is black with leather & I have a large white dog who sheds like crazy when she is in it - when these folks are done, it's like "Dog? What dog?". All the nooks and crannies are cleaned up and addressed. I highly recommend this car wash! read more

A great job on my car. I opted for the wheel special which gives you a vacuuming and wheel shine in addition to the usual exterior wash. I was in and out fairly quickly. The staff have their hands on your car from start to finish, which really helps in avoiding those water spots after everything dries off. All that for only about $16? What a steal. I'll definitely be back when my car is extra dirty and I don't feel like cleaning it myself. read more

Brite Zone Auto Wash on Bryant Irvin is awesome. After a pre-wash undercarriage spray to remove the dirt & dried mud from a long weekend in the country & after & after going through the wash, the manager Eric was not satisfied with the results & had me circle around to go back through the car wash a second time. But get this, Eric himself pre-washed the undercarriage with the spray hose before he sent me through the car wash a second time. Great place. the equipment in their drive thru does not spin fast and it's made of that microfiber material, so it doesn't scratch your paint. And they are very nice. I took my car there for a wax job one time but I wasn't happy with that. But everything else is great. I go there once a week. read more

This place use to be a great place to get your vehicle washed but the past few times have been sub par for me but this last visit was the worse. Pollen dust all over the hood, streaks on the inside and outside of the windshield, dash still had dust, floor mats were wet, underneath the seats had not been vacuumed. Very dis organized. Very friendly and got us in just before closing with no hesitation. They were kind and quick. We have a couple dogs and there was a lot of fur in the back seat. They missed the hair where the back meets the seat but I wasn't worried about it because it was dark outside and it was before closing. However, they really did a great job on the wash and shining up my interior! They ended up putting our antenna aside while they worked and forgot to replace it, but honestly easy mistake so late in the day. We drove up the next morning and found it, they were super apologetic and nice, no issues at all! I don't blame them. We will be returning to this detailer in the future! read more

Went there to have the undercarriage of my truck cleaned. Was talked into spending another $8 on top of the original $8 to get my tires and rims cleaned. I got out of my truck and looked underneath it before leaving the parking lot, the under side of the truck was bone dry, and all the dirt was still there and dry too. Went back through and was told that the undercarriage wash was working (when it clearly wasn't) was told to pull off to the side and they would fix it. After another 60 seconds of power washing I got the good bye wave. Looked under the truck again and was still dirty. After walking around the truck looking at it all, both bumpers, windshield, mirrors, tires rims, and trim were all still dirty. This place is a joke and a waist of $16 read more
