    Pineapple beer!
    Teresa W.

Food never disappoints here. I like that you can have any pizza you want in a kids size and it's not too small. Place has plenty of parking and if you come in on a Saturday night you may see some live entertainment. The cherry on the ice cream was the pineapple beer! I ate the pizza before I could snap the picture. I am most definitely back and you can't go wrong with trying them too.

Came here on a Friday evening before catching a show at Raleigh Improv. It was early so it was pretty empty and we were seated promptly. Our server was Grace and she was fabulous! Very friendly, very patient, and very funny. My husband only had a bazillion questions about the beers on tap and she got his several samples (with a smile on her face!) before he decided. Truly, I would return just because of her service. BUT the food was also really good as well! I got the Mexican Pizza which had a black bean base, grilled chicken, tomatoes, jalapenos, cheddar and sour cream. It was like a taco and a pizza which are two of my favorite things. Delicious! My husband got the 4x4 (because he's practically a carnivore lol) and it had enough meat to satisfy. All in all we had an enjoyable evening and will eat here the next time we catch a show!

So I didn't dine in here just came to get beer. The 3 star is mainly for the service. The bartender was pretty lackey and it took her awhile to take my order let alone get my beer and she barley checked on me. Customer service needs improvement there if I ever decide to come back. Anyways on to the drinks I got the 4 4oz beer pours of my choice. I chose all ciders and they were pretty good. I'll try another brixx out before coming to this one for sure.

We love Brixx. We are regulars here having eaten everything on the menu, multiple times, barring shrimp. There's a lovely patio- dog friendly. The service is superb no matter how busy. The owner Tim, is one of the finest of them business owners. The appetizers are to die for, that Burrata board is a show stopper. With a steady solid tap of craft beers and multiple specials, there's no dearth of variety for beer snobs like me. The question usually is- how many beers do we stop at? Pizza is superb! Crispy, fresh, light yet hearty. It's all good things and the pizza menu itself is very varied. The salads are to die for!!! That pear Gorgonzola is simply delightful. I love the Mediterranean salad too! Really the salads are silent stars on the menu because we tend to run after that amazing pizza. They also have oven roasted wings and it is a MUST! They are marinated for 24 hours and come in a variety of unique flavors. Sometimes they will do a 30 for $30 wing special. After over 50 meals here, I casually mentioned to him about wishing for Tofu on the menu. Lo and Behold- Tim got us tofu too! And it is quite spectacular! Overall, Brixx is a solid and the staff love what they do so the passion for food, flavor and fun run in their family.

Pizza was very good, but the wings were super cold and I could tell they'd been sitting out for probably hours. We did come in at 8:45pm, but still feel like they could've popped them in the oven real quick. I also saw them turn a lot of customers away because they decided to close up an hour early because it was a slower night.

I ordered the Pear and Gorgonzola pizza to share. I thought it was the perfect size for if you aren't crazy hungry but want something satisfying. I do wish they offered larger pizza sizes, too. We paired it with Sauvignon Blanc at home and it was great. They offer a lot of unique pizzas that I haven't seen other places, as well as your staples. They have a pretty lit-up outside dining area and inside dining availability--I could see the outside being fun during those warm sunny days.

Americo Pizza (pepperoni, mushrooms, and mozzarella with house recipe tomato sauce).

Bottom line: I think overall, the Americo pizza at Brixx is good pizza. OK so the size is not big/optimal, it could use a bit more pepperoni, but man did it hit the spot taste wise with perfect amount of sauce and a good thin crust. I'd enjoy this pizza again in the future. The Deets: I had the chance to try one of the pizzas from Brixx recently. I am a fan of thin crispy type of pizza crust so a wood fired pizza definitely one I tend to like. The size of the pizzas for the price here is a bit small, about 11" maybe, with the usual medium pizza from other places running around 12". I'd say it is about a pretty hungry 1-person size or maybe 2 person size pizza. But being around $11-14 bucks per pizza depending on type ordered, it's around the same as Pizza Hut/Papa John's 12" specialty medium price. That being said, I can be a bit forgiving on that pizza size if the taste is great. The Americo pizza I had fit the bill for taste. Made with pepperoni, mushrooms, Mozzarella, and a house made tomato sauce...it tastes great, simple as that, delicious. It is seasoned just right with not being overly spicy (overly spicy pizza=overkill). The cheese was generous enough but I never think that there can be enough cheese, and the sauce amount hit the mark...not a fan of too much sauce on the pizza, and this amount was just right. Could have used a few more pepperoni in my opinion. The crust was thin, I like that a lot, my fave actually but do have to note that a lot of the crust outer edges were more hard than crispy. The pizza had a lot of 5 star points (great taste, sauce amount, thin crust) and then a few not so 5 star points (a bit smaller than expected, tough crust edges, not a large amount of pepperoni), but I am going to go with 4 stars in all. Enjoyable pizza overall.

