Service is great and you feel welcomed unlike other places.. Now to the bread.. it's the BEST I've ever had and not to mention they are open late. Not many bakery's are open late which is what makes this one the best. Best bolillos I've ever had! Always baked fresh and they are so soft and so delicious. All of their bread is amazing and have a large variety. I recommend their tamales as well. I really can't say anything bad EXCEPT that they charge $1 fee for using a credit/debit card :( would give 5 stars if the fee was less for card transactions. But other than that, great bakery! Yes there Conchas are amazing I drive far from where I live to get pan for myself and my office that's even farther. But after today if I could give them 0 stars I would. The owner is an older lady I understand it might be rough for her in the mornings or handling a business in general is tiring. But I mean there is no need to be rude to a customer who comes all the time and raves about the place to everyone she knows. Her children who run the place at night are just as rude and probably worse than her and now I see where they learn such bad behavior such bad customer service. I asked a simple question of do you carry small paper bags? She gave such a nasty rude answer as if she was offended I even asked. Worst customer service I am surprised they still have business. read more

This bakery is very different compared to others. You're not allowed to pick and choose your own bread like you normally do at other bakeries. The cashier asks what kind you want and picks it out for you which is very frustrating and annoying since you're being rushed to choose what kind of bread you want. Also the bread is so far away from the area you're allow to be in that you can't see what kind of bread they have. Had to go with the most common bread which are conchas because it was frustrating not being able to see what they have. I get they are trying to be hygienic and all but how are we supposed to know what we would like to buy if we can't see it until after you purchase. read more

I frequent this bakery and they always have the freshest bread. The staff is super friendly to both Spanish and non Spanish speakers. The bolillo is on the smaller side than those big Mexican supermarkets but it's super fresh and just right size. I recommend the conchas they usually have yellow,brown,pink and white unless they run out because it's so yummy! read more

This little Bakery is a hidden treasure. Just randomly found it near papa John's and the Indian grocery. They had freshly baked stuff all over this tiny bakery. Got two large cinnamon rolls, guava turnovers, and a custard cupcake all for around $5. Yeah! Especially being 1 mile away from Disneyland and the anaheim convention center, you can't beat these prices. But the real treat was that they were all delicious and I am feeling awesome as I eat these on the plane! Muhahaha. Also, my daughter ate the ginormous guava pastry turnovers mostly by herself. When I got to try some, they are just as good, if not better to the guava turnovers from Hawai'i. I was pleasantly surprised. Love this place! read more

This bakery is only getting a 2 stars because we got a cake delivered! So first we go to the bakery and made an appointment to test samples. We come back on the day we where scheduled to and the lady had forgotten and had to come back a week later. But we still did not get samples. She said she only lets clients sample 1 flavor ( wth?) The day before the wedding I called to confirm and they said they didn't have the address to the hall. ( so what if I had not called to confirm?) The day of my wedding as I'm in the limo the lady from the bakery called to ask for step by step directions! So I screenshot google map instructions and she was pissed off that she had to drive approximately 10 minutes from Katella st to Lincoln and Tustin st. We paid for a basic cake ( dry, nothing special) but the ladies customer service is horrible and before she hung up she complained that she had another delivery How is that our problem? You charged $50 for delivery and was not even there on time... you pay for what u get and unfortunately we got bad service from one lady read more

Best Authentic Mexican Bakery! All the Pan Dulce is amazing. The cakes here are also very delicious. No bakery makes better three Kings bread. So close to Disney Land, definitely worth taking a short detour before going to Disney. The tamales are spot on, very meaty and not dry at all. Delicious! I came in here for some Pan Dulce and was not disappointed. There are racks against the walls inside the bakery where you go up and grab what you want with the tongs they supply each customer. Each bread costs about $1 each (some cost less), which isn't terrible. I got about 6 for $4 and some change. Each one was delicious. The lady at the counter was friendly too. They do take debit and credit cards for a 50 cent fee. I'd definitely come back. read more

I came here because of the reviews and saw a few people standing inline, which for a Mexican bakery is normally a good sign. WRONG! Today just before I read some of the negative ratings I agree with many on the rudeness and lack of customer service. The sweetbread lacked flavor, if you know Mexican sweetbread you know what I am talking about, this bread had no real flavor. To me the taste was like having vanilla b Flavored bread. Every bread I got taste the same, vanilla, vanilla, vanilla......their pumpkin empanadas, although slightly on the larger size practically all bread with maybe a tablespoon if that of pumpkin. I've had more pumpkin in smaller empanadas in other bakeries. The one thing I will say is that their bolillos/French roll/rolls were nice and warm. Good when warm, maybe because they were fresh but just average after. Anyway, they had their regulars in and out as I heard several customers greet the owner or lady that seemed like she's worked their for a while. In short, not my cup of tea and not planning to come back due to taste, quality, and customer service. There are plenty of panaderias in the surrounding areas to choose from, just need to find the right one. read more

As always, Brizuela'sq knocks it out of the Park with their baked goods. As far as I'm concerned they are the best Panaderia in OC. Their bolillo bread is so very awesomely delicious. The sweet breads and cookies are just too good. They stay open late on Saturdays until 9 pm fortunately because that's when I want to buy my breads for lazy Sunday mornings. They also have really tasty tamales and my favorite is the green chili and cheese (rajas). read more
