This newcomer on the Denver dining scene nails the three elements of a good restaurant - ambiance, food, and service. The space is huge but doesn't feel overwhelming and is tastefully designed. The food is excellent for the most part, balancing a big menu with some standouts and some "meh". The standouts include the unique and showy bacon appetizer, the steaks (choice of broiled or grilled), the wedge salad, and the dome chocolate dessert. Meh was the bacon Mac and cheese. But when we mentioned we were disappointed in that, our waiter and the manager both apologized, offered to give us another side, and comped two desserts to make up for it. Our waiter, Demitrius, couldn't have been nicer. He asked for each of our names and personalized our experience. While this spot is pricey, it is also a wonderful experience, and isn't that what we are all looking for? read more

I wish I could give a better review of this restaurant but I can't. The service was slow and when we arrived we had 2 people introduce themselves as our waiters, and then neither one really made an effort to be consistent in coming to our table. The appetizers (calamari and bread services) were good. The entrees were not very good. I ordered the Vodka pasta and it came to the table cold, and the pasta was crunchy like it had set under heat lamps. One of our guests ordered the steak sandwich and was asked what temperature he would like the meat and he said rare. It came medium, well. We asked for take out containers and the wait staff boxed them up and put them all in the same bag. It seems minor but are you assuming that we all live together and only need one bag? It would have been better if they just brought the containers to the table with no bag. I was hoping this would be a restaurant that would replace Elways in Cherry Creek, but in my opinion it missed the boat all the way around. Poor service, slow service, food that was not hot and tasted like it has been under a heat lamp for a while and food was not served as requested. That sums up our experience. I doubt that we would go back. One positive note, they always filled up our water glass. read more

Greeted immediately, very friendly staff. Our server Steven was FANTASTIC...Let's get down to the business... the food (from what we ate) was definitely worth mentioning. We had the loaded potato soup, very creamy, hearty and wonderful flavor. 9/10. Would have again. We had the bob steak sandwich, the steak is cooked to your liking and shaved, mixed with cheese and put on the softest sesame bread ever. It was a wonderful sandwich. Now for the show stoppers...... the waygu burger is life changing. This is absolutely a true waygu burger. I'm talking about thick, flavorful and SUPER juicy. If it's not dripping when you bite into it, it's not legit, and there was a beautiful juice puddle under this bad boy after the first bite. 1000/10. Will go back very often for this burger. We also had the vodka pasta. If you have been been to Carbone, you will understand immediately what I'm talking about. It was a step above that!! It was creamy, robust and had a nice little kick to it! The whipped ricotta and the basil oil really made the dish. 100/10. An amazing dinner pasta. The chorizo is a slightly different texture but it adds great flavor. The restaurant is very clean and modern. Beautiful wine displays, spotless floors, sanitary bathrooms and an all around amazing vibe. The sticky toffee pudding was definitely memorable and is a must have for every visit!!!!!! (Could have been a tiny bit warmer with a little more Carmel (bc it was amazing!!)) read more

Was excited for this spot, but the service was not great. We did the Denver restaurant week menu, and for the 3 courses it took 2 hours, which seemed pretty long. We felt like we were waiting forever even though we placed the order pretty soon after our drinks. I had a piece of chicken, all my potatoes, and broccoli untouched but just ended up leaving before they could wrap it up because it was taking too long after they had taken it to wrap it. It wasn't that busy either, but could've just been an off night so may try again in the future. read more

Decent vibe. Service was 4-5 star, steak was good, cocktails were good and overall, it was a decent experience. My complaint was they tried to pawn off snow crab as king crab for $200/lb! I would have been happy to pay the price for king crab but don't try to fool me with high end descriptions for lesser quality. I don't know if their chef doesn't know what he is doing when purchasing, but I am in the hospitality industry, so I know the difference and snow crab, while good in its own right is NOT the same as king Crab nor is the price even in the same ballpark. Being that I have plenty of experience opening restaurants, I try to be patient when a place is brand new and they work out the kinks. It is a difficult task. Even with that annoyance, we weren't looking to get anything for free it was just to enlighten them on their mistake. I wasn't upset until the Manager came and acted like he was doing us some huge favor by taking off the bill. No acknowledgement they were in the wrong, it was like he was inconvenienced by use not being happy and just wanted to be done with us. So that left a sour taste for our group that had just spent over $800 for 4 of us. If you want to be high end and charge these prices you better deliver on the experience, and that is not what we got. read more

We were so excited to try this for date night and was so disappointed! We sat at the bar and ordered a few cocktails and beers, which were overall good. We ordered dinner at the bar and yikes the food was gross. We had the scallops and crab cakes. The scallops were ok, one was undercooked so we couldn't eat it. The crab cakes were so gross. They were burnt and flat and looked like cat food. We love crab cakes and often have them Eddie vs, Shanahans and Ocean Prime, which never disappoints. We each had one small bit of the crab cake and told the bartender that they were not good. He said he can get a manager and we said no bc we didn't want to cause a scene. He didn't comp the crab cakes at $36 and didn't seem to care at all. What a way to never have guests come back. We will go back to the restaurants that actually care about their guests and food. Totally bummed bc had high hopes. Don't go here...save your money for Eddie Vs, shanahans or Ocean Prime. read more

We went in for a happy hour drink and check out the new restaurant. The hostess said the bar was full and we could order a drink and stand by the door. ??? Seriously??? That is a first!!! They may have made the huge mistake of having a small bar area. Eddie V's in dtc has a huge bar area and they would never turn people away no matter how busy the bar is. That is the ambience. Management may want to do some training here. Also they should make their bar area bigger. People love to eat in the bar area. Good luck. read more

