The Pizza taste okay, but they short you on toppings. They cover their pizza with cheese where you can't see how much they add other toppings. I ordered online and when I got there 15 min later my order was not ready (7in pizza and a side salad)....okay no big deal, I will wait. While I waited, the manager offered me a glass of wine....score! Finally after waiting 15 min, my order was ready and they even offered me a dessert for waiting....double score!! So even though I waited way to long for a 7in pizza, I figured the customer service made up for it. BUT.....when I got home I opened the box and it was not the pizza I ordered....AT ALL! It was a supreme or something and I ordered pineapple, onions & pepperchinis.....I got the onions but my beloved pineapple and pepperchinis were replaced with mushrooms & olives...which I hate :( The pizza was good though.....despite removing basically everything on it but the only reason I give them 3 stars was for the great customer service. read more

I'm not sure why there are 1 star reviews for Brizio. Every time I have ordered for pick up my order is ready as soon as I arrive. I personally like the amount of sauce and cheese on the pizzas. Their Cesar salad has also been a hit for me. Their prices are comparable to any other pizza place around. I keep coming back for more and will keep coming back. read more

I have been very happy with the food we have ordered from them. Food was always delivered warm and the pizza is great. Like someone else posted I generally don't eat the crust of the pizza but find myself eating the whole thing here. One thing I did try that didn't live up to the hype was the Italian beef sandwich. I have had the real deal from al's in Chicago and this doesn't come close. One poster said it was equivalent to them and Portillos in buns park, not even close. My wife walks in the door and says she saw a pizza delivery guy driving next to her and the car said "Chicago style pizza" and the name was Brizio. So being the pizza connoisseur that I am, I ordered a pie. I called in for pick up and they were nice and courteous. I showed up, my pizza had just came out of the oven, I payed and then drove home. We ordered a medium, it was a very small "medium". Chicago style? I think not. It is almost exactly like a Pizza Hut pan pizza, even down to the "nooks and crannies" of pizza huts signature dough. Brizio surprised our office with a pizza tasting and let me say our office is hooked! normally a thin crust crowd, Brizio has converted us all into pan pizza believers. They take the time to genuinely listen to their customers, are hope to realistic feedback and truly do care about running a great business. In today's corporate world of we don't care it is truly refreshing to find a small business with owners who want to succeed and offer a great product. Their food is by far some of the best pizza and wings I have had in a very long time. The quality of the ingredients speak volumes and yet they are able to keep their prices very low given the amount of food you get. Tonight we dined at Brizio Pizza, a local joint we always enjoy. This time we were inspired to write a review. The welcome is always warm when you walk in the door- these guys know how to be hospitable and make you feel like part of the family. The pizza is great too- fresh ingredients and less greasy than the other options around here. The pans are even made so the pizza doesn't sit in any remaining grease. We also had a full salad. The kids ordered their own personal pizzas and everything came out quick. Washed down with a couple of beers, it was another fun family night at Brizio. We'll be back soon! read more

Im from Chicago so I know how the pizza and Italian beef sandwiches are supposed to be ...this place comes close .Very good pizza not exactly like Chicago deep dish but its good , I went in for lunch with a friend ,we meet the owner at an auto parts store got to talking and he gave us a $5 gift card a piece .....so we went there for lunch and they just happen to have $5 lunch specials.My buddy got a small pizza and drink and I got an Italian beef sandwich with a pickle,chips and drink a good deal for $5 bucks.I had a piece of his pizza it was really good fresh hand made dough really makes a difference. My beef sandwich was really good with real Chicago hot giardiniera on it ,the beef is cut a little bit thicker then what im used to but still a good sandwich and I got my fix with out having to drive to Portillos....this place is good definitely will be ordering from them again. read more