We continue to be impressed with Brixx, whether we go there for take-out or to dine in. The customer service is great. The food is consistently delicious. There are drink specials throughout the week. It's typically open late. We're fortunate to have this restaurant nearby in our neighborhood.

Okay, so the first time i ordered pizza from here it was great. What I hope for in a pepperoni pizza, and it's priced well, but... My second time ordering there was a piece missing from my pizza, as if one of the employees stole from my order. So I think this place needs better supervision of the workers to make sure this doesnt happen. It might have been my delivery driver as well, and I did report this to door dash and recieve a refund but theres no way to know who did this along the way. As for giving 3 rather than 4 or 5 stars. My second pizza just didnt taste as good as the first one, so maybe quality control issue again? And the ceaser salad I ordered could use a little sprucing up, like maybe a thicker dressing (since it was runny) and it didnt come with any actual parmesan cheese, just the one packet that you normally would use for the pizza.

    Classic Pepperoni

This pizza bar surprised me with their quality of food. Everything was really well done and the service has been excellent. Very pleased with my meal.

    Spicy Shrimp Pizza

Daily drink specials. Great selections of specialty pizzas. I enjoyed the fun atmosphere and live music.

He made our first dinner here feel special, taking time to explain the menu options and make commendable recommendations for my picky teenagers. The restaurant's specialties are tacos and pizza, hence the "Tazza" name. Food was great, especially the chicken alfredo and the fries. Tacos and pizza were also good, but the chicken alfredo was the best I've had in quite some time. Wonderful place to take the family for a nice casual dinner. Menu has decent prices for a family too. We started with the cinnamon bun, which was housemade brioche with a vanilla sugar glaze, and honestly it could have been the whole meal. It was that good. We ordered around the table, egg scramble bowl, huevos rancheros, chicken burrito. All of it was solid. The huevos rancheros especially. Salsa roja, chorizo, queso fresco, avocado. Fresh-squeezed OJ and cava in the mimosas didn't hurt either. The food was great. Tori made it memorable. Our server, Victoria (prefers Tori) was just one of those people. She knew when to come by and when to leave us alone, which sounds simple but most people can't do it. Not performative warmth, just actual warmth. She was on top of everything without making us feel managed. We talked about her afterwards. Tori made the occasion. Thank you Tazza Kitchen Stone Creek Village at 600 Ledgestone Way, Cary NC!

They were doing everything right, even down to the Dr Brown's, and they had ZERO flavors too. There is a meat and cheese counter,r but most of the length of the shop is pastries, cakes, pies, es and other beautiful-looking treats. We ordered our sandwiches; I had an Italian sub, and it was just ok, kind of dry and lacking in flavor; frankly, Jersey Mike's makes a better Italian. But my wife got theReubenn, and it was simply the best Reuben we've had outside of Katz in NYC. I order Rueben's all the time, and I'm consistently disappointed. Most are dried out, have too little meat, and the corned beef is often dry, but not in this case. The sandwich was truly worthy, and we are ready to go back and have it again. Moist, flavorful meat, a generous portion, and the dressing andkraut weres well balanced. The bread was grilled, not toasted, and was itself rich and flavorful. Altogether, it is a Reuben worth driving a distance to have it. We are already planning to come back and try some of the baked goods, but also get the Reuben again too.

Nice selection of menu items, and breakfast items are available all day. Unfortunately, these are offset by impressions of the food after two visits. Just not up to snuff. On the first visit, the Chicago dog was sub-par, but that was my partner's order and I don't remember the details. I just remember she said she wouldn't order it again. On today's visit, I ordered a meatball parm sandwich. It was cloyingly sweet - both the meatballs and the tomato sauce were unappetizing, and I could only manage to stand eating a bit of it. My partner ordered a side of corned beef hash. It turned up in a little paper tray with some dry shredded corned beef sprinkled on top of some home fry potatoes - just basic cubed potatoes and some beef shreds on top. That's it. It didn't feel like any corned beef hash we had ever seen. And we paid extra for a fried egg that didn't make it onto the dish. Of course when we pointed this out, it was quickly cooked up separately and brought to the table, so no problems again with the service or resolving the issue. Also be warned that Thursday nights from 6-8pm they run a music trivia game that blasts music loudly throughout the large dining space, completely surrounded by reflective surfaces. It was so loud and obnoxious that it made conversation impossible and drove us outside. I wish I could report a better experience. We need more quality delis around here!