No seasoning and no flavor and over cooked when ordered medium rare. it was an over priced and sub par meal. wine recommendation was lovely but didn't make up for the food. All hype-place was beautiful and the front desk staff was lovely but ir stopped there. Food is not good-5 out of 6 steaks were horrible-over cooked and no flavor. Sides were small & over cooked-brussel sprouts were charred. Didn't have the 2 desserts we asked for and the ones we ordered were not good. Our waitress was incredible and so sweet. However, our Caesar salad was far below expectation. For a nice restaurant I expect crisp lettuce but this was wilted and similar to what I could make at home. Our cocktails were nice but they got them slightly wrong...ordered up, got on the rocks. The steak was fine but the sides were cold and sad. The wine did not come with the entree. Generally expected more from the price point. The only reason I didn't give a 3 star rating was because our server was over the top amazing! Food was mediocre, they sat our party of four and a huge round table by the kitchen that was way to big for four people, when they had plenty of seating available that was better suited for a party of four. Oh boy, this place needs to get their sh!t together and they need to do it fast. Arrived to greet my friend in the long rectangle room adjacent to the open kitchen. Within two minutes, the entire restaurant was smoky and smelled like a campfire. There was a thick haze from one side of our table to the other. The ventilation system clearly wasn't working and something was burning. The entire room of bewildered patrons began looking around at one another to seemingly confirm that we were all experiencing the same bizarre circumstance. Meanwhile, every single employee acted like nothing was going on, including the waitstaff who literally pretended to be oblivious. I wonder why? I can only surmise that this was not an isolated incident. When our eyes began burning like fire with a dash of gasoline, we asked if could move to the bar side of the restaurant. When we got to the hostess stand, we received so much attitude it was laughable. First, there was no "I'm sorry our restaurant has turned into a KOA campground, please let us get you to the fresh(er) side." We were quickly told that we could sit at the bar, but that all (about 10) of the bar tables were reserved. Yeah right, it was nearly 7:00 on a Monday night. We had a reservation too and had no desire to actively pursue a future pulmonary disease so I pushed for a table. Strangely, on suddenly became available. What is hilarious is that for the next 2 1/2 hours a few parties came and went, but most of those empty tables remained empty until the end of the night. So, snobby hostess, get over yourself. This isn't New York. This is in LA. Don't try to make your Denver chain restaurant seem like it's important. It isn't. After being seated (and made to feel like our relocation request was outlandish), we got a new waitress who wasn't super friendly either. She had zero knowledge of the wine or specialty cocktail lists. Fine, it's a newish restaurant, whatever. So the meatballs came and they were lukewarm and nothing special. Onto the wedge salad. At first glance, I thought that perhaps the low lighting was casting a brown tone onto the lettuce. But, upon further inspection, the lighting was dismissed as the possible culprit. The lettuce itself was, in fact, brown in multiple spots. Would it have been difficult to chop the brown edges off? Was this detail overlooked because everyone was making s'mores around the campfire in the west wing? Then the French onion soup came, and it was just OK, not bad but not great. I will admit I didn't have any steak and honestly didn't want to based on the food that had been coming out. Fast-forward to the next day and I told one of my friends about our less than mediocre experience. She mentioned that she is on the Fundraising Committee at her kid's private school and had called Broadway 10 to see if they ever donate gift certificates or the like for local school fundraisers. She reported that the girl who answered the phone scoffed and then hung up on her. That's OK Broadway 10, plenty of other restaurants do and even the ones that don't have friendly people who answer the phone. This restaurant sits on some of the most expensive real estate in Denver so they better get it together quick or this place isn't going to make it. Time is of the essence. Also, my streak of NEVER being wrong about the longevity of Denver restaurants is still alive. Good luck B10, you're going to need it. read more

Beautiful room. Opened tonight, so I'll give them another star. Service very good. Quick and attentive. Demerits: Onion soup was awful and not authentic. Broth was almost creamy. Ordered cold (Maine) lobster roll. Generous portion, but slathered in mayonnaise and what appeared to be parsley. Overwhelmed the taste of the fresh lobster. Restaurant reported to cost $11 million. Prices set to recover the cost in a couple of years. I'll go back, only fair to see whether there is improvement. Disappointed. read more

B|10 is a great new spot to enjoy in Cherry Creek! The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. Everything we had was delicious. The lobster bisque is a must have (and it has a charred marshmallow on top no less). The Prime steak tips with bleu cheese butter and red wine and the yellowtail crudo are amazing. The Citrene sushi roll was fresh and flavorful. As much as the food, wonderful service makes the meal and B|10 delivers! Special mention for Demetrius who took exceptional care of our party!! All this talk of an $11m build-out makes you think how bad of an inflation issue we really have these days. Upon immediately entering the restaurant, we couldn't quite figure out the vibe/atmosphere, but then it clicked... upscale airport/hotel lobby bar! The space felt cold and awkward and not suited for a high-end chophouse. While all the servers could not have been nicer, they were all helplessly clueless. Attentive at times, but for the most part were nowhere to be found. It seems that they are more focused on creating the allure of a top notch restaurant than actually delivering. Signature cocktails that are over manufactured rather than making sure that they hit the right notes, appetizers featuring large displays (see the flaming scallops) rather than ensuring that they are prepared well, and service that is well intentioned, but missed the critical cues to make you feel actually attended to. Overall, the food was good, but not great, and not worth the prices and up-charges. What we had hoped would be a good staple turned out to be a one and done. read more
