If I can give it zero I would. My friends and I stopped here at JFK airport on our way back from New York. We ordered bloody Marys that almost became bloody when we found shards of glass in our drinks. The bartender denied making a drink then went and found the bottle of mix and threw it away when she discovered that it was broken. I reported it to a manager took my information and nobody in the company bothered to call. If they are this casual about serving up broken glass I can't imagine how much worse it might be in the kitchen. This place should be shut down! read more

Just finished eating here. Each setting has an iPad that you use to order everything which is off putting because you are still asked to tip. Oh, and the germs. There were layers of fingerprints, food oil, body oil, food splatter etc. that had not been cleaned. Then there are a handful of people that bring your order/bus tables. Additionally, the prices are extremely unreasonable. A beer for $12? Now I guess since NY has a higher minimum wage that might buy the cost a pass but since they don't have paper menus you won't know that your burger is $20 until you sit down... at which point they have you. I did give three stars because the food is pretty good. Most burgers come with a side salad so the sides are a la carts. The thing is they can charge you whatever they want because they are in a smaller terminal with minimal other choices. I don't expect much of airport food, I get it. The rent is high, and the options are low. I don't expect racism though. After ordering on a grimy iPad that clearly hadn't been cleaned since Trump was President, the waiter asked me to move from a table to high top because "I was alone." I was confused and communicated to her that I had a foot injury so I could not and would not do that. I then looked around to see lots of empty four tops. It was then the woman said that another patron, a white woman, wanted to sit there because they have a family. I asked if I could sit at another four top in the back and she said yes. So I asked why the white woman couldn't and she stammered out a half assed excuse. Then when I did move to another four top, she completely ignored my request to get my food to go since the whole incident had occurred after I had ordered my food. So I don't love the touchscreen lack of human interaction but I could live with it if it makes things run fast and efficiently but alas that is not the case. If you like sharing a very cramped table with complete strangers, mediocre food, slow service and limited interaction with a server this is the place for you. You order everything on an iPad which has pros and cons. Obviously, it's not the same as talking to a server and getting recommendations or joking around but if your server is busy it can be convenient. You pay when you put the order in which is nice because there is no waiting around for the bill when you are done but you are forced to give the tip before any service which makes no sense. I see why the servers have no incentive to be great, you already gave your tip. The one nice thing is there are chargers at every table which is pretty essential at an airport so that's why they got an extra star. If you need to charge your phone I suppose it would be okay to grab a drink here. Do not have high expectations if you want to eat. read more

I really enjoyed this spot here at the jfk airport. We had an amazing burger and an equally good hummus platter. The burger was really tasty and juicy and worth the price. The ambience is relaxing and has a few TVs. A nice place to wait for your your flight. Our server Willy was awesome. He was soo nice and energetic with everyone at the bar. We stopped by for breakfast and with our meal comes : eggs , side of meat , breakfast potatoes and a biscuit , what we got was cold eggs , meat , a hard biscuit, no potatoes and some random cantaloupe and blueberries thrown over it . Went with my husband for early dinner before a flight. My burger came, 15 minutes later the appetizer came. Five minutes after that, we were informed my husbands selection was actually sold out. Picked a burger out that was brought out almost 20 minutes after that. At its arrival, the man bringing it to him tells us "Yeah, we had to like build that. So it's fine." Not sure what that means considering this was another sandwich directly off the menu with no special requests. So there was about 40 minute gap between our entrees AND the staff seems entirely reliant on the iPad ordering system with no game plan if something isn't available. I owe an apology to the poor turkeys that had to die for the abomination of a turkey burger that I ate at Brklyn beer garden. The turkey tasted like air, and the toppings didn't help anything. The bun was so dry that I considered dipping the entire burger in my cup of water, as one does with Oreos and milk. I expect to pay a high price for mediocre food at an airport so after walking around terminal 2 in JFK this seemed to be one of the more inviting places and the menu looked decent. We were quickly seated but sat for quite awhile without being acknowledged again. We finally stopped someone and asked if we could order and the server hurriedly said to order off the iPad which seemed like a reasonable request but seemed a little odd that we tipped on the bill before even receiving service but we did. We ordered two eggs Benedict and one order never came. We pointed that out after sitting 20 minutes. She kept saying it would be right out. After literally sitting with only one meal for an hour, we asked to see a manger. The manager came to talk to the waitress and then left but not once acknowledged us even after we asked to speak with her. She told the waitress over the phone that she would refund the missing meal. They messed up on the refund so I was asked to just pay it because the ticket had already been closed out. I was in shock, but tried to remain calm and reiterated what the waitress asked me. You want me to pay for a meal that I never received and that I tipped you on? She said I would have to because she or her boss couldn't reopen the ticket. At this point my plane was boarding and asked to see the manager which I was told had left for the day (this is 8:30am). I paid and will dispute with my credit card company, as I'm walking to my gate we see the manager that came to speak with the waitress earlier at another kiosk stand around the corner.
